The feared recession in the US economy has already arrived, according to a report from Merrill Lynch.
It said that Friday's employment report, which sent shares tumbling worldwide, confirmed that the US is in the first month of a recession.
So we knew it was coming and now it has arrived.
No more obfuscation, no more double talk, the numbers are telling the tale.
Now let's see the Republicans talk about how helpful the Bush tax cuts have been.
I'm afraid I've already heard some repuke spin that the looming recession is a result of Iowa scaring the nation that the Dems might win back the WH. But what do I know, I can't figure out what's been propping up Wall St this long anyway.
