Vermont high schoolers call Fox News out over their lack of journalistic integrity.

Damn when you are being schooled by teenagers about journalism you KNOW you are a bunch of frauds.

I thought that most of these kids were a little stiff on camera, but I have to say I would STILL rather listen to them give me the news than have to listen to the Fox News propaganda machine blame everything, including the weather, on President Obama.

Thank you, students!!!!!!! What a great report, a real one.

And, thank you, too, Gryphen for giving this to us. Now, I have to go forward it to many people.

Gotta get myself up to Bennington soon. Nice hour and a quarter drive to one of the most beautiful place in our country.

    WOW!

Now, if we could just get more people to do this, and more often, perhaps (I'll admit it is a SMALL perhaps!) we can get them to at least think about what they do.

As for getting their viewers to see the point? Never gonna happen. One needs a half-way functioning brain for that to occur.

It just occurred to me why SArah's pretend journalism degree story sucks. No one enters college and suddenly majors in journalism. No, you do what these kids do. You work in your high school paper and yearbook. You get sent to sell ads, interview new teachers, talk to fellow students about issues. I did all that. And was,Treasurer for both publications. And actually took Journalism classes in college. And graduated. I can show you my transcripts.
So bravo to these terrific students, and boo to Fox, Palin, and the entire propaganda network.

Jon pegged that outfit as "Bullshit Mountain." Millions think they are getting the news. Canada has the right approach with that propaganda machine. There is nothing "fair and balanced" about that evil organization.

So Watter's claims that Vermont has one of the highest tax rates in the country. Seven out of fifty is up there. He should have also pointed out that Vermont gets back $1.41 for every dollar they paid in federal taxes. Damn Takers! Why can't Vermont be like a raise yourself up by your own bootstraps state like South Carolina where for every dollar they send in, they only get back $7.87. Wait. Mississippi, $3.07. Umm, Alabama, $3.28. Oh, never mind

Great kids, I see a few future Rachel's in there. I'm fifty six years old, and worked with a lot of kids during both Obama Campaigns, and was blown away by their knowledge of world events and overall knowledge of history and government. I doubt any were consumers of fox.
