8.3 Former Gov. Jeb Bush
4.3 Former Sen. Rick Santorum
3.7 Sen. Marco Rubio
3.5 Donald Trump
3.0 Carly Fiorina
2.8 Gov. Chris Christie
1.1 Former Gov. Rick Perry
0.9 Gov. Bobby Jindal

0.3 Former Gov. Mike Huckabee
0.3 Former Ambassador John Bolton
0.1 Sen. Lindsey Graham
0.1 Former Gov. George Pataki
1.0 Undecided
0.7 Other
A couple of surprises.
One that Jeb Bush was able to come in fifth in a rather hostile environment.
Two that Rick Santorum is still even allowed to participate in these things anymore.
And three that Sarah Palin was able to come out ahead of a man who actually quit his successful show on Fox to prove that he was serious about running, while all she does is shake her moneymaker until things get hot and then up and quits each election cycle.
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

Jeb came in fifth
ReplyDeleteSorry brain's still asleep.
DeleteI fixed it now.
He also bussed in supporters like his daddy and brother did when they needed them. That 8.3% is a big fat lie.
Delete@7:52 You're making that up about bussing in Bush supporters, another Palin liar heard from
Deletehttp://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2015/02/26/jeb_bush_at_cpac_backers_of_the_former_florida_governor_are_busing_supporters.html
DeleteYes, Jeb did bus in supporters.
Many of these "contenders" do not really want the job, just the $$$$ raised by pretending to want it. This is just another right wing scam. Notice that the democratic party does not have grifters vying for the position, because if they run they seriously WANT the job. Huckleberry made so much money last time he pretended to run that his Pac paid out over $400,000 to his relatives.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right. Cain, Santorum, Trump, etc., make a mockery of our electoral process with their faux campaigns. By doing their pretend runs, they keep lining up book contracts, speaking engagements, hosting positions, etc., all with the luster of "presidential candidate" to add to their resume.
DeleteFor a southern baptist minister who's constantly lecturing anyone who will listen on biblical principles, the hypocrisy of Huckabee is beyond astounding but, see, this is what they do because money and self are their gods.
DeleteSame goes for "I'll do what I want until the courts say I can't" Palin. The New Testament warns of this over and over again, how wrong it is, to beware of and avoid such people. Why I absolutely guffawed at her CPAC get-up.....you have GOT to be kidding me.......hahahahaha
Pardon the Bible mention, atheists, but REALLY....they are all imposters, every last one of them.
She may run for an office in Alaska, something tells me she would never win, what a joke.
ReplyDeletehttp://ak-pipeline.com/?p=6953
The quintessential prick tease. She's not running for anything except dumbasses' wallets.
DeleteAnd what is up with her mouth and tongue? Like a cow chewing its cud.....how disgustingly gross.
Drug abuse.
DeleteSomething interesting that should bite Scott Walker if he's the candidate:
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/usauncut/photos/a.190167221017767.44131.186219261412563/932117096822772/?type=1&fref=nf&pnref=story
That's a good graphic. I live in WI, but close to the Twin Cities, MN so I see all the good things going on in MN. I'm not sure why Walker has supporters.
DeleteHis current budget plans to end a very successful program for disabled, which my son utilizes. It makes no since b/c the program saves the state money. What makes since to Walker is his proposal privitizes the services for adults with disabilities. Big companies will profit; disabled adults will get poor services and no accountability from the state.
It's really frustrating for advocates of disabled. Everyone is focusing on the school cuts and the right to work bill. And I have Republican reps in my district, so I'm not getting anywhere with them.
And he wants to abolish the reporting of rape that happens on state college campuses.Except that report -- bundled with reports on all campus crimes -- has been Federal law since the '70s. By not reporting the figures, Wisconsin students will be ineligible for Pell grants, Perkins loans, work-study jobs, or any other Federally-fund aid to students.
DeleteI believe Walker doesn't even want rape accusations to be investigated. Just another way to punish women -- and students -- all at the same time.
He's trying to turn the state university system, one of the best in the nation, into a bunch of technical colleges that teach market-ready skills.
He didn't find a college education useful for himself, so he thinks it's not worthwhile for anyone else, unless the student can be immediately slotted into some job in a corporation that's donated to Walker's campaigns.
I would also like to point out that Governor Dayton (D) ( and yes that is the same Mark Dayton that was formerly Senator Dayton)was given a huge debt that Governor Tim Pawlenty (R) ran up.. While very tough calls ahd to be made, Governor Dayton (D) has managed to rebuild the programs Pawlenty stripped and also has been able to give Minnesota back it's surplus of funds.
