From Truthout:
Tens of millions of Americans, lumped into a diffuse and fractious movement known as the Christian right, have begun to dismantle the intellectual and scientific rigor of the Enlightenment. They are creating a theocratic state based on "biblical law," and shutting out all those they define as the enemy. This movement, veering closer and closer to traditional fascism, seeks to force a recalcitrant world to submit before an imperial America. It champions the eradication of social deviants, beginning with homosexuals, and moving on to immigrants, secular humanists, feminists, Jews, Muslims and those they dismiss as "nominal Christians"—meaning Christians who do not embrace their perverted and heretical interpretation of the Bible. Those who defy the mass movement are condemned as posing a threat to the health and hygiene of the country and the family. All will be purged.
The followers of deviant faiths, from Judaism to Islam, must be converted or repressed. The deviant media, the deviant public schools, the deviant entertainment industry, the deviant secular humanist government and judiciary and the deviant churches will be reformed or closed. There will be a relentless promotion of Christian "values," already under way on Christian radio and television and in Christian schools, as information and facts are replaced with overt forms of indoctrination. The march toward this terrifying dystopia has begun. It is taking place on the streets of Arizona, on cable news channels, at tea party rallies, in the Texas public schools, among militia members and within a Republican Party that is being hijacked by this lunatic fringe.
Those who remain in a reality-based world often dismiss these malcontents as buffoons and simpletons. They do not take seriously those, like Beck, who pander to the primitive yearnings for vengeance, new glory and moral renewal. Critics of the movement continue to employ the tools of reason, research and fact to challenge the absurdities propagated by creationists who think they will float naked into the heavens when Jesus returns to Earth. The magical thinking, the flagrant distortion in interpreting the Bible, the contradictions that abound within the movement's belief system and the laughable pseudoscience, however, are impervious to reason. We cannot convince those in the movement to wake up. It is we who are asleep.
For those that question my seeming obsession with Sarah Palin, this is what keep me awake at night, and what I feel that I, and every other thinking person in this country, should be working against.
These "Christianistas" are working behind the scenes even as we speak. Getting elected to school boards and city councils ALL across this country and accumulating power while organizing to stand against the progressive agenda until they can once again get one of their own into the White House.
It is also why I am convinced that Sarah will run in 2012. The people behind this movement need somebody who is a lightning rod for liberal media attacks, in order to continue to claim persecution in this country, and Sarah Palin was born to fill that role. She has taken "playing the martyr" to dizzying heights, and it is by tapping into that reflexive emotion that bubbles just under the surface in the psyche of the religious right wing voters that will bring the majority of them into the fold.
She will lose, have no doubt. But There is much to be gained in that loss for those who are pushing forward this destructive agenda. They will be in a perfect position to armchair quarterback EVERY crisis that comes Obama's way in the second term, many that they will no doubt help to create, and by the time that Obama's presidency gasps out its last ragged breath, the country will be ready for something COMPLETELY different. Certainly not Sarah Palin different, but pretty damn close.
And if that ever does indeed happen we are ALL going to need a little Jesus in our lives. No NOT the power hungry, testosterone crazed, heavily armed Jesus of the radical religious right wing. But instead the compassionate, peace loving Jesus who once inspired a religion of peace that took the world by storm around 2,000 years ago.
I think your right Gry. If not her, it'll be someone LIKE her, blazing across the country in a Flag.
ReplyDeleteJust like McCain, I know NOW that he never cared for anything but POWER. Sames true of Palin and all the rest.
Do whatever it takes to WIN...for the Power the Presidency gives.
Sometimes I wish Obama woulda taken a diff approach. Do like DUBYA. Whatever he wanted, he made sure he got it. Obama is LOSING support for this very reason. He hasn't been tough enough where TOUGH was needed. He's still lacking and losing support everyday. Example:
Today he said "the country will recover" from the Oil Spill. That's one thing THIS progressive does not want to hear! I want and demand better than that. I want a President who comes out raving over what BP let happen.
Sure, I'll vote for him again. But God damn it, he's got some "changing" to do.
Thanks.
