However I did want to post a few pieces of evidence to support part of Shailey's story.
First we have some more information provided by Officer Burns concerning how the arrest of Shailey Tripp went down, and new information about more property that was seized.
This is important information because Shailey had told me that a computer was seized as well but it did not show up in the property and evidence report I posted previously. As you can see in the documentation above they did indeed seize a Sony laptop as well as a credit card machine. Oooh now THAT is interesting. I wonder who has copies of THOSE records?
Now for me there was still the question of proving that Shailey worked for the All About You Spa.
Toward that end I was provided the following contract.
As you can see this contract only pertains to her working there starting in May of 2008.
I asked Shailey about this and she told me that previous to that she had been working for a chiropractic clinic called Northstar Chiropractic, which had a contract with AAY spa to share their masseuses. Shailey actually started providing massages (as well as other services) at All About You beginning in January of 2008, but only had a personal contract with them beginning on the dates documented above.
I have seen Shailey's mileage reports and other documentation which supports her story and makes me feel comfortable that she was indeed in the office and available to provide Sarah Palin that massage between January and March of 2008.
Currently I am chasing a number of leads and working to provide more concrete evidence of Shailey's interactions with Todd and her massage of the Grizzled Mama,. including an eyewitness to the latter.
In the meantime Shailey herself has started blogging and has provided a rather interesting possible connection between her last name and Bristol's bundle of joy's first name. Click here to read it for yourself.
I am still working this story, as well as several others, so I will continue to provide updates as they become available.
Update: I must apologize. In my original post I left out part one of Officer Nolder's police report. Like I said I have quite a lot of documents to go through and I confused one for the other. Anyhow all fixed now which should help it to make more sense.
The All About You spa has not issued any denials that she was a massage therapist there on a freelance basis, have they? No denial that Palin was ever there...so I have to think this is true.

Yet, strangely, all we get is silence. Surely, they must have all the proof they need to clear up the matter and show the world that they are just innocent targets in a nasty smear campaign; probably mounted, no doubt, by Sarah's political enemies.

ReplyDeleteMy Levi story: First Levi Johnston would probably never even recognize me however his parents may. That is beside the point. I visited and even lived for a short time in the neighborhood his parents reside in. I have seen them several times. They seem like an ordinary family.
Even though I hate socializing I end up being very social (another one of those weird things). So anyway, one day at one of the MANY places I worked out of I stayed late for a client. This place was in Wasilla. This client was Todd. Todd Palin to be clear. Well while he was dressing, I had come out of the room to wash my hands and see what was happening in the front of the store. Levi was there about to get his hair cut. Todd walks out of the room, they see each other. Todd leaves out of the back, Levi follows, they have harsh sounding words. Todd leaves and Levi comes back in, he can barely look at me.I am embarrassed and have no idea what he will say to the hairdresser. I hurry up and leave.
This was before Bristol had Tripp and if there is a direct connection to my name it would be out of that. But I am not Tripp's parents, I didn't name him, and he is still a baby and I hope people will not be negative towards him. My own son experienced some serious negativity about his name when he was born and his name just fit him. I would like to think that in baby Tripp's case that is the same. His name just fit. We don't need to project our adult issues on him. Most kids grow into their name and his name is just that his name. Levi Johnston was never a client of mine.

The NE never updated their online Todd Palin sex scandal story with the 2nd installment that reported the massage encounter between Shailey and Sarah.
ReplyDeleteSince the APD false and misleading statement was issued just before that 2nd installment hit the stands, no major news sources, or even late night comedians, covered the massage angle. I can only imagine that's why Sarah has been quiet so far about the massage.

Why can't Shailey answer questions like whether Todd's phone number is on her cell phone? You don't have to give anything anyway; just give a reason.
The continued near silence on the twitter channel seems to indicate some kind of upheaval at Palin central. Although the Tripp police reports could be the cause, there's also a flicker of hope that Sarah Palin is experiencing an intervention.

