Before the Republicans apply that next layer of white wash let's take a moment to remember the REAL George W. Bush.

"I don't know what the fuck I'm doing!"
Courtesy of American Idiot:

The canonization of George W. Bush and the white-washing of his bleak, destructive, and in many ways criminal Presidency has begun. We’re not sure what the point is of opening an entire library dedicated to a bumbling, incompetent functional illiterate whose criminal and political connections helped him steal his way to the White House…twice, but while we contemplate the rage we feel that Bush Jr. will most likely never be tried for war crimes, at least we can still laugh at the farce, the fraud and the failure that is George Walker Bush.

If you are like me this last week of people talking about George W. Bush as if he were actually somebody worthy of respect, or cherry picking his two terms for the few kernels of positive information, or claiming, and this one damn near gags, me, that he kept us safer than President Obama, has kept you in a consonant state of agitation.

So I thought it would be therapeutic to show George W. Bush  as he really was, without all of the false accolades camouflaging his legacy.

Yeah, THAT guy actually ran this country for EIGHT ENTIRE YEARS!

And the Right Wing has the balls to nitpick at every single decision made my our current President?

That is why nothing, and I mean nothing, that they say negative about Barack Obama is worth listening to. You simply cannot support this dipshit for eight years and then request that people take you seriously when you offer criticisms of the next President of the united States.

Period!

    Heck of a job, Brownie.

W just never got it. Even Brownie admitted that Bush was just a 'frat boy' who was out of it. W's legacy was earned and it is what it is.

The only ones who can be convinced that he was actually better than he was are those who disregard facts and truth. And those who happen to watch shills like Hannity and believe every word he spews. Yes, these people fall into the same group generally referred to as low-info persons, aka loyal Fox News Channel viewers.

This is all to make Brother Bushie more palatable in 2016 or 2020 if 2016 is too soon to dupe the people.

Another Bush will NEVER win an election to be president. Too much would be brought up (negative) about their past histories. The majority no longer favor Republicans or another Bush!

Agreed, 2:28. Jebbie and the Bush grandsons better listen to Babs and keep a low profile for a generation or two. They ain't all that and a bag of chips, and Momma Bush knows it. It will save all of them some butt-hurt and embarrassment. W done screwed the pooch.

  3. Oh, that clip is SO hard to watch. It's even worse than I remember it, if that's possible.

I couldn't watch the video since I'm still twitching from living through the original.

However, I do want to leave you all with this thought: If we survived 8 years of the Shrub presidency, this country can survive damn near anything!

Me, too. I don't need to be a serious student of history to remember a thousand reasons not to listen to any Bush on any subject. If one of them steps in front of a bus, I figure I'll hear it on the news whether or not I care. Meanwhile, I have no interest in clicking on a video about any of em or all of them. Just like the Sarah bitch, it's mind over matter. I don't mind that they don't matter.

omg, don't you think Cheney the cyborg was running things as well as Poppy Bush? I live in Texas and plan to visit the Bush library one day just so I can sit in the oval office desk and say, "I am not a crook." or in Bush's case, "I am not a crackpot." Are you sure that Bush and Palin aren't progeny of the same father?? He sounds like her brother and she sounds like his sister. By the time I get to the library, Perry will be sitting in that chair pretending to be president. How correct was Shakespeare when he wrote, "Lord, what fools these mortals be?"

I used to find "Bushisms" funny, but I'm too ashamed and embarrassed at the damage and senseless loss of life his war of vengeance caused our country and the world.

Remember Cindy Sheehan and the lengths he took to avoid meeting her? What a coward!