May peace be with us, along with courage and the determination to stand against these fanatics. They will try to dominate, but history is on our side if we commit to face them down. Peace be with us all. -ks sunflower
ReplyDeleteGrryphen, you are right. The danger is somewhat underestimated by some people that laugh at them as clowns. I on the other hand see a distinct possibility of real danger from Sarah. A win in two years is unlikely but she's young and isn't going away; what about 2016 or 2020? No, unless something big comes out to end her career soon she will never go away. And doubtless many people would lose their lives in her quest from god. We know she thinks invading Iran is a good idea and politically advantageous. She despises European countries who knows what can happen? Certainly cause unrest in the world. If she can manage to get through the primaries we have a real fight on our hands because although she is divisive amongst conservatives too, once they nom someone everyone will flock behind obama's opponent. The key is suppose is bloggers like yourself helping other republicans in the primaries: give them the big guns to pull out!
ReplyDelete"...the idea that we could lose our freedom by succumbing to a wave of religious hysteria, I am sorry to say that I consider it possible. I hope it is not probable. but there is a latent deep strain of religious fanaticism in this, our culture; it is rooted in our history and it has broken out many times in the past. It is with us now; there has been a sharp rise in strongly evangelical sects in this country in recent years, some of which hold beliefs theocratic in the extreme, anti-intellectual, anti-scientific, and anti-libertarian."
ReplyDeleteIt is a truism that almost any sect, cult, or religion will legislate its creed into law if it acquires the political power to do so, and will follow it by suppressing opposition, subverting all education to seize early the minds of the young, and by killing, locking up or driving underground all heretics. This is equally true whether the faith is Communism or Holy-Rollerism; indeed it is the boundenduty of all the faithful to do so. The custodian of the True Faith cannot logically admit tolerance of heresay to be a virtue." - Robert A Heinlein

This is awesome! This is what the country needs - haha
ReplyDeleteNOT
http://www.flipcollective.com/2010/06/07/i-wanna-get-high-with-todd-palin-by-tom-dinard/
btw, Obama is losing support because he hired a bunch of dipshits as his cabinet and he himself is about as qualified to run a country as Palin is to teach a class on "how to successfully teach your children to be fine, upstanding abstinent contributors to society"
I am more worried about the less visible offices the Xtians are worming their way in. Perfect example is Mia Costello on our School Board & now running for higher office...even went to far as to imply to Planned Parenthood that she was a pro-choice candidate and then boom...we find her name alongside Loren Leman's on the Parental Consent Initiative. We HAVE to pay attention!!!
ReplyDelete1835?
ReplyDeleteYou are exactly right, Gryphen, and it is important to keep raising the issue.
ReplyDeleteWe have now reaped the whirlwind that is poor education, poor health care and the insidious proclamation by Reagan that "...government is the problem." This was the gauntlet that he threw down long ago, undermining our belief that government CAN work and mostly does.
P. S. Arizona state senator, Russell Pearce, has just announced that the fourteenth amendment should not apply to babies born to non-citizens in this country. He considers them "anchor babies."
I've been reading IM for a long time, just never commented (mostly cuz I'm computer challenged). This article is ON . THANKS I've been following Palin since just before her failed governorship becuz I know what danger she poses & will pose till she's 6 ft under. I fought for women's rights, marched Selma with MLKing, & went to Nam. I didn't fight to surrender rights to a theocracy. Vigilance is needed. The only good of Palin is that she has alerted me to how wide & deep these theocrats are. Apathy & inertia , as exhibited by most Americans, will only help the theocrats, or power hungry, & I'm concerned as how to wake them up & get them more actively involved. It is essential.
ReplyDeleteRight on, Gryphen! As I always say, there are some things that would be so bad if they occurred that we need to stop them at all costs, and this is certainly the case with SP. I have been saying for nearly two years now that Babygate is our best weapon against her and we all need to band together in the common cause. This is necessary not because we are fascinated by the Palin family soap opera, but because we cannot allow these religious fanatics to take over our country. We want OUR country back!

Truthout's article is worded so strongly that many people are likely to dismiss this article as fearmongering.
ReplyDeleteHaving been researching this very topic for two years now, I can assure you all that this is not hyperbole or fearmongering. It is information taken directly from the religious right's own books, web sites, literature, sermon videos, promotional tapes and 'educational' films.
There are dozens of people in both research and watchdog groups who monitor the RR's religious and political activities. The movement is HUGE and encompasses churches, think tanks, political orgs, non-profit orgs, school boards, militias, the military and congress. The movement is funded in large part by wealthy owners and directors of both publicly and privately held corporations.