I have been checking your blog several times a day so that I won't miss the moment that Sarah Palin's lies come tumbling down on her, but I can not make sense of anything this Tripp woman is saying.
She doesn't sound particularly intelligent or linear in her thoughts. They are disjointed, incomplete and confusing. Her story about Todd and Levi exchanging harsh words outside her place of business as a possible clue as to why Tripp is named Tripp made no sense at all and her little bits of non-evidence trickling out is maddening.
The bit on her blog about Assange's name was ridiculous. Does she laugh every time she realizes there is "PP' in her name?
Perhaps this is why NE stopped pursuing this story.
She needs to either put out the story in it's entirety or go away.
This is strengthening Palin's credibility and undermining the eventuality of her being exposed.
You shouldn't have to poring over police reports and trying to coroberate her her story because she has issued little scraps. She should just tell it and let the fireworks go off.
I think she needs attention and is trying to capitalize on her tenuous connection to the Grifters.
I'd want to see her prove me wrong.

They went out of the way to contact NE but they won't make any comments to the Alaskan people about what we are asking and talking about. ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about how people use words to explain things. The cop who claimed that Todd wasn't involved in a prostitution ring claimed that they never seized a rodalex. That's a pretty dated word. People store information digitally. Yes, the office supply places still sell rodalex cards and files; people use computers and other digital devices.

When our answering machine broke years ago, we couldn't replace it. Most of the telephone services offer voice mail. Strange coincidence when people speaking on Sarah's behalf use the same antiquated language that she uses.

We're not here to be naysayers, nor is it for entertainment (although I fully admit it is damnably fascinating). We want to know. Either way.
It's important and significant, if it's true. For all kinds of reasons other than amusement.
I don't quite get Shailey. Or Gryphen. Or the intrigue.
But at the same time, Gryphen's research into police department inconsistency is important as well.
And it serves a purpose. I like it that citizens are watching. I am not a criminal and have had negative encounters with law enforcement. They do lie. It seems to be SOP. I've come to think that the police believe all of us Joe Public are inherently liars and cheaters and getting away with any nature of illegal activity, so they're justified.
Shailey seems like a free spirit and a free thinker. She is not rigid in her writings or actions. (She is a poet and artistic types are frequently like this.) This may partially explain her lack of fear in coming forward.

see....after 2.5 years of Palin lies, I tend to think that a denial means Todd actually IS involved in a prostitution ring. There was a bust in this state recently, immediately after the Tripp story broke. The prostitution ring here involved minors and some high rollers. ReplyDeleteThe question of who is behind the statement has already been raised, as have the motives for making the statement. Also in question is whether this statement is for some reason different than other previous APD statements issued to the press.
The facts surrounding this statement suggest that it is outside the normal. It is also an open question whether Dave Parker is responsible for the content, or someone else was.
Officer Dave Parker's name is on this statement and he was either freelancing or trying to follow orders when he issued it. If he knowingly issued false or misleading information for other than investigatory purposes, that is owned by Officer Parker. He owns it until such time as he blames someone else. If that is because he followed orders from superiors, then he owns that too.
As of yesterday the jury was still out on the serial rape trial of former APD officer Anthony Rollins. He is accused of raping citizens while on the job. He is accused of using police resources to stalk and control these women prior to and during the alleged rapes. Two of the alleged rapes occurred at a APD substation.
A properly functioning department would have reviewed the press release policies in the recent past. If the Anthony Rollins arrest and trial were not cause to review the policies to be sure they were well written and understood; then when would be a good time for that?
If Officer Parker has been ordered to do something that he now wishes he hadn't done, then he is awaiting a chance to clear his name through the proper channels.
I want to hear what the APD has to say about this. I wondering of they are trustworthy. Something is wrong here.

Shailey has already said she had sex with Tawd (that's the whole point), so whether she did this particular time when there was an awkward encounter with Levi doesn't really matter much, in my opinion.

I agree with anon 12:30. I think Gryphen is doing a great job investigating the APD, but Shailey Tripp should just sell her story and little black book to the highest bidder. Her tidbits of information she gives on her blog are confusing and I think detrimental to the credibility of this story. I think it needs to be reported and investigated behind the scenes - as much as we want to know what's going on - and then end with a big bang expose. Reporting every tidbit of information before there is a definitive story is giving it away and Palin is going to use that to line up her ammunition. IMO.

