Lawrence O'Donnell had the young college student who humiliated Jeb Bush on his program last night. And she's awesome!

Damn! All I have to say after watching this interview is that Jebbie is lucky that he got out of there before she bitch slapped him into oblivion.

I think MSNBC should hire her immediately and send her out to all of the Republican campaign events to ask the candidates questions. Ratings would soar.

By the way the Daily Show also covered this exchange and it also was all kinds of awesome.

P.S. I wrote this post much earlier today with every intention of  publishing it before now, however breaking stories pushed it back to the end of the day.

Since writing this I have seen this young lady interviewed on Hardball, and she was just as intelligent and well spoken as on O'Donnell's show last night.

However Matthews was such a dick, trying to get her to attack Hillary and talking over her the entire time, that I found the piece unusable.

I saw that interview, she was a breath of fresh air. I get so tire of these Politicians talking out their ass and nobody calls them on it.

    off topic

I had forgotten about the Palin theory of the First Amendment.

    http://crooksandliars.com/2015/05/palinesque-defense-kirsten-powerss-non

"This is a new variation of the Palin theory of the First Amendment, as articulated by the former vice presidential candidate during the 2008 campaign:

Palin told WMAL-AM that her criticism of Obama's associations, like those with 1960s radical Bill Ayers and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, should not be considered negative attacks. Rather, for reporters or columnists to suggest that it is going negative may constitute an attack that threatens a candidate's free speech rights under the Constitution, Palin said.

"If [the media] convince enough voters that that is negative campaigning, for me to call Barack Obama out on his associations," Palin told host Chris Plante, "then I don't know what the future of our country would be in terms of First Amendment rights and our ability to ask questions without fear of attacks by the mainstream media."

Palin's argument was: If you say bad things about my speech, you're suppressing it. suppressing all the speech to which she's attached that biography."

    1. But if we say anything criticizing her, question the parentage of any of her children, her parenting skills, etc. then we are haters and should STFU.

Because only the elite have first amendment rights? (That's fascist thinking.)

The fool apparently has not even read the words of the First Amendment. How is the Government making a law abridging herfreedom of speech, when I (not the Government) am the one critcizing her words? Huh, Sarah Simpleton??????

You are one of the few that actually knows what MSNBC is! All the 24 hour news networks aren't allowed in our house so I only know of the existence of their anchors when I read here.

How can MNBC have the intelligence of a show like Dr. Rachel Maddow and then the garbage of prison life? I will say that Rachel Maddow always says on Friday night when closing her show 'and now we all go to jail'! Or, something close to that!

MSNBC needs badly to revamp their shows! I have stopped watching their channel with the exception of the The Rachel Maddow Show. I always learn so much from her as she is an outstanding teacher!

I'm late responding to this, but this young lady is one example of what I learned about young people in general, while working for both of our President's OFA branches. I'm so proud of the young people today. This nineteen year old young lady not only asked the right question, but framed it perfectly. Jeb comes away looking like a fool and or an idiot, at best having no sense of world affairs under his brother's watch.
