According to End Times talk radio host Justice Antonin Scalia was ritually murdered by President Obama to mark a pagan festival. Say what?

Yesterday on “Trunews,” End Times radio host Rick Wiles discussed “the possible occult connections” to the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, whom he concluded was murdered by President Obama and was a human sacrifice to mark the pagan festival of Lupercalia. 

Wiles explained that the “Luciferian” “devil-worshipers” who control the government are out for blood, noting that Lupercalia is observed between February 13 and 15. Scalia’s body was discovered on the 13th. “There’s always human sacrifice involved,” he said, claiming that Scalia was “killed” to mark the beginning of pagan fascism ruling over the U.S. 

“The 13th was the 44th day of 2016, Obama is the 44th president of the United States,” Wiles said, “so you have this numerology thing taking place.” 

Wiles said that the assassins who killed the conservative justice “deliberately left the pillow on his face as a message to everybody else: ‘Don’t mess with us, we can murder a justice and get away with it.’ And I assure you, there’s a lot of frightened officials in Washington today, deep down they know, the regime murdered a justice…. This is the way a dictatorial, fascist, police state regime takes control of a nation.” 

Okay usually I would mock this as batshit crazy talk, but I seriously do not think that a bat could shit this much crazy.

I would like to seriously ask how somebody like this is not only NOT in a rubber room someplace, but is allowed on the radio to spread this kind of lunacy?

While everybody is lamenting the passing of Justice Scalia, let's take a moment to allow Bill Maher to remind us that he was essentially a religious nutjob.

I found this video the other day on Reddit, and thought it was definitely something that we needed to see again.

As sad as it is for the Scalia family to lose ole Grandpa Antonin, to be honest it might be the best thing to happen to this country in quite a few years.

Just saying.

Producer suggests that rash of new TV shows featuring the devil, Antichrist or demonic possession is because people think we are entering the End Times.

So why is the devil suddenly so sexy again for the small screen? 

"The devil has always been very sexy," Mazzara told THR following his time in front of the press Wednesday at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour. "There's something in the air that people feel like these are the end times, in some way. There's an anxiety about what's happening all around the world and some of these shows — like Lucifer may take a comic approach — we're taking a hopefully more thoughtful, thematic approach to that material. There has been a lot of post-apocalyptic shows out there now and we're the show that's about the question: "Can you stop it?"

Glen Mazzara is a producer on an A&E show called "Damien" that explores the life of the Antichrist.

Similarly themed programs are also coming from Fox and Cinemax.

Of course stories featuring the devil or Antichrist are nothing new. From Schwarzenegger's "End of Days," Keanu Reeves in "Constatine,"  to Al Pacino's scenery shredding performance in "The Devils' Advocate," these movies have been around essentially since movies have been around.

However these days there really MIGHT be more Americans who believe that the biblical prophesies are about to come true, especially for those one in four Americans who think that President Obama IS the Antichrist.

Yeah, I wonder who we have to blame for that?

All I can say is that I hope I live long enough to see the country move away from these crippling superstitious beliefs into an enlightened age where ghost stories, movies about demonic possession, and music inspired by Satanism are seen as purely entertainment and not some harbinger of terrifying things to come.

Christians are all for religious tolerance right up until you open a Church of Lucifer in their neighborhood.

Christians in Spring, Texas, appear to be trying to run the Church of Lucifer out of town, ABC13 reports. 

The Luciferians officially opened their doors on Friday, with their first meeting scheduled for Saturday. But they were greeted by a vocal group of Christians after having their building vandalized this week. Video taken by ABC13 Friday evening shows protesters upset with the organization’s presence gathered outside, with a law enforcement presence needed to keep the peace. 

“This is what we get when we have freedom of religion,” protester Christine Weick told ABC13 angrily. “We ought to be filling up the whole street here, that they have to pass through us to get into that church.” 

Weick continued to say that God loves the Luciferians “enough to say, ‘you either bow now, or you will be forced to bow later,’ and then it’s too late.”

