MoveOn.Org ad about Public Option with actress Heather Graham is a winner.

I just have to say that if the Public Option looked like Heather Graham the old Republican farts would knock each other down to be associated with it.

Of course those of us on THIS side of the ideological fence already know it is that attractive. As do the majority of Americans.

MoveOn.org is a great organization, they are always around rattling the cages & ticking off the wings. They made some real zingers during the election. Think they are from the Bay Area & do a great job. If anyone has a few dollars they don't knkow what to do with this would be a good place to put it.

    Beautiful AD!

Thank you Gryphen for all the fresh stuff you put up on your blog daily. We need to make sure and send a few bucks your way too, for this "public service" you give us. I know this takes up a lot of time and research. How do you manage? Appreciate all your hard work. :-)

Good one, I loved when the hamberger hit the ground and the fatties started pulling off their clothes! But I greatly fear that you Americans are making a noise too late now as it's pretty obvious that your politicians have mostly been bought off.

I think some change will happen but it doesn't look like it will be meaningful. Just enough to quell the shouting a little.

    Luv from Canada!

That is a good ad! Very effective at getting the idea across that the public option is about competition and very American, nothing to be afraid of.

Love how they portray the insurance companies, so true, a picture they deserve.

It's also a picture many other industries in our country deserve. It stinks that it takes government stepping in to make these industries behave better. The auto, the banking, wall street, insurance, energy, government contractors, the food industry.....All of them eventually need regulating because of abuses, and then people bitch because of rules and regulations they have to adhere to.

Rules are in place for a reason, the safety of the citizens, which is they way it should be.

Businesses behaving badly, putting profit before people. Shameful. Certainly nothing to be proud of.
