Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey
Nice view - the stream looks like the outflow we call Rose Falls - Boundary Waters Canoe Area - northeastern MN. Throw in the birch groves we see along the north shore of Lake Superior and you have MN
Gorgeous. I would love it if you would put up more videos like this once or twice a week. It would be a nice reminder of the bigger picture amidst all the political bullshit.
"Now see if you had been raptured you would have missed all of this beauty."
Oh, but I was RAPTURED and found myself bare-assed naked in the middle of Heaven with billions of bare-assed religious cult members from ancient times until now!
There was so much noise and confusion as they all shouted and screamed while slugging it out over who would "sit at the right hand of god" until it was finally agreed to let god decide.
God finally arrived and boy was she pissed!
I managed to get a few words with her and begged her to send me back to earth, telling her I just couldn't face eternity with all these yangling religious folks.
She finally agreed that I could return to earth and stay on the condition that I find one other person who was not raptured to trade places with me and get RAPTURED into Heaven in my place and I have only 24 hours to do it.
Anyone who wants to trade places please let me know. First response is the winner.
Now excuse me, for some reason I hafta go pee all of a sudden. (g)
All jokes aside, thanks for sharing this evidence of what a beautiful planet we live on and how much is at stake if more destroyers like Palin get their greedy hands on it.
I work in polling...yes, I'm the one that bothers you for your opinions. Over the course of the last thirteen years or so, I can not begin to estimate the number of Alaskans I have talked to. Some have become my friends, though we will never meet. Over and over I have been invited by respondents to come and visit. Offers to take me fishing, hiking, any number of wonderful things. You Alaskans are very proud of your state, and the beauty shown in the vid only gives a glimpse of why. Alas, chances of my visiting are vanishingly small. Accordingly, I want to thank you Gryphen, and all that endeavour to bring the beauty of Alaska to those of us elsewhere. I live on the flat. The vistas that are shown of your state make my head spin. Thank you all, for everything you do to show the real Alaska w/o the screeching rhetoric.
It's off topic but I didn't see a link to send you info.

ReplyDeleteP.S. I had to add the last sentence because SP's Alaska was such a fraud.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the music with the video? It was beautiful and a perfect accompaniment to the scenery.