You may remember Christine Wieck as the  lunatic who thinks that "Monster" energy drinks are the work of Satan. So of course she's somewhat of an "expert" on the devil.

Of course much like the Church of Satan this "church" has really nothing to do with devil worship and really exists more to troll Christians than for any other reason: 

We have an absolute right to be here, legally,” Greater Church of Lucifer co-president Michael Ford told RT. “I always feel sorry for so-called Christians who feel so insecure in their belief that they have to come out here and waste their time when they’re not going to change our mind, and we’re not going to change theirs.”

I would imagine that the main objective here was to demonstrate the intolerance many Christians feel toward other religions, and to highlight their deep seated insecurities about their own faith.

And it seems that the "Church of Lucifer" has managed to reach both of those objectives in record time.

South Carolina state senator on the removal of the Confederate battle flag and gay marriage, "The devil is taking control."

South Carolina state Sen. Lee Bright (R) began debate about removing the Confederate flag from the statehouse grounds on Monday with a passionate plea for lawmakers to focus on same-sex marriage instead. 

“I watch the White House be lit up in the abomination colors!” Bright said. “It is time for the church to rise up…. Romans chapter 1 is clear, the Bible is clear. This nation was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and they are under assault by men in black robes who were not elected by you.” 

Bright argued that lawmakers should be protecting county clerks from the “tyranny” of having to issue marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples instead of debating the Confederate flag. 

“Our governor called us in to deal with the flag that sits out front, let’s deal with the national sin that we face today!” he exclaimed. “We talk about abortion but this gay marriage thing, I believe will be one nation gone under like President Reagan said. If we’re not one nation under God, we’ll be one nation gone under.” 

“And to sanctify deviant behavior from five judges, it’s time for us to make our stand, church!” Bright yelled. “It’s time to make our stand and we’re not doing it.” 

The senator choked up as he continued: “We can rally together and talk about a flag all we want but the devil is taking control of this land and we’re not stopping him!”

WTF?

Uh, this guy did realize that he was standing before fellow state senators and not congregants from his fundamentalist church right?

You know it's really impossible to reason with a person who sees changes that he does not agree with as demonic or the work of the devil. I mean how do you even begin to have a reasonable conversation with someone who sees everything as either of God or of Satan?

And they keep saying that religion does no harm.

The hell it doesn't!

Fortunately this idiot's crazed rant did nothing to sway his fellow senators and in the end they voted 37-3 to remove the Confederate battle flag from the Capitol grounds.

That's one for the good guys, zero for the racists hiding behind tradition and the Christian Bible.

Hey remember that racist alternative school principal? Yeah she's been fired. Sorta.

The private school principal who gained national attention for a racially charged comment she made during a graduation ceremony has been fired, but still owns the school and will likely reap any financial benefit from it. 

Dr. Heidi Anderson, chair of the board of directors at TNT Academy, wrote in a letter sent to the Gwinnett County NAACP that the board voted to dismiss school director Nancy Gordeuk: 

"In light of recent events, the board of directors of TNT Academy has moved to dismiss Nancy Gordeuk as principal. During the coming transition, we will continue to prioritize support for our most recent graduates. Moreover, we will continue our commitment to providing students with the best educational classes, transcription services, and academic credit recovery possible."

So this woman is "fired" and yet will still get paid?  #justwhitepeoplethings.

Remember this is not only a woman who started berating people as being rude for talking through a valedictorian speech that SHE totally forgot about and insulted black people for walking out, but she is also the person who claimed that the devil made her do it.

The devil.

Sounds to me like this is just a cosmetic change to protect from losing its accreditation, and that the school will function as always, with this Gordeuk woman making decisions as before and reaping the financial benefits as if nothing ever happened.

You know for awhile I was kind of confused as to what kind of "alternative" school this was. But not anymore.

TNT Academy is a non-traditional school for home-schooled students hoping to obtain accredited degrees.

Ahh, homeschool. That explains a lot.

You know my daughter attended another one of these "alternative" schools while SHE was homeschooled in Georgia. 