I would gladly trust Gryphen to share my email address with any of you who are interested in requesting a list of blogs, web sites, and books that will guide you in your own investigations. Please take this seriously and VOTE VOTE VOTE! If we sit on our asses on election day, we will only have ourselves to blame.
You can hear the brain cells dying... This goes REAL deep.. It is part of the movement that has been going on for 100+ years starting with the indoctrination of children (especially in the South) starting very early in life.. it's in the schools, it's in the retailers, it's in the churches, it's in the media, it's everywhere and it's heinous... Like the plague...
ReplyDeleteThere is not a city or town in the US today where this movement doesn't have it's claws... All we need is 'chickens for check-ups' baby and we're all set...
I agree wholeheartedly, Gryph. I have several friends who are devout Christians (though I consider myself agnostic). They've left their respective Christian churches due to the current frightening attitude of the "holier than thou" congregations. My friends believe in and follow the TRUE teachings of Jesus Christ; NOT the trumped-up, feverish, fear mongering against anything and everything not exactly like the sheeple are being told is "good" and "right". I don't usually like to make comparisons to a certain 1932 era in Europe, but--I would urge posters here to look up some of the readings taken from the beginning of Anne Frank's diary on youtube. You'll get chills when you make the comparison to what's going on in AZ today--and the actual ACCEPTANCE of it by certain zealous factions in the US.
ReplyDeleteCould it happen again? If the dumbing-down of America continues, perhaps--not in 10 years, but sometime in the future. However, I want to give most people the benefit of recognizing the past and realizing that history can easily repeat itself if not held in check. We can get out and VOTE, we can blog, we can protest. And we can support our President in his thankless job of cleaning up the mess created by (and continuing to be created by) the whining, pouting, phony Family Values, bogus Bible-spouting, completely desperate but power hungry NeoXtainRight.
Hey finally a great post. Were away from the "headlights barbie" to the scheming dominionists that make up that whole sea-o-pee. I see this everyday. They are in the schools they are in the work places. Live and let live is not of their ilk. They produce effort only to push their agenda and proselytize. My eyes are open and i wish readers here would look closer at what is going on. Scrutinize carefully who is trying to be whom in your community. I aint kidding ignorance aint bliss anymore.
ReplyDeletegood article gryphen. I know this wont be a popular sentiment, but sometimes these things just have to play themselves out. no, it's not going to be pretty, and no, it probably won't be any better in our lifetimes.
ReplyDeletethe reason that obama and others can't get shit together and really change things in this country is because of the moneyed interests. it's because of the people who really run things. this article mentions conspiracy theories such as "the new world order" - well people can ignore that at their peril, too.
think back to the beginning of the economic crisis in late 08. and when congress got back in session, how they continued to disregard the will of the people, and gave the bankers and wall street whateverthehell they wanted - and they're still doing it to this day. and we all ask over and over again - WTF? why are they doing this? well it should be pretty apparent at this point. the government does not work for the people - it works for those who really run the show. and I'm not saying that all of them WANT to - many have good intentions and then find themselves trapped.
this will not change according to which party holds the power - they ALL serve the moneyed interests. and if they don't, well then they get run out of office and the people who really run things get people elected who will do what they want. they manipulate the public into believing that so-and-so really looks out for their interests - then so-and-so gets in and works for the moneyed interests. it happens over and over again.
those who really run things see great value in religion - bankrupt the country, make people so f-ing destitute that they run to jesus. people who are so desperate that they run to jesus ARE COMPLETELY BROKEN PEOPLE who have no ability to think for themselves and will do as they're told. it's a masterful and thoroughly evil means to their end.
so what to do? good question, and I don't have the answer. but I do know that those who are propped up by the moneyed interests need to be exposed at every opportunity. that includes palin. I know I can't be the only one who keeps asking - whythehell is the media not calling her out on her bullshit? well at this point I can only thing of one answer.
If Palin is too weakened by lies, scandals, and her own incompetence, look for Michelle Bachmann to emerge as an alternative. The crazy is strong with that one, but she is crazy like a Fox.
ReplyDeleteAnon@4:37 "I want a President who comes out raving..."
ReplyDeleteSo you want another COWBOY in the WH, another idiot taunting "bring it on"??? NO THANK YOU. I'll take calm and even-tempered every time. I do not understand why people want the President to get angry. That will solve what exactly??? The WH is no place for a drama queen. Shut up and let the man do his job. This attitude really makes ME angry.