DeleteFor Palin readers I'll explain it simpler, Pawlenty wrecked the state and put the state in bad debt, Governor Dayton (D) has fixed the state AND put money into savings.
Clown car.
ReplyDelete3007 x 0.8% = 24 votes
ReplyDeleteThat means 24 idiots liked Palin's latex & Louboutins...
Bristol voted 24 times.
DeleteAnd who knows how many of those 24 were just for the fun of it -- some young guy voting after a couple of beers and saying, "Yeah, I'd vote for that hot grandma in the rubber skirt! Ha, Ha." And his friends all joining in on the joke.
DeleteEven if these were all serious, sober people who desperately wanted Sarah Palin as their nominee --
to get just 24 votes in an arena in which she should have been truly competitive means that the conservative minds have moved on from Sarah Palin.
And the conservative money. Maybe she sold a few copies of her Christmas book, if that's any consolation for her.
Several of the rest -- Huckabee, Trump, Santorum -- are there to get PAC money and sell their books. They'd be flabbergasted if they ever actually got the nomination.
6:48 - Thanks for pointing out the # of votes. Palin's trending to a possible10-12 votes in 2016 which will boil down to her ghostwriters, security team and other SarahPAC staff, and the Breitbart guy who made her movie.
Delete2013 poll
2,459 x .02 = 49
A shame. Here she and Barstool gave 48 BJ's and only half of the ungrateful bastards voted for her.
DeleteOf course, the other half were being treated at a local hospital for nasty skin rashes.
Did your source go dark on you? Hope not!
ReplyDelete"Sarah Palin beats Mike Huckabee."
ReplyDeleteOH MY! SAY IT AINT SO!
Gryphen it is worse than you described.
You did not mention who our Quitter Retard from Alaska lost to and who the retard beat.
1.0 Undecided
0.8 Former Gov. Sarah Palin
0.7 Other
The retard lost to Undecided (R) from the state of ???? and barely beat Other (R) from the state of ????
Undecided (R--Duh) and Other (R-Who?)
DeleteYeah, well he CHEATED. That's why he got higher votes than expected, he padded the whole damn thing. Gives you an idea of the kind of man he is, eh?
ReplyDeleteJeb Bush Bussed in Supporters for CPAC Appearance
http://www.mediaite.com/online/jeb-bush-bussed-in-supporters-for-cpac-appearance/
WHAT difference does that Make? You are just trying to throw stones because the Quitter Queen, Granny Palin did so poorly.
DeletePalin lost, boo hoo
I think the comment was about Jeb Bush and not at all about Sarah Palin.
DeleteSo? Isn't that typical for repuglicans? Didn't other potential candidates have supporters there? The others must have since they got votes also too. Heck, even Sarah Palin got a whole 24 votes, so she must have had either supporters or Bristol threatened 24 people with a whoopin'.
DeleteMaybe Bristol entertained some of the younger attendees before the vote was taken.
DeleteJeb Bush bused people in to hear his speech. Could be one reason why he polled as well as he did.
ReplyDeleteArchie Butt
Archie -- thank you for spelling "bused" correctly. "Bussed" means kissed!
DeleteMaybe Jeb had to buss them before they'd agree to be bused.
DeleteMaybe a kiss for his supporters is now he bought their votes? Yuck.
DeleteCan you imagine Sarah Palin debating Hillary Clinton?
ReplyDeleteBitch, please ...Sarah is scared to death of Katie Couric fer chrissakes.
lol, so true!
Delete7:47, you hit that nail on the head! I remember in 2012, her pee pond followers were strategizing' for her saying she could skip the debates and just get crowned at the RNC convention if there were opposition against Romney. They even know she can't debate!
DeleteAs long as Sarah can squeeze out a couple of votes, she can still call herself a "politician" and justify that slush fund, her PAC. I wonder how many thousands of dollars it cost to fly Sarah, Bristol and Jason Recher to Florida, Washington DC and back, not to mention "payment" for Bristol in terms of all of those designer goods they bought in Las Vegas. Even if Sarah was at the bottom of the poll, it would mean that she would keep working that PAC.
ReplyDeleteSo Paylin came in 0.1 percent over undecided. That pretty much says it all.
ReplyDeleteDid an embezzlement scandal force Sarah Palin to resign?