It was also a crappy educational program that failed to help my daughter get the accreditation she needed to graduate, even though she completed ALL of the course work.

Eventually I had to help her get her GED here in Alaska, which she managed to do in record time.

One of the parents said that they paid $3,000 to attend this school for a year, and that there was an additional $300 fee for the graduation ceremony. Sounds like a huge rip off to me.

Video game makers blame Satan for sabotaging their attempts to launch a Bible based adventure game.

The makers of a Biblical role-playing game that follows the life of Abraham are blaming their lack of success and inability to fund the project on the influence of Satan. 

Speaking with Polygon, Richard Gaeta, co-founder of Phoenix Interactive explained the company’s problems starting cropping up right after the launch of their Kickstarter campaign for Bible Chronicles: The Call of Abraham. 

“I believe that, 100 percent,” Gaeta said. 

“It’s very tangible,” explained business partner Martin Bertram. “From projects falling through and people that were lined up to help us make this a success falling through. Lots of factors raining down on us like fire and brimstone.” 

Phoenix Interactive’s Kickstarter failed to reach its $100,000 target, only managing to raise $19,000. 

Executives with troubled video game company see forces other than the marketplace at play. 

 "If Satan is rallying some of his resources to forestall, delay, or kill this project, I think, this must be a perceived threat to his kingdom,” said Ken Frech, a religious mentor on the project. “I fully would expect something like this to have spiritual warfare. Look at the gospel accounts of demons and so forth. That’s reality. Many Americans don’t believe it anymore. That doesn’t change reality.” 

In the action-RPG game Bible Chronicles: The Call of Abraham, gamers are an attendant in Abraham’s party, witnessing Biblical events, while playing an active role fetching, fighting and seeking. 

The developers point out that game will not be a glossy retelling of the Biblical story, but will follow a strict literal Biblical line.

You know I don't game all that often anymore, but I do pay attention to up and coming content just to see if anything catches my eye.

What I have noticed is that tons of game ideas never make it past the initial planning stages, and simply die on the vine due to lack of interest.

There are many reasons for this, bad marketing, bad development, bad idea, but I have NEVER heard one of these developers blame the Devil.

It must be nice to never have to take responsibilities for your failures, and instead have some imaginary boogeyman to blame them on.

I'm going to try that the next time I forget where I parked my car.

"No I'm NOT senile, I know exactly where I parked the car, but clearly Satan moved it."

Oh yeah, that should make me seem perfectly rational.

Catholic Bishop performs anti-gay exorcism as a way of showing love to the gays. Boy I'm glad he doesn't love me!

Bishop Thomas John Paprocki of Springfield, Illinois, took to LifeSiteNews during last week’s March for Life to defend his recent performance of an anti-gay exorcism. The gay rights foe explained that he performed the “minor exorcism” in order to “renounce Satan and break our relationship with the Devil” and “drive out the Devil from his influence that seems to be pervading our culture.” 

He called the exorcism a “fitting” response his home state’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage, adding that it is appropriate for a time when the “church is under persecution or some opposition, and certainly the redefinition of marriage is very much in opposition to God’s plan for married life.” 

Paprocki said that the exorcism was done out of love for gay people, whom he explained need to be disciplined like children being punished by their parents: “Like any good parent will tell you that sometimes you have to disappoint your child, sometimes you have to say ‘no’ and sometimes you even have to punish them.”

So to be clear, this bishop believes that gay people are possessed by the devil, and need to be punished for being naughty.

Oh yeah, that is definitely the way to reach out to the gay community. 

Now see this is why we cannot have a reasonable conversation with these fundamentalist morons.

They see everything in the world the way that a small child sees the world, separated by good and evil.

You actions are either good, ie sanctioned by religion and the Bible, or evil, ie fun to do and things these hypocrites WISH they had the balls to do.

With that kind of mindset there is no way to have a frank conversation about homosexuality, abortion, premarital sex, evolution, or anything that the two sides disagree about. Because if you disagree with them you are under the influence of Satan.

Yeah that's a conversation stopper right there.