Again, I'm not thinking that this was an act of prostitution. I got the feeling that Tawd wasn't supposed to be spending the grifter's money on himself when the grifter was hard at work, and that he wanted Levi to not tell on him... or that he was just sniping at the boy who was boning his daughter... or that he'd heard that something was going on between Shailey and Todd and now Levi had evidence. I saw Shailey's Tripp name comment as inferring that Levi didn't 'tell' on Todd after his spa day, but he is telling on Todd every day when Todd has to hear that name.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you completely. I also have been checking quite often and to date have not really had reason to doubt what was being asserted here, but at the same time knowing that the evidence to date has been less than slam-dunk.
What you have so far is not enough for traditional media to pick it up and run with.
Until I read Ms. Tripp's last blog post (the one cited in this post) I had no reason to doubt her. I still don't, but I am a little more leery after reading that stream-of-consciousness (especially after how she came of in your phone interview, which was quite well IMO) post.
This seems to be the same point at which the NE jumped ship on the story. If this is the best you have, this won't be picked up by traditional media, and this story will die.
For those who are leaning on Palin's lack of statement of this as proof - it's not. This is a blog, easier to blow off than the National Enquirer even. The only thing she can do by making a statement is drive more traffic here. Which as much as she likes to shoot her own feet, I doubt she'd do.
I want to believe, Gryphen, this story has so much potential.

Another issue I have with Shailey Tripp. She's a whore. Ugly word? Yes. It means she willingly has sex with any man who forks over money for the impersonal use of her body, in which her soul resides, as a disposable receptacle for his semen. It's an ugly transaction. Think about it. She willingly had sex with Todd Palin for money. The father of four (at the time) children, the husband of the current state governor. What kind of utter FOOL is Shailey Tripp? She has demonstrated zero self-esteem by demeaning herself to have paid sex with a shitty father/husband who only considered Tripp fit for his sexual use. Does she even have any reasoning ability or the ability to foresee consequences?

ReplyDeleteSo it's looking like Levi was the one to suggest Tripp's name. I'm sure Todd knew what it meant right off the bat, but I wonder when Bristol and Sarah found out. Anyway, that seems like it's not something Levi can hold over anyone's head anymore. But it sounds like there are people ready to tell their Palin stories, although we'll have to wait for the publishing process, which can take a little while and usually is done hush-hush, before we find out just who can get their story out first and how many are affected in the wake. This could be interesting.

I had a conversation with a family member of Levi's (not his sister) shortly after Palin was selected as the VP nominee. She said that the Palin's had treated Levi really nastily, that Todd had told Levi that he would never be allowed to see the baby. Then the nomination happened and suddenly he was "the clean cut fiance" being welcomed into the family.

I have to confess that I have never found Levi to be that smart, or that devious, but stranger things have happened. Though this is about as strange as it gets.

The Palins are a very vindictive piece of shit white trash uneducated hill billy family and this makes a lot of sense if it is true. So Bristol for the rest of your life you have a reminder of your father's lack of love for your piece of shit grifting mother everytime you say your son's name. One more thing, Sarah they say money does not buy you happiness, but for a short time it bought Todd some happiness when he left you and sought and made love in the arms of another woman who showed Todd some real lovin' and when you hold or look at Tripp, ya remember somebody else was doin' yo man.

Sarah Sarah is that you or is it Willow or Bristol? Talking about sloppy seconds, I believe it was Sarah who received the sloppy seconds so don't take it out on Gryphen. G'man is just doing what other Alaskans have been trying to do or wanted to do and the state is thankful to Gryphen for taking out the trash. If you knew Shailey in person you would know she is a fighter. I am sure it takes all of her self restraint to not attack Todd. She was really something in high school. She always stood up to bullies. I don't know what pain came into her life and why she chose to be a prositute but she wasn't like that. If Shailey is standing up for something then she has my support.

Do I look down on her for that? Yes, indeedy I do. I don't admire women who sell their bodies for sex with men like Todd Palin, and I absolutely look down on them when they have other means of earning a living, as Tripp does. Why should my opinion of her be any higher of Tripp than her own? But what I think of her isn't what counts. It's what the NE thinks of her, and if they will no longer touch her story, the MSM will not touch her either. I do admire Gryphen but I don't see this story going anywhere. As I said - I'm a realist.