ReplyDeleteMax Blumental reports on The Daily Beast that Sarah Palin may have quit her jobtoday because she was trying to avert a major, yet-to-be-disclosed corruption scandal. The gist of the rumor is that an Alaska building company called Spenard Building Supplies (SBS) was awarded a contract by Palin to build a hockey arena in Wasilla, AK, and in return, SBS helped construct Palin’s home:
Many political observers in Alaska are fixated on rumors that federal investigators have been seizing paperwork from SBS in recent months, searching for evidence that Palin and her husband Todd steered lucrative contracts to the well-connected company in exchange for gifts like the construction of their home on pristine Lake Lucille in 2002. The home was built just two months before Palin began campaigning for governor, a job which would have provided her enhanced power to grant building contracts in the wide open state.
SBS has close ties to the Palins. The company has not only sponsored Todd Palin’s snowmobile team, according to the Village Voice’s Wayne Barrett, it hired Sarah Palin to do a statewide television commercial in 2004.
Though Todd Palin told Fox News he built his Lake Lucille home with the help of a few “buddies,” according to Barrett’s report, public records revealed that SBS supplied the materials for the house. While serving as mayor of Wasilla, Sarah Palin blocked an initiative that would have required the public filing of building permits—thus momentarily preventing the revelation of such suspicious information.
Just months before Palin left city hall to campaign for governor, she awarded a contract to SBS to help build the $13 million Wasilla Sports Complex. The most expensive building project in Wasilla history, the complex cost the city an addition $1.3 million in legal fees and threw it into severe long-term debt. For SBS, however, the bloated and bungled project was a cash cow.
Alaska bloggers have reported in recent weeks that “a long simmeringembezzelment/IRS scandal is still being looked at by the feds.” In her press conference today, Palin asked the public to “trust me with this decision and know that it is no more politics as usual.” But she also bemoaned “political operatives” who have “descended on Alaska” to investigate “all sorts of frivolous ethics violations.” Palin said this “politics of personal destruction” was one of the key motivating factors behind her decision today.

DeleteThis appears to be a verbatim copy of an article that's over five years old. Have you nothing more recent to contribute? If an article this old, about events this familiar to regular readers, needs to be revisited, surely a summary of the main points, the link, and a note as to why it should be looked at again would be appropriate.
I never saw this article when it came out and always wondered why no one ever investigated the clearly suspicious circumstances surrounding the construction of the Palin home. Does resigning really give an elected official a "get out of jail free card" for past corrupt actions and business dealings?
DeleteDoes resigning really give an elected official a "get out of jail free card" for past corrupt actions and business dealings?
DeleteWell, making sure that the new governor is on your side helps. Witness the foot-dragging on the release of her official emails. Even what finally came out was heavily redacted.
Sarah Palin's elaborate two story red house was built by Todd Palin and a couple of buddies?
ReplyDeleteIt’s not your normal two story house built by a guy who concentrates his time on riding snowmobiles and chasing women.
Okay for fun lets say that Todd is a handy craftsman who builds houses, has anybody heard of Todd building or help build other houses? Has he built any houses for Sarah's parents or Todd's parents? Has Todd built additions to their houses? Has Todd built any houses for siblings, nephews or nieces?
We heard that Gino was helping Bristol with her house but never heard of Todd helping Bristol with her house?
Where does Track live?
Does Track still live with his mother?
Track's not working, how come home constructor Todd is not helping Track build his house? This could be a stepfather and stepson project that would bring them closer together.
Where does Willow live? Renting?
Todd how about building a house for Willow?
Why yes, he did erect something. Remember that beautiful, crafty fence extender he nailed up?
DeleteYou mean the one that fell over when a bunny rabbit sneezed?
DeleteAccording to his parents Trackmarks lives in the garage. And as for tawdry building a house, well we all saw his carpentry "skills" on his fence height addition.
DeleteDo Track's homeless buddies still live with him in the garage?
DeleteDoes it occur to Sarah or Todd that leaving Piper unsupervised, or barely supervised, might, for the first time, actually lead to a Palin daughter being sexually assaulted?
I know nothing about these "buddies," but, if they're not working, and are drinking and taking drugs, they do not create a healthy environment for Willow, Piper, Tripp, or Trig.
It's all so screwed up. Maybe they have family brawls on the Palin Ponderosa every Saturday night.
No need for a Hummer -- just wait until midnight when everyone's stoked and coked up, and let the fun begin.
If Tripp starts to cry, or Piper runs out the back door or locks herself in her room -- well, that's family life for ya. And Trig? They'll all have fun teaching him new vocabulary words. He's just getting started with "bullshit."
Almost 1% for the Screechy Wretch(tm)? That's actually quite impressive. She is clearly gathering support for another(??) run for the White House and should not be dismissed. Of course, she has zero chance of being taken seriously by anyone with half a brain in 2016.
ReplyDeleteNo one disputes that. But she's much craftier than anyone gives her credit for being. (She recently made a beautiful decoupage end table from recycled abbatoir pallets, for example). She's playing the long game. Imagine if all of the sudden, it's 2020 and she garners 1.6% support at the CPAC event.
