Barack Obama visited Illinois to offer them support in their hour of dire need due to the flooding.
He is also using his website to request volunteers go to Quincy, Illinois where the floodwater's are expected to crest soon.
He also has a link to the Red Cross for those who cannot get their physically but who want to help.
You may not recognize it after eight years under George Bush but that my friends is called leadership.
