Ahhhh. Sarah Palin, eat your heart out. Not to make this about her, because it's not. For all her attacks, she can't touch him.

Perfect way to end the work week and to feel the love this gentle man conveys.

What a magical difference from the Bush years when we were always on pins and needles and scared to voice our fears.

    Thanks for the video!

I will never understand how people simply can't see the inherent goodness in this man. It shows in everything he does that his very soul is about lightness, love, humility and humanity at it's very best.

Do I like all of his policies and how things are very different than what I wanted them to be? No. Not at all. But I have never once questioned that the person that IS President Obama is just about the most decent human being we could ever hope to have in the White House.

This video had me smiling and tearing up just a little bit.

    Great video!!

Jon Huntsman's 3 daughters have a great sense of humor. Here is link to a post which includes the video of their spoof of the Cain smoking/smile ad!! Hilarious!

"They also seem to take special pleasure in needling the clean-cut, well-starched Romney camp. On October 11, for example, they tweeted at Romney’s son Tagg: “Want to tailgate for the next debate? Vegas wild. We’ll bring the godfathers, you bring the diet coke.” Then they added, “Mormon tabernacle choir can DJ.”

Clearly, the people of Ireland know a great man when they see one.

P.S. I love him too. I've never been so proud as an American to call this man Mr. President...and I've seen A LOT of presidents in my time. How can anyone of a pure heart not love him? But that is the key, isn't it?

Thank you, Gryphen! I smiled ear-to-ear through the whole video. I've always loved that song. It was the perfect song for the video, and for today.

President Obama is an exceptional husband, father and friend. He's a great President. He'll be an exceptional President in his second term if we vote in those who care less about what they want than what the citizens actually need.

7:03 - I just finished watching the first video. What struck me most was the "Welcome Home Barack Obama" signs. I recall the same signs when President and First Lady Obama went to Kenya, and were considered "proof" that Obama wasn't born in the U.S. (Funny there were never any "O'Bama was born in Ireland" accusations.)

Now I get it. President Obama is considered a citizen of the world. This is why he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Nice. When we focus on what is right about our current politics--we elected this smart, strong, funny, elegant, kind, generous man, who builds instead of destroys, I don't even miss old whats her name-- that screechy woman who spent so much time spewing and spreading hate and tearing down people.

This man is truly a rare being. He inspires all of the good, positive and uplifting ideas that life has, setting the soul on fire.

It isn't hate he preaches, it's tolerance. It isn't fear he fosters, it's courage. It isn't divisiveness he courts, it's 'we're all in this together'.

I feel deeply blessed to have witnessed his leadership and his calm, intelligent humor, dignity, parenting, fathering...he is such a phenomenal role model for our young people and for us old people too.

My heart just bubbles up with appreciation for him whenever I see him/hear him and watch how people of all ages respond to him.

I feel so sorry for the many people who will do that 3 monkey thing and not allow anything GOOD to come into their thick skulls, concerning this excellent President.

My family and their Southern Baptist prejudice caused me to miss enjoying the first half of the Kennedy presidency (his being an evil CATHOLIC, and all) but thankfully enough talk of his genius and obvious love of the country, made me break out of the confines of my size small white sheet, and admire what little time was left with him.

All we can do, is hope that, for their sake, they too can break out of the racism mold, and see President Obama, for the great man he is.

Absolutely love the guy and his family!!! Thank God he is the one leading our country!

It amazes me how horribly the majority of the Republican paint him - it just makes me sick that they have little respect for him.

He is so, so much better than they are in thought, word and deed. Plus, he leads far better too!!

I'm so proud to call this man our President. Pure class, intelligence and a huge heart. AND, he can shoot hoops and dance well!!! :)

Anon 6:22 - "I will never understand how people simply can't see the inherent goodness in this man. It shows in everything he does that his very soul is about lightness, love, humility and humanity at it's very best."

Therein lies the problem/challenge for the opposition! They DO see it, but cannot accept it from a Dem or a man of color and must do all they can to discredit him in any/every way.

Anon 9:29 - "It isn't hate he preaches, it's tolerance. It isn't fear he fosters, it's courage. It isn't divisiveness he courts, it's 'we're all in this together'."

So true! Imagine how scary that is to the right.

When the American voter elected this man to be President, the rest of the world breathed a sigh of relief and applauded their good sense.

The idea that one of the clowns from the current crop of GOP candidates might replace him sends shivers down our spines.

Let's hope that sanity prevails and we see him at the helm for another term. The alternative is just too frightening to contemplate.

@Anon at 7.03. Thanks for the links. You made me smile all over again.

I feel embarrassed sitting here crying over what a nice man we have as our President. But I value "nice" and I believe he has only good intentions.

No, palinbots, he is not a "savior" sent by god like your gal, but I'll take him!

    To 7:17,
people have been calling Bristle's DWTS baby (the one that is supposedly with her in LA as her "godson") by the name of Tristan.

I'm honestly not sure if it started from a MeAgain tip...or if it was a joke about the T-names, but it seems the handle has sort of stuck.

ALSO? - Man, we better re-elect President Obama by a landslide, to prevent the stealing of another election.

Love that video. Everyone wanted to have a beer with Bush, but I think everyone would like a hug from President Obama. That says volumes about the kind of man he is.

I challenge the P-bots to post a similar video of their Queen. Can you imagine how scary a true behind the scenes video of Granny Palin would be. She was scary enough on her scripted reality show. It would be perfect for Halloween with water boobs, hooker heels, fake butts, fake baby bumps, ratty hair, scary witch hands, catatonic stares, make-up smearing, red bull chugging, reloading, and lots of shreaking, snarling, blinking and lip licking....EWWWWWWW!

    Bring it P-bots!