Sinclair Lewis said that in 1935, not 1835.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, brill. Agree with every word.
Thank you. Excellent reminder. For years, I have been watching School Boards, small town Councils, and the like. This is where it starts. We must all watch. We must all tell our friends. For, without our diligence, we will not grow. We will not succeed, and we will not overcome the ignorance and hatred.
ReplyDeleteNever forget that the real "mama grizzlies" and the real daddy ones, too, will stop sleeping and rise up when the time comes.Obama will get re-elected.Mrs Paylin will get more surgery, and become toxic even to those who now adore her.She cant help herself, her words and actions will come back to haunt her in any primary.Mitt Romney will see to it.So will Huckabee. She gives them ammo every time she opens her mouth or Tweets her fingers, her ghost writers are no better.
ReplyDeleteI think her true destiny is as the subject of an "adult swim" cartoon program.
Can one just imagine the 24/7 talking heads if our president showed anger? The snakes try every minute of the day to provoke him to show anger, but President Obama is well aware of the consequences of a black male showing anger in this country. What does showing anger solve anyway?
ReplyDeleteWell .... Quite a few people who comment here agree that the Jews should go back " where they come from." That doesn't sound any different than Sarahs beliefs described in this article. This article wants to purge different religions and races including Jews. Many of you agreed with Helen Thomas who believes the same.
ReplyDeleteI agree too but I admit it. You are all hypocrites.
I mean I think the blacks should all go back to Africa and the Chinese back to China. And I agree with all of you who condoned Helens comment thatvthe Jews should get the H out of Israel. Isn't that what many of you got bad at Sarah for criticizing????
I'm just bewildered. If a member of the press said the Japs should get the H out of America would you condone that. Well why not.
The commenter who wrote this article sounds like fear mongering is right.
I mean children under Hamas and Hezbollah grow up believing the entire west (and Jews and everyone but Muslims) are infidels and should be exterminated. They will even blow themselves up. There are actually many more of these people then extreme Christians. Yet you don't talk about them. They kill people. And you stand up for Gaza, these people voted for a terrorist regime who wants to kill all Muslims. If you doubt this, you are very naive.
So much to think about. What an open minded "progressive group."
So m
Day after day, nothing.
ReplyDeleteIt is scary to see so many catastrophes lately, the Gulf oil leakage, natural weather disasters that never seem to take a holiday, unemployment, the slow deterioration of the middle class, deterioration of families, unemployment, the rich getting richer, poor getting poorer. What's scarier is that some church organizations like described above, would take advantage of times like these and manipulate the masses of tired and deprived people. Manipulate people who are weak, distressed, financially insecure. Promise them a better future, but deceptively want to reign over them in future.
ReplyDeleteAny time a religious institution took over a nation, continent, the "values" took a nasty turn and leaders became power hungry and corrupt. Inhabitants were compelled to follow christianity or be in the minority. Soon, the letter of the spiritual law was more important than the lawgiver the baptism more important than the Baptizer, the gifts were more important that the Giftgiver. The God of the bible gave man a choice, to do evil or good. The true church, the "invisible" church described in Revelations speaks of people from all walks who follow Christ and personally believe He is God and their savior, and aren't counted as "in".
Dominionists who would love to claim their nation as "christian" are in direct contradiction to Jesus' mission and command. He didn't come with armies to "claim" the world as a whole, with a political agenda. It's taught He came for men's minds and hearts, and that disappointed some jews of the time, who were looking for a great military-style Messiah. In my view, any church leaders who get in bed with political leaders are acting in total disobedience to the gospels. The Bible is not a manifest for world domination.
The Dominionist thing seems to be all about conquering, not for Christ, but for themselves.
If someone needs to be afraid, it should be sister sarah; very afraid.
ReplyDelete"That, my friend, is the subject of much debate – but this writer can confirm that at least one photo exists that the world has not seen from the time period right before Palin “gave birth”. This photo rests in the hands of someone who is too scared to let it out, so let’s just say the rumors that had been running wild through Alaska about Sarah and Bristol Palin in the months before Palin “gave birth” centered on a supposedly pregnant Bristol and an unpregnant Sarah and many photos seemingly confirm this rumor.
