Contender for "Worst Person ever" Tomi Lahren apparently kicked her dog five times during Fox New appearance.

Bad news if you’re a dog: Tomi Lahren is tired of your attitude. So tired in fact, that she is more than happy to indulge animal abuse in the name of a bit of peace and quiet. Sad! 

Yep, the Fox & Friends contributor has announced she had to kick her dog ‘about 5 times’ during a recent TV appearance . 

Lahren shared a video of her pooch Kota on her Instagram berating the little guy for chewing a bone loudly. 

Now Lahren has since denied that she ever really did this, but if you watch the Fox News portion of the above clip you can actually see when she was doing the kicking. Just watch for her mouth to tense up and her body to bob as she punishes her dog for being a dog.

Boy Hillary Clinton certainly nailed it when she called these people a "basket of deplorables."

I wonder what is next for Lahren?

Drowning a sackful of kittens perhaps?

For years congregants of the Word of Faith Fellowship suffered terrible physical abuse to "purify" them and rid them of demons.

From all over the world, they flocked to this tiny town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, lured by promises of inner peace and eternal life. What many found instead: years of terror — waged in the name of the Lord. 

Congregants of the Word of Faith Fellowship were regularly punched, smacked, choked, slammed to the floor or thrown through walls in a violent form of deliverance meant to "purify" sinners by beating out devils, 43 former members told The Associated Press in separate, exclusive interviews. 

Victims of the violence included pre-teens and toddlers — even crying babies, who were vigorously shaken, screamed at and sometimes smacked to banish demons. 

"I saw so many people beaten over the years. Little kids punched in the face, called Satanists," said Katherine Fetachu, 27, who spent nearly 17 years in the church. 

Word of Faith Fellowship, an evangelical church with hundreds of members in North Carolina and branches in other countries, also subjected members to a practice called "blasting" — an ear-piercing verbal onslaught often conducted in hours-long sessions meant to cast out devils. 

Apparently this constant assault was directed by the church's controlling leader, Jane Whaley, who appointed herself a kind of dictator, controlling every aspect of her congregant's lives. Including whether they could have children or not.

And oh yes there was of course sexual assault on some of the children as well.

Once again this is another reminder that even seemingly intelligent people can allow themselves to suffer incredible abuse and manipulation after surrendering their critical thinking skills and accepting everything on faith alone.

I think that the majority of us would have left this "church" the minute that somebody put their hands on us, or we witnessed them putting their hands on others.

And yet many of these people stayed for years of physical and mental abuse, why?

Faith, that's why. Good old fashioned, superstitious, barbaric, faith.

I am not sure that Dakota Meyer understands parenting.

I was really only able to make it to the minute mark in the video.

If I had actually seen them strike that child I would have lost my shit.

They are hitting that young boy with a paddle. Do you have any idea the psychological damage an incident like this can cause?

Well I do, because that was done to me.

In fact I was not only spanked by a school principal, I was spanked by my mother, my grandmother, babysitters, and the men who were dating my mother before she remarried.

One time I had cuts on my legs where a guy had used an electrical cord to "punish" me for not falling asleep fast enough. That school principal used half of a baseball bat sanded down with the words "Louisville Slugger" on the handle.

Five strikes, I remember every one of them.

Do you want to know how that approach corrected my behaviors?

It didn't.

But it made me an angry and violent young man, who often engaged in physical confrontations with my peers to the point where I sent more than one of them to the hospital.

I trained up to four or five hours each day, so that I would be a more effective fighter, and then I looked for trouble virtually every day so that I could punish the world that at the time I felt had horribly abused me.

Don't get me wrong I was not a bully, at least not in the classical sense. I wanted to fight tough guys who bullied or intimidated others.  But I was a raging asshole, of that there is no doubt.

This lasted into my late teens.

After that I was able to gain some perspective. which came as the result of some very caring teachers and school administrators who did not want to kick me out of school and destroy my life because, thankfully, they felt I was worth saving.

I owe them everything.

Today I care for the children who have been brutalized, neglected, and psychologically damaged by parents and others without the education or intelligence to deal with challenging behaviors.

Apparently this child was paddled for spitting and aggressive behaviors.

I have dealt with spitters before. Do you know what you do?

You get a bucket and you ask them to fill it up with all of their extra spit.

After a little bit their mouth goes dry and they ask to stop, at which time you simply say "Are you all out of spit?"

