Donald Trump visits a minority neighborhood. Totally not fake or anything.
Politico Meet the man siphoning money from Donald Trump A 25-year-old with no Trump ties raises $1 million by dangling 'dinner' with the GOP nominee.
... Since its launch, the PAC has collected more than $1 million, Hawes told POLITICO. It has reportedly spent $0 on behalf of Trump.
“I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This is horrible. That was not my intent,” said Mary Pat Kulina, who owns a paper-shredding company in Maryland and gave $265 to Hawes’s group. Kulina thought she had given to Trump’s campaign until told otherwise by POLITICO. “This is robbery,” she said. “I want my money back and I want them to add up what they stole from people and give it to Donald Trump.”...
Looks like someone was taking copious detailed notes while watching The Colbert Report.
This is a prime example of our current corrupt campaign financing laws.
This guy has not broken any laws. I'm sure he'll follow the guidelines for SuperPacs and will make a ton of money off of his PAC. Because, that's pretty much what they are for. Grifting the public. And if you're stupid enough to vote for Trump you are a prime target for this sort of legal scam.
The seqment is very funny. OT It is absurd that Trump surrogates Christie, Conway and the black hair woman must reinterpret Trump's words to provide a very different meaning than what Trump clearly communicates. They can't provide substance or details because there is none. Trump shoots his mouth off then they go out to clean up his destruction. I find it pathetic, sad and a travesty of our election system and worse commentary of those who voted and support Trump.
...How this plays over the longer term is less clear to me. If the rumors are true that Trump wants to use his candidacy to launch a right-wing media empire, it could lead to an even more ridiculous development: right-wing media takes over the GOP; Trump takes over and takes the the GOP private in some sort of ersatz leveraged buyout of a distressed publicly traded company. For now at least the takeover seems total. And even though this precise configuration can't outlast Trump's likely defeat, it's difficult to see how the warlordization of the GOP doesn't become more entrenched by these events.
According to Blow, Trump’s minority “outreach” isn’t aimed at people of color at all. Rather, his message is targeting white moderate Republicans who have reservations about voting for a raging bigot. Blow said that this is “the most horrible form of bigotry.”
“It is the kind of bigotry that says, ‘I will knock you down while I pretend to pick you up,'” Blow said. “It says that, ‘I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to the guy behind you or over your shoulder.’ It’s the kind of bigotry that says, ‘I’m urinitaing on you and telling you to dance in the rain.'”
SOUNDS LIKE SARAHPAC

Donald Trump’s Minority Outreach – Tell Blacks Same Lies He Tells Whites
ReplyDeleteRepublicans have gotten whites to vote against their self-interest for years and years. Trump's plan is to somehow get blacks to do the same.