And why should this matter to America? It could be argued (and I suspect it will be one day) that Palin is a saint for adopting her fifth child. And perhaps in this regard she will deserve some credit, as adoption is a wonderful thing. But that won’t change the fact that Palin has presented her fifth child as her bona fides to the Pro-Life (Anti-Choice) movement. It won’t change the fact that Palin lied to the American people as a Vice Presidential candidate. And it won’t change the fact that Palin has some very suspicious medical records for someone who claims to be “Pro-Life”. And it certainly won’t change the fact that whatever went on in the Palin family does not smack of family values. It has the distinct odor of a cover-up for the sake of image, with no regard for the children involved.
But perhaps the most important aspect to this story is the lengths to which Palin, or someone working on her behalf, is willing to go in order to cover up whatever secrets she’s hiding. She had no qualms about infringing upon the liberty and freedom of the Johnston family in order to ruthlessly protect her own image and it’s more than suspicious that Mrs. Johnston was arrested right after the campaign (December of 2008) and locked up in a facility run by a Sarah Palin appointee whose management of the prisons has caused the prison guards’ union to give him a vote of no confidence as well as causing an inmate to sue Sarah Palin in federal court over his alleged mistreatment. In other words, this is not a prison you want to be in, especially if you are a perceived threat to Sarah Palin."

There's much we must do to contain the dominionist movement and I believe exposing Palin is one of the most important. (too tired to say any more.)

ReplyDeleteI AGREE!
I don't know what the future brings. I wish I could say it would be brighter, but with the right wing causing such misery and not trying to help fix it, instead cheering for failure...well I just don't know.
I wish the country would wake up and see what's happening. Most people I know don't follow politics, so they only see the surface happenings. We need louder voices to expose the right wing BS.
Yes I agree. Karen
ReplyDeleteTx was mentioned in your post. I think the Tx textbook fiasco opened the eyes of many to the influence/hatefulness of the right wingers. There are many Repubs crossing over to our Dem Gov candidate, White. The religious right fears they are losing their domination. People in Tx are much sicker of them than we communicate.
ReplyDeletePalin is a terrible intrusion in many lives across this country. She is so viciously negative , and people may eventually tire of her contrast/forever negativity. If Palin were a true Christian, she could not be the "attack dog" she is. The Bible she should be reading teaches against that.

Can you expand on this 9:01 ?
It should be noted that this same brand of "Christian" white-supremacist dogma led to the persecution, forced relocation, and near-extermination of the Native American peoples - genocide in God's name, under the mantle of "Manifest Destiny." They've done it before, and they're itching to do it again.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous @ 8:06 says:
"I mean I think the blacks should all go back to Africa and the Chinese back to China. And I agree [that the] Jews should get the H out of Israel."
I think it's fairly safe to assume that this commenter is a white person of European descent, and that there are probably some in this country who feel that he/she should "go back where they came from," as well.
Bigot.
What we need to do is laugh at these religious clowns.
ReplyDeleteFew things hurt Palin more than Tina Fey saying "I can see Russia from my house!"
The most perfect way to disarm sanctimonious assholes is to ridicule them... and then let them destroy themselves with their response.
OH they're dangerous alright - make no mistake and it IS crucial that we, the sane among us, oppose them - but the best opposition is a little song, a little dance, a little seltzer down their pants.
...I think Jesus said that, didn't he?
The amazing (and frightful book) The Handmaid's Tale is more relevant than ever. If you haven't read it, please do.
ReplyDeleteAnd read God's Own Party, an amazing blog you'll see in Gryphen's blog picks in the sidebar.
What scares me most about SP is that she may be being used to divert attention from a more serious candidate with religion issues.
And to the person who mentioned Hezbollah, I'd venture to guess that most of the commenters here detest religious extremism of all kinds.
Um... Sinclair Lewis quote is from 1935. He wasn't alive in 1835.
ReplyDeleteTake a look at the faces of the TeaBaggers. 99& white and mostly older. These people, these poor deluded people, yearn for an America of the past, the America they will never see again. The great American "melting pot" took care of that and I'm glad it did.