They answer in the affirmative, and you tell them "Well I am going to keep this bucket handy and the next time you need to spit we will come right back here and you can try to fill it again."

I have never had a child spit again after that.

Somebody needs to let Dakota Meyer know that there are many, many, many effective methods for teaching a child that do not involve scarring them for life.

So I am sure that some of you have seen a link to this popping up over and over again here in the comments, along with the accusation that Dakota physically abused Bristol while they were together.

Now first let me say that I actually think that Dakota might have some serious issues, not the least of which might be PTSD and possible alcohol abuse.

However having said that I will also say that from what I have heard Bristol has NOT told anybody up here that she was being abused, and let's face it if she were the Palins would have spread that ALL OVER the tabloids by now.

If Bristol and her mother decide to use that tactic in order to smear Dakota in the future, they might want to think long and hard about it first.

The military is very protective of their Medal of Honor winners and if somebody files false allegations against one of them, that person is going to have a serious fight on their hands.

After all if it is not just Dakota Meyer's reputation at stake, but also the Marine Corps and the entire United States military for awarding such a prestigious award to a man who would do such a thing to a woman.

 Of course as we know false allegations are the Palin family weapon of choices, ie David Letterman purposefully slandered Willow Palin, Joe McGinnis moved next door to peer through Piper's bedroom window, Levi Johnston got Bristol drunk in a tent and raped her, etc. etc. etc.

However in this case they might not want to "go there."

Children in India beaten, forced to convert to Christianity. I guess some things never do change.

Forcibly converted to Christianity, hung by the wrists from a ceiling fan, starved for days and beaten mercilessly for failing to recite Bible passages — this is what a nine-year-old boy said he had to endure at an illegal shelter. 

He was among 30 children, all from poor families, rescued on December 29 after police raided two homes run by the Emmanuel Seva Group in Greater Noida and Meerut. The child, who along with his younger sister and brother had been confined to the home for three years, said their stay was like a “jail term” during which his name was also changed. 

“I was allowed to meet my parents once a month for only 15 minutes. The only thing I was taught was the Bible. They forced me to memorise its passages,” the boy told HT on Thursday and added that the children were forced to consume buffalo meat and “paraded” before potential donors. “They gave us good clothes whenever visitors came. 

They made us stand in line and recite Bible passages. Faltering meant a beating with sticks and belts later,” he said. “Once the guests left, the shelter in-charge snatched away our clothes, sweets and gifts and we were back in rags again.”

I am always amused by Christians who seem to believe that their religion spread because of its inherent truth, or that people were compelled to convert by the word of their god and not the pressure they were put under to do so.

If you believe this to be an isolated incident, or that even harsher tactics were not used in times past, then you are either purposefully ignorant or simply ignorant.

Even as recently as sixty or seventy years ago the native children of Alaska were stripped of their cultural identity, beaten for speaking their native tongue, and forced to change their names to those found within the Bible, all in the name of saving their eternal soul.

Like I said, things never change.

Man punches child in face for getting ready for church too slowly. Wow, church is tougher than I remember.

A 49-year-old man was arrested Sunday in Orange County on allegations of punching a child in the face because the child wasn't getting ready for church quickly enough. 

Angel Rivera was arrested on charges of child abuse and battery (domestic violence). 

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the child, whose age was not released, was getting ready to go to church with Rivera, but the child was having trouble putting on shoes because of an ankle brace. 

According to deputies, the child said Rivera got upset, so the child went into a room and tried to close the door. 

Rivera tried to stop the child, but the door hit him in the face, deputies said. Rivera was able to get into the room and punched the child in the face, deputies said. The child, who was bleeding and had a black and blue eye, was taken to a hospital, deputies said.

Who punches a kid with an ankle brace for not getting his shoes on fast enough? I mean did this asshole even try to help the child?

You know I keep hearing how Christians are supposed to be my moral superior, but I really don't see it.

England has an entire task force dedicated to faith related abuse cases. And they are on the rise.

The Metropolitan Police said there had been 60 crimes linked to faith in London so far this year. It saw reports double from 23 in 2013 to 46 in 2014. 

Half of UK police forces do not record such cases and many local authorities are also unable to provide figures. 

The NSPCC said authorities "need to ensure they are able to spot the signs of this particular brand of abuse". 

London is unique in having a police team, Project Violet, dedicated to this type of abuse. 