I don't know how I missed this, but apparently Stephen Colbert predicted that John McCain would pick Sarah Palin as his running mate way back in 2006.

You know I don't usually buy into prognostication but I have to admit THAT is just freaky.

Man kidnaps estranged wife and subjects her to exorcism.

A California woman says her estranged husband and son kidnapped her outside a Walmart, told her she was possessed by three devils, and took her to a church where a pastor performed an exorcism that made her physically sick. 

Blanca Farias of Stockton, Calif., says she agreed on Sunday to meet her husband Jose Magana-Farias, 42, to discuss the fate of their marriage. They had separated in January. 

Instead of going to a nearby coffee shop, however, Farias says Magana-Farias and their son Victor Farias, 20, threw her into a pickup truck and drove her to a church 47 miles away. 

“They were saying I had three devils inside of me,” Blanca told ABC affiliate KXTV. 

When they arrived at the church in Bay Point, Calif., Farias says she was restrained and a pastor covered her in oil, some of which she was forced to swallow. 

“They started bathing me in oil,” Blanca said. “They made me swallow some of that oil. I was throwing up and this pastor was saying, ‘You’ve got the devil. Get off of her, get off of her,’ until I fainted.” 

Blanca said she believes her husband was motivated to conduct the exorcism after he learned that she had been seeing another man since their separation. 

Just before the exorcism, Blanca texted that boyfriend who in turn alerted police that the woman had been kidnapped. By the time Magana-Farias returned the woman to her home in Stockton, San Juan County deputies were waiting for them. 

Magana-Farias and his son were arrested. 

Both men were charged with felony kidnapping, conspiracy to kidnap and false imprisonment, according to a sheriff’s deputy at the San Joaquin County Jail.

Three devils? Damn that is a lot of devils!

You know I was pretty sure that at least one of my ex-wives was possessed by something evil as well, but I just divorced her and walked away.

Ya know, because I am NOT a superstitious moron.

So here is my question. How come the pastor was not arrested? Isn't he also complicit in the kidnapping of this woman and her abuse?

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's take on the devil and the Atheists who do his bidding. Uh oh!

There is a new interview with Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, that is rather shocking in many ways. Scalia comes off as an extremist on almost all fronts, and somebody who should certainly NOT be sitting on the Supreme Court.

However there was one portion which I found especially troubling. Take a moment to read through it and tell me if you agree.

But you don’t have to be a Catholic to get into heaven? Or believe in it? 

Of course not!

I don’t know where you’re going. I don’t even know whether Judas Iscariot is in hell. I mean, that’s what the pope meant when he said, “Who am I to judge?” He may have recanted and had severe penance just before he died. Who knows?

Of course! Yeah, he’s a real person. Hey, c’mon, that’s standard Catholic doctrine! Every Catholic believes that. 

Every Catholic believes this? There’s a wide variety of Catholics out there … 

If you are faithful to Catholic dogma, that is certainly a large part of it. 

Have you seen evidence of the Devil lately? 

You know, it is curious. In the Gospels, the Devil is doing all sorts of things. He’s making pigs run off cliffs, he’s possessing people and whatnot. And that doesn’t happen very much anymore. 

No. 

It’s because he’s smart. 

So what’s he doing now? 

What he’s doing now is getting people not to believe in him or in God. He’s much more successful that way. 

That has really painful implications for atheists. Are you sure that’s the ­Devil’s work? 

I didn’t say atheists are the Devil’s work. 

Well, you’re saying the Devil is ­persuading people to not believe in God. Couldn’t there be other reasons to not believe? 

Well, there certainly can be other reasons. But it certainly favors the Devil’s desires. I mean, c’mon, that’s the explanation for why there’s not demonic possession all over the place. That always puzzled me. What happened to the Devil, you know? He used to be all over the place. He used to be all over the New Testament. 

Right. 

What happened to him? 

He just got wilier. 

He got wilier.

Isn’t it terribly frightening to believe in the Devil? 

