Stephen Colbert discusses the negative impact taking potatoes out of school lunches will have on Middle School children. He seems very passionate about the subject.

Okay now this link will take you to Colbert's brilliant smackdown of Herman Cain, and I admit that it was EXCELLENT, and urge everybody to watch it.

However it was this next clip which I watched while lying in my bed last night, that had me laughing so hard I damn near wet the sheets.

What did I tell you?

Haha - what a joke. Unbelievable that they are spending this kind of time in the Senate fucking around and talking about school lunches. I suppose it's a two-fer because they can throw the First Lady's healthy kids initiative in there too - c'mon, keep cutting her down for trying to help our obese nation. Assholes.

Senate Defends Kids’ Right to Stuff Their Faces with Potatoes

Washington's War on Potatoes appears to be wrapping up, and... let's see here... potatoes are winning! White potatoes, those excessively salted and fried and embacon'd starch rocks that are now limited to two weekly cafeteria servings under new USDA regulations for federally subsidized school lunches, will soon be freed, as the Senate voted yesterday to "block the USDA from putting any limits on serving potatoes or other vegetables in school lunches."

Senators Susan Collins and Mark Udall, whose states happen to include large potato-growing corporations, introduced the amendment to scrap these do-gooder Obama rules and let the country's fat kids eat all the salty tater tots and baked potatoes with "fixins from the fixins bar" all the time, just like they used to:

We're no longer getting any of these videos from Colbert or Stewart - always the same msg - not available in your country - which is ludicrous considering fox cable plays here just fine - and that we used to get them all just as couple of months ago with no problems.

Which is the long way around asking for youtube links if anyone has them thanks :)

    Speaking of Cain...

No sure how I missed this a few days ago but, apparently long before Cain released his tax plan, there was another "999" tax structure ... the default rates in 2003's Sim City 4. LOL.