Its figures relate to crime reports where officers have flagged a case as involving abuse linked to faith or belief. Many of the cases involve children.

Here is one such case that was investigated by the task force: 

Ibidapo was trafficked to the UK from Nigeria in 2007, to work as a servant for relatives in the North of England. They accused her of being a witch, stopped her going to school and physically assaulted her. She escaped with the help of a Nigerian woman living nearby. 

"I started living with my aunty at the age of 10, to help her to look after the baby. If my aunty went to work I'd be left with the baby, to do all the housework, wash clothes, cook the food. 

"Each time the children got sick my aunty would accuse me of being the one responsible for their illness, start calling me a witch, start beating me up, and there was a time that she took me down to church, to a pastor. They were calling me a witch, they were using a broom to beat me. 

"Sometimes my aunty would look into my eyes and call me a witch. It made me feel rejected, like I'm nobody."

Religion of course is just a socially acceptable label for superstition, and superstition is the gateway to all kinds of abuse in the name of gods, angels, or demons, or punishment for those who do not share their particular superstitions.

Christians in this country are big on pointing the finger at Muslims in the Middle East who behead, stone to death, and mutilate in the name of their religion without acknowledging the many atrocities still being perpetrated around the world in the name of Christianity.

Walker administration to review Alaska corrections department policies in wake of inmate deaths.

Alaska Gov. Bill Walker says his administration will review the state corrections department’s policies and its safety measures following a string of inmate deaths last year. 

Dean Williams, a top Walker assistant who used to run a youth corrections center in Anchorage, will lead the review along with Joe Hanlon, a private investigator and former FBI agent, Walker's office announced Monday. 

A prepared statement from Walker said the review would “look for ways to improve department policies and ensure inmate safety,” and aims to “address the concerns that have been raised about the Department of Corrections.” 

Walker’s spokeswoman Katie Marquette said inmate deaths would be one element of the review.

Okay let me just tell you that this is a MUCH bigger story than this tiny article at the Dispatch would suggest.

There was abuse of prisoners, abuse of staff, abuse of the system in general, and let's just say that money changed hands to quiet the whole thing down.

Taxpayer money.

And at the center of it all is Palin's butt boy Joe Schmidt, who quite literally should never have been allowed to run a kennel for dogs, much less be responsible for human beings serving time in Alaska.

Former Republican operative from South Carolina holds his wife hostage in Chick-fil-A parking lot, blames too much cough syrup.

A former official with the South Carolina Republican Party said an improper dose of cough medicine was to blame for an incident in which he refused to let his wife out of their car, the Charleston City Paper reported Saturday. 

Todd Kincannon, an attorney who briefly served as the executive director of the South Carolina Republican Party in 2010, allegedly refused to let his wifeout of their car after the couple got into an argument at a work function Thursday night, according to a police report obtained by the newspaper. 

A Lexington County Sheriff's deputy responded to a "possible domestic incident" at about 10:21 p.m. at Kincannon's Columbia, S.C. home, according to the report. The report stated Kincannon's wife, Ashely Suzanne Griffith, told the deputy there had been an altercation in a Chick-fil-A parking lot on the drive home. 

Griffith told the deputy that she asked to get out of their car after her husband began screaming at her, according to the police report. The report stated that Griffith said she hit her husband in the arm several times because he grabbed her to prevent her from exiting the car. She also told the deputy that Kincannon had threatened to kill himself if she left the vehicle.

Later Kincannon told a Charleston newspaper that he was all hopped up on cough syrup: Here’s what happened last night:

I had a severe upper respiratory infection, and I’m the kind of guy who never goes to the doctor. I finally went and was prescribed something called Benzonatate for my cough. I’d never taken it before, and took it for the first time last night. Basically, I went completely crazy after taking it. I don’t even remember all of it. My wife called 911 because she was worried about me and my behavior was way out of character and erratic, and she was afraid for her safety and mine. The cops came and they called EMS, and EMS took me to Lexington Medical Center. My blood pressure on scene was something like 190 over 130 and I was tachycardic. The ER doctor at LMC saw me and I was diagnosed ... with an allergic reaction to Benzonatate. Apparently a very small percentage of people go absolutely nuts when they take the stuff, and I’m apparently in that very small percentage. I had calmed down by the time I got to LMC and they let me go after a brief evaluation. I’m totally fine now and not taking any more Benzonatate. 