Pretty impressive, right? She DOUBLED her popularity in just 4 years!!! And let's say, in 2024 he doubles it again! BOOM!!! EARTHQUAKE!!!! 3.2%!!!! Awesome, right? You dismiss this hideously inadequate woman at your peril, because the trend is clear!!!
2028 - Her popularity DOUBLES again: SIX POINT FOUR PERCENT!!! 2032: DOUBLES AGAIN!!!! TWELVE POINT EIGHT PERCENT!!!!
Ok, now everyone knows that numbers like these don't grow in a linear fashion so there are sure to be setbacks. For example, it's unlikely she gets to 2036 without a major public family brawl and that's certain to drop her numbers back down to .8% again/ But don't you libtards see? SHE'S A FIGHTER!!!
If she's back to .8% percent support in 2036, she'll be at 1.6% in 2040 and 3.2% in 2044 and 6.4% in 2048 and 12.8% in 2052!!!! Now, given her history, it's virtually certain that there will be setbacks. For example, yet ANOTHER high profile humilating family brawl in 2054 would send her numbers back to the toilet (.8%) in 2056, but she'll just pick her skeletal elderly ass off the floor and start - don't laugh! - doing the hard work to get her numbers back up again.
The point is that this woman WILL be our president one day and that day is coming sooner than anyone with an IQ over 85 would have you believe. I'm personally willing to bet a shiny new Ted Cruz commemorative Canadian loonie that she will be elected president of common sense conservative America no later - and no earlier - than 2075.
And you can take THAT to the bank! WORD!
(It says anonymous, but I'm pretty it's Beldar..)
OH would I love to post this on c4p to ruin their Sunday......."MODS! MODS! MODS!" hahahaha

this only goes to show you they're without any electablencandidate! rand paul?!? you've got to be kidding! *first off Ann rand was an Athiest. Jr and daddy are all about that weird concept..so how does that line up with the evangelistas that have tried to take over? even then also and too screech is near the bottom of this sad pile of poop. wow. they have nothing.
ReplyDeleteRon and Rand Paul are Christian dominionists and conspiracy theorists who wear libertarian ideology to deceive the drug legalization and anti-war crowd.
DeleteRemember when rand paul was considered the crazy within the party?
DeletePaulites always flood CPAC to give a boost to their precious.
DeleteThis is the third year for Randy. Ronny won it two years in a row before that. Neither have (or had) a snowball's chance in hell of ever becoming president or even the GOP's presidential candidate.
She's so disgusting.
ReplyDeleteGryphen, why did you stop the results at 0.1%? Hiding something? I'm pretty sure that stealth candidate and future GOP nominee Thad "THAD!" McCotter got at least 0.01% if not closer to 0.015%.
ReplyDelete0.015% isn't exactly something to sneeze at, ya know.
Wait.
I stand corrected. I've been informed that according to new GOP nominating rules any candidate who receives less than 2% is literally to be sneezed at. And in this difficult cold and flu season, that could have very serious consequences.
ahhhH-CHOOO!!!!
Carry on.
Sarah got < 1% at CPAC?
ReplyDeleteAnd the people at the pond still think that all she has to do is run, and the presidency is hers.
A true confederacy of dunces....LOL
ReplyDeleteAnyone scoring lower than Sarah has to be embarrassed....of course, her votes are all aging octagenarian men with hard-ons hoping to relive their glory days of the 2008 election. They'll all be dead by 2020.
Semi-OT, but regarding Sarah's toned-down speech at CPAC....
ReplyDeleteAnybody get the feeling that someone other than RAM wrote that speech....Seems like it had not nearly as much of the hateful, angry, Obama-hating rhetoric Sarah usually vomits from her mouth.
If you think all the crazies were at the CPAC, you missed the latest from the Laurens County Republican Party in South Carolina which is asking all their prospective candidates to sign a purity pledge. According to the pledge:
ReplyDelete* You must favor, and live up to, abstinence before marriage.
* You must be faithful to your spouse. Your spouse cannot be a person of the same gender, and you are not allowed to favor any government action that would allow for civil unions of people of the same sex.
* You cannot now, from the moment you sign this pledge, look at pornography.
I can't find a link to a copy of the whole pledge, but I wonder if there's anything in there about lying.
Apparently, there is some question about the constitutionality of this pledge. Ya think???
Is this straw poll similar to the one in Iowa, where the candidates "pay" for the vote with tickets to concerts?
ReplyDeleteMaybe each vote got a free drink voucher!