You’re looking at me as though I’m weird. My God! Are you so out of touch with most of America, most of which believes in the Devil? I mean, Jesus Christ believed in the Devil! It’s in the Gospels! You travel in circles that are so, so removed from mainstream America that you are appalled that anybody would believe in the Devil! Most of mankind has believed in the Devil, for all of history. Many more intelligent people than you or me have believed in the Devil. 

I hope you weren’t sensing contempt from me. It wasn’t your belief that surprised me so much as how boldly you expressed it. 

I was offended by that. I really was.

Let me remind you that this man is one of only nine individuals sitting the United States Supreme Court and he believes that the Devil is a real person. 

Not only that but he seems confused as to why there are far fewer demonic possessions today than in centuries past, and seems to believe that Atheists are doing Satan's work.

And yes Scalia is right about the rest of the country. A Gallup poll from 2007 stated that 70% of Americans believe that the devil is real.

However as troubling as it is to recognize that the majority of my fellow countrymen believe that there is a constant tug of war between two great supernatural powers, one good and one evil, and that we are simply pawns in their conflict, at least THEY are not sitting on the Supreme Court!

P.S. By the way did anybody else think that Scalia sounded drunk during this interview?

Pat Robertson believes that killing characters in video games is a sin. Uh oh!

"If you're murdering somebody in cyberspace in a sense you're performing the act whether you like it or not. Here's the danger with this stuff. And it has to do with television, books, everything. You lose your sensitivity to God. And if you're keen for the Lord, you're in prayer, you're spirit is attuned to Him, you're seeing miracles in your life, you listen to the voice of God. That stuff will chop off your access. And you will grow dead in your heart. That's the danger of all of this."

Did Robertson just ask kids to choose between video games and God?

Because if he did, he may have just put a stake into the heart of Christianity for good.

He does realize that the images which appear to be people in these games are made up of pixels and polygons right? I mean they're not real, and every child sitting in front of their game console knows that.

But then again what can one expect from a man who thinks that hurricanes and tornadoes are called down by God to punish homosexuals and that clothes from Goodwill might be demonic?

Now if you will excuse me I will return to my game racing against Bowser. Koopa Troopa, and Yoshi. I hope I get one of those demonic turtle shells pretty soon.

Man blows up family dog because it "had the devil in it."

A father with children in the house who was preparing for “the Rapture” blew up his family’s Labrador Retriever because the devil was inside the dog, court documents showed. 

Christopher Dillingham, 45, allegedly attached an explosive device to his dog and detonated it around 4 a.m. Sunday outside their home. 

Skamania County Sheriff Dave Brown, who lives nearby, said the explosion woke him up. 

“It sounded like a high-power rifle outside my window,” he said. 

A slew of 911 calls sent deputies to Dillingham’s home. They found the remains of the dog strewn about the yard and arrested Dillingham on the spot. 

Documents obtained by KOIN 6 News show Dillingham told Skamania County deputies “the world is going to end” because of a nuclear strike and he was preparing. 

When they asked him why he was throwing items out of his house and onto his lawn, he said he believed “the souls of demons” were inside the metal objects in the house, the documents said. 

His ex-girlfriend, he told the deputies, gave him the dog, named Cabella, and “put the devil in it.” He allegedly told the deputies he made the explosive device on his home work bench using black powder from fireworks. 

He then allegedly strapped it around the dog’s neck and fed the dog treats to keep it from trying to wriggle out of the bomb. He also allegedly told the deputies he stepped behind a wall before triggering the bomb because he did not want to get injured by flying debris. 

The dog was decapitated.

Well it could have been worse I guess, at least he did not think his children were possessed by the devil.

However the fact that there are people in this day and age who actually think that possession by demons and devils is a REAL thing, and who are preparing for the Rapture as if its impending arrival is a reality, should be troubling to EVERY person living in the world today.

This kind of suspension of critical thinking is frightening, ESPECIALLY when you consider that the man is parenting children who are using him as a role model to help them to understand and interact with the world around them.

Without the cover of religion to camouflage this obvious delusional thinking, this man may have received help much earlier, and in time to save a dog who did nothing to deserve its fate.