They need to add a warning label to Benzonatate: “Warning: May cause people to go completely nuts.”

Sounds legit. I mean who doesn't start manhandling women after they take prescription cough suppressants?

Convoluted Arkansas adoption/sex abuse case seems determined to get even more convoluted.

On April 4, 2014, a 38-year-old resident of Bella Vista named Eric Cameron Francis was arrested by the Arkansas State Police for the rape of a 6-year-old girl in what the police said was his temporary care. Sexual crimes against children always attract a certain horrified attention, but this particular case earned additional scrutiny because Francis had recently worked as head teacher at a Christian preschool in West Fork owned by state Rep. Justin Harris (R-West Fork) and his wife, Marsha. 

Harris, who said he was "devastated and sickened" by news of the abuse, told the Arkansas Times in April 2014 that Francis had been in his employ only about three months, from November 2013 to January 2014, before being fired for poor work attendance. 

"He came with a pristine record," Harris said at the time, noting that Francis was also a youth pastor at a church and had worked previously in early childhood education for the Bentonville School District and with a Head Start program. Harris added that he was confident nothing had happened to any of the children at Growing God's Kingdom Preschool, because of strict security protocols (the classroom contains a continuously operating camera that generates a permanent record). Indeed, no further charges against Francis resulted from subsequent State Police interviews of families at the preschool, although investigators uncovered at least two other incidents of sexual abuse of children in the community outside of the school. In November, he was sentenced to 40 years in prison on a negotiated plea. 

What Harris did not publicly disclose last spring, however, is how Francis came into contact with the 6-year-old victim. In prosecutor documents recently obtained by the Arkansas Times, state police investigators and multiple witnesses concur that the child was in fact the legally adopted daughter of Justin and Marsha Harris.

That's right Harris legally adopted the six year old and her two younger sisters, then when the older child became too much for him to handle he simply sent them all off to live in the home of a man that he hardly knew, without notifying DHS of this plan.

The reason Harris did not notify DHS, as he stated in a recent interview, is apparently because he believed that they had it in for him. This courtesy of Wonkette: 

In the interview, Harris repeated his claim that he was threatened by the DHS that if he tried to dissolve the adoption, he would be charged with child abandonment; he says that Cecile Blucker, the head of DHS’s Division of Children and Family Services, told him this and that another source inside DHS (who he again declined to identify) told his wife, Marsha, “this is what they plan for you… because of your husband’s belief system, they will charge you with abandonment. This is what they have planned for you.” He clarified that he meant that he was singled out “for my political beliefs,” apparently because he is that extremely rare thing, a rightwing fundamentalist Christian, which we suppose must be a persecuted minority in Arkansas. He added that he believed DHS threatened him because, as a state legislator, he had held the agency accountable for its poor performance in constituents’ adoptions. 

And don't forget that these  uber-Christian teabaggger types have an innate distrust of all things governmental.

As it turns out the family that had previously fostered the two younger girls argued against the Harris family adopting them: 

An experienced foster family that housed the two younger girls for a year and a half prior to their adoption by the Harrises has approached the Times with their story. Craig and Cheryl Hart say, among other things, the adoption was allowed to proceed over the objections of the foster parents and local DHS staff only because the head of the the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Cecile Blucker, exerted pressure on behalf of Justin Harris. DCFS is the arm of DHS responsible for child welfare. 

The Harts also say the middle sister — who would have been 4 years old at the time she entered the Harris home in 2012 — was not violent or dangerous. They claim the Harrises were warned repeatedly by themselves and local DHS staff that their home was not a suitable placement for the two girls or their older sister. 

The third sister, who would have been about 6 when she entered the Harris home, was fostered at a different household that provided specialized therapeutic care for troubled children. The Harts had some contact with her as well, since DHS would sometimes arrange for the siblings to visit one another. Harris said on Friday the third girl threatened to kill his entire family.

As somebody who has worked extensively with foster families and adoptive families, let me just say that this is an extremely common scenario. 

Often with failed placements there is a religious component that convinced the adoptive family that they were called to become adoptive parents by God, and that he would provide support for them.

That is almost verbatim what Harrises argued:

"DHS attempted to talk to them about the girls' issues, but I feel like they were in denial," Cheryl said. "They were very defensive about it. They repeatedly told us they had degrees in Early Childhood Development, they had therapists there at their preschool, and they had God to help them through this."

