Just one of the reasons that I love this show.

Two days. That is how long it took me to devour the second season of Orange is the New Black.

And believe me if I did not have to sleep and work I would have managed it in one day.

Orange is a great show, one the best TV series anyone has ever produced. 2nd season is available on torrent sites, for those of us who don't have cable or satellite.

This is such a good show. Bad part is having to wait a year for the next season.
Has anybody read the book this series was based on?

I read it when it was published years ago. It was a wonderful book. Piper is a gifted writer. I love the show but the book is better.

OITNB is the best series since Deadwood, IMO. Took me 2 days as well and lost some sleep since it came out during the work week. Can't wait for season 3. I think I'll read Piper's book once the series ends. But until then, no plot spoilers!

House of Cards is another binge-worthy series.

We just finished watching Deadwood again. That was a good show. So raw and gritty.

Another thumbs up for House of Cards. When it comes to playing the best asshole ever, not too many better than Kevin Spacey. He's one of my favorites.

What a great show and brilliant quote. I have this love/hate relationship with binge watching, and having the ending divulged by some idiot at a restaurant or one of my kid's friends. But I do lilke knowing I can watch what I want, whenever I want.

Two of those observations are cribbed from other people's writing. The "Tony awards" line is from Christopher Durang's play "Laughing Wild" and the "God wanted an angel" line is from David Lindsey-Abaire's "Rabbit Hole."