ReplyDeleteI am not as scared of the future as some of the readers who have commented are. I think the elections of 2006 and 2008 gave rise to a sleeping giant group of voters. These are the voters that have scared the shit out of the TeaBaggers and Republicans. These are the voters that we have to get out to vote this November and in 2012. The early predictions of a "Republican rout" this year are getting less realistic all the time as TeaBaggers and other really conservative Republicans are being nominated. Yes, we'll lose seats in both houses. Seats that probably shouldn't have been ours in the first place. But a "rout"? I just don't think so.
I really feel that the demographics of the US are trending in our favor. We - the Dems - have to stop our infighting long enough to reharness the power we have.
The last eight years have attracted many Americans who were not interested in politics until faced with the over-reaching of the Bush/Cheney administration. These people - god love 'em - are sometimes as naive about the political system as the TeaBaggers on the Right. They expected that within months, the Obama administration would enact the "progressive" ideals they champion, without realising that Obama did not run as a "progressive". He has spent the last year and a half playing "catch-up", trying to fix the crises of the past eight years while reacting to the new ones. They are disappointed in Obama and some are already saying they're staying out of the any future political activity. Not going to vote for that disappointing Obama and other Dems. I have to say that I don't mind the Republicans bitching as much as I hate the Democratic progressives bitching. We expect complaints and comments from the nuts on the Right, we shouldn't get them from our own.
Progressives - grow up. Obama and Congress have really done a great job against overwhelming crap from the Right, and the so-called "Beltway Media".
Last summer, the raucus actions and the violent words at the Town Halls had the media wringing their hands and saying, "Oh, there's no way Obama can pass HCR". The election of a Republican to Ted Kennedy's Senate seat sealed the doom of HCR, according to these same political experts.
Um, WAS Health Care Reform passed?
I seem to remember it was. WAS it as "progressive" as we may have wanted it to be? No, but we will amend the hell out of it in coming years. Curiously, the Civil Rights Acts of the 1960's began as relatively small but were expanded til they are what they are today.
We need to band together again and get out the vote this November and again in two years. The DCCC, DSCC, and DNC have to cooperate by message-discipline, touting the advances of the Obama administration, and NOT straying from saying how bad the Republicans would be if they were elected back in to power.
"Liked your life from 2001-2009? If so, vote Republican this election".
"Republicans like to win elections but they don't like to govern. And governing is what we need right now".
I mean, these damn ads just about write themselves...
So, let's keep exposing the TeaBaggers and Republicans for what they are on ALL levels, but let's also pull together as Democrats.
Gryph, in the interest of being fair and balanced, don't you think you should have noted that this photo is apparently photoshopped?
ReplyDeleteThe only other similar picture I found on the web did not have a cross in her hand. I also cannot find the original source for this picture - perhaps you can provide?
Supposedly her July 2009 calendar picture featured her wrapped in the American flag. . .but cannot find that image either.
MicMac
Yes Mic Mac, that picture IS photoshopped.
ReplyDeleteI kind of figured that most people would know that so I did not bother to point it out. However the warning included with the photo is dead on.
Yeah, most people who don't live under a rock, like me, most likely would. . .
ReplyDeleteBut even without the cross, this picture of Palin wrapped in the flag has always upset me, for a number of reasons. Do you know whether that photo is genuine? I have never found any attribution for it. And, so sorry, I did not bother to purchase the 2009 calendar to see if this represents "Miss July" in all of her unPatriotic splendor.
Is it for real? Or did somebody fake the whole photo? I'd like to know, as I have criticized this photo a while ago on a number of pro-Palin sites. . .and would do so again, should she run for office again.
MicMac
MicMac--An Alaskan photographer took that picture in 2001. Here is a link:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.alaskastock.com/preview.asp?image=351PL%20EX0009%20001&imagex=1&searchnum=0003
If those don't work, look up www.alaskanstock.com then unclick all the boxes, then search for Sarah Palin
Here is a link for ALL the sarah pictures on Alaskan Stock:
http://www.alaskastock.com/resultsframe.asp If this doesn't work, then try the search on their website that I set out above.
Palin is disrespectful of the US flag in this picture and in the Runner's World photo. Most vets that I know aren't happy with people who violate flag protocol.
Thanks, Lisa!
ReplyDeleteDidn't mean to veer the thread off-track, but I have had many arguments with people about this photo, and have found it remarkably difficult to find all by its lonesome on the web. . .almost like it doesn't want to be found, eh?
Or maybe I'm just slow. Anyway, appreciate the link, very much.
MicMac