Sometimes the bad people that are waiting to harm vulnerable foster or adoptive children are not simply sexual deviants or physically abusive people, sometimes they are those who will simply not accept the help or support that they will need in order to cope with the challenges of bringing children with special needs into their homes.

And if you think that reminds you of somebody, well give yourself a gold star for intuition.

Sarah Palin's New Year's wishes come with proof of negligent parenting and animal abuse.

So apparently Palin's advice in overcoming "stumbling blocks" is to simply step on those who you consider less significant than you and use them to get what you want. If there was ever a better analogy to describe the poor bastards who donate to SarahPAC I have not yet heard it.

You know was a parent, and animal lover, here's the thing that really bothers me about the series of photos that accompanied this post.

Why didn't she get off her lazy ass and help her child, instead of whipping out her camera phone and taking pictures while he stands on a poor defenseless animal?

There was a real teachable moment here and Palin completely fucked it up.

Members of church upset that their televangelist leader forces them to have abortions and vasectomies, and sexually abuses their children. Clear case of nitpicking.

Former members of Grace Cathedral have accused televangelist Ernest Angley of forcing them to have abortions, and vasectomies. And they said that he sexually abused boys in the church, which he has denied. 

In the first part of a six-part series on Sunday, the Akron Beacon Journal said that church members had provided it with a recording of a recent church service where 93-year-old televangelist Ernest Angley addressed accusations that he had inappropriately touched a former pastor. 

“I’m not a homosexual. God wouldn’t use a homosexual like he uses me. He calls me his prophet, and indeed I am," Angley explained. "They called Jesus a homosexual, did you know that? And still do. Because he was with men." 

As for the claim that Angley encouraged men in the church to have vasectomies, he said that he had "helped so many of the boys down through the years." 

“They had their misgivings," he recalled. "Sure, I’d have them uncover themselves, but I did not handle them at all." 

"And I would tell them how that would work. And they’d have to watch it. I’d have some of them come back to me that I felt needed to. And I would tell them, I would look at them, their privates — I, so I could tell how they were swelling," the pastor told the congregation. "I was a farm boy. We thought nothing about undressing. We didn’t know about homosexuals. We talked about women." 

Becky Roadman, who left the church last year and moved to Georgia, told the paper that "none of us have kids because he makes all the men get fixed." 

“You’re not allowed to have babies there," she insisted. 

Angley also pushed women to have abortions, according to multiple former members. One of those who left, Angelia Oborne, said that Angley advised a friend to think of the fetus inside her as “a tumor.”

I know that people get irritated with me for blaming this kind of thing on religion, but let's face it would any of these people have allowed this person to exert such influence on them if they were not gullible enough to believe that he had Jesus on speed dial?

This guy is a grade "A" pervert, and masochist, hiding behind the comforting camouflage of Christianity like so many before him. 

After new video is released of Ray Rice knocking his then fiance unconscious the NFL finally decides that maybe they should suspend his woman beating ass.

The Baltimore Ravens said Monday they have cut Ray Rice from the team following TMZ’s posting of a video from February in which Rice is seen knocking out his then-fiancée and now-wife Janay Palmer. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced minutes later that he has indefinitely suspended Rice from the league. Several months ago, video footage of Rice dragging Palmer out of the elevator led the NFL to suspend him for two games. It seems the league needs double confirmation of domestic abuse before firing players. In response to the initial outrage, the NFL established a new policy for domestic violence: First-time offenders will automatically be suspended six games and repeat offenders will be suspended indefinitely.

Jesus he hits that woman full force with a closed fist.  And then she hits the hand rail before crumpling to the ground like a puppet with her strings cut.

Okay I have two questions here.

First what kind of a man hits the woman he "loves" that fucking hard? Or at all even?

And second what kind of woman marries the man that does something like that to her?

Is it just the money? Because I somehow doubt that there will be very much of that coming his way in the future.

You know I am a man with no small amount of anger issues myself, but I have NEVER struck a woman. Never!

And trust me when I tell you that I have been with some women who have seemed to do everything in their power to get me to do exactly that.

But if I had ever slipped, ever lost control even for a moment, I cannot imagine striking a woman that hard.

And if I had my very own mother would have gladly cut my balls off for me. As she warmed me repeatedly when I was but a lad.

That guy should not only be cut from the team, and kicked out of the NFL, he should be thrown into prison. Period!
