Wife of the guy who founded the Oath Keepers gets restraining order accusing him of domestic violence and using gun to threaten people.

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes faces allegations of abuse and household violence in a motion for a temporary restraining order his wife filed last month with a Montana court. 

Stewart Rhodes, the head of the antigovernment Oath Keepers, will frequently threaten himself and his family with a weapon he always carries, and he has a history of violent outbursts against his family, including an incident in 2016 when he choked his teenage daughter by the throat. 

That history was outlined in a sworn petition Rhodes’ wife, Tasha Vonn Adams Rhodes, filed last month in a Lincoln County, Montana, court room asking for a temporary protective order against her husband. Hatewatch obtained a copy of the petition on Thursday. 

Vonn Adams Rhodes claims in the filing that the most recent incident involving her husband occurred last November at the family home in Trego, a far-northern Montana town where Rhodes lives with his wife and four of their six children. 

“Whenever [Stewart Rhodes] is unhappy with my behavior (say I want to leave the house — he doesn’t like me to leave) he will draw his handgun (which he always wears), rack the slide, wave it around, and then point it at his own head, telling me my behavior has caused this,” Vonn Adams Rhodes wrote in the petition, which was filed on February 20. “I filed for divorce a few days ago and am terrified.”

What? A gun toting Rambo wannabe is violent toward others? You're kidding?

Aren't the Oath Keepers the group that volunteered to stand outside public schools and keep them safe from gun wielding thugs? 

Yeah, I think it is a good idea to take a hard pass on that one.

Pennsylvania Republican lawmaker takes out restraining order on another Republican lawmaker after he pulls a gun on her. WTF Pennsylvania?

A Pennsylvania state lawmaker who says a fellow lawmaker pulled a gun on her and threatened to kill her has gotten a restraining order against him. 

State Rep. Tarah Toohil alleges that fellow Republican Rep. Nick Miccarelli pointed a gun at her in 2012 and on another occasion, when the two were in a car, warned he would crash the vehicle while speeding 100 mph on a highway, The Citizens’ Voice reported . 

A Luzerne County judged granted the restraining order Friday, barring Miccarelli from contacting Toohil and prohibiting him from possessing firearms. 

He has not been charged with any crime and denies the allegations. He called them “complete fabrications” in a March 1 Facebook post.

Toohil also claimed that Miccarelli pinched, kicked, and hit her, and even forced himself on her sexually.

Apparently the two had an affair at one point and this Miccarelli guy just got married, so this could just be a lover's spat and Toohil is making it all up.

Or it could simply be that Pennsylvania mating rituals involve a lot of domestic violence and gun play.

This, plus that Saccone guy, just insured the Pennsylvania gets added to my "Never going to visit" list.

Wow, I think she has even outdone her grifting mother on this one. That is pretty damn low.

Speaking of low, as you may have heard the protective order against Track Palin has been dismissed and the case has been ordered confidential.

As for his child custody case with Jordan Loewe it appears that it has also been settled, and yes the court ordered it to remain confidential as well.

If you are wondering if there was some kind of pay off I think that would be a safe assumption, though it is unlikely that we will ever hear any details.

And finally yes Dakota did say in an online Facebook Q&A that he is moving to Austin, Texas, and yes it appears that Bristol and the kids are going as well.

That is all I know about this right now.

Hey look! Track Palin is back in the news.

Track Palin's ex-girlfriend has been granted a short-term order of protection that prohibits him from coming near her or their newborn. 

Jordan Loewe filed for the protection order from Sarah Palin's eldest son on January 12 in Alaska Court, listing the reason as domestic violence, according to The Dirty. 

It remains unclear what exactly Loewe is alleging against Track, but the protection comes just weeks after the mother asked for full custody of their newborn son. 

Loewe will have the chance to plead her case for a long-term protection order at a hearing that has been scheduled for later this month. 

Of course none of this is exactly news to all of you since we have been covering it every step of the way. 

However now that it has made news again, I think it behooves us to broadcast it far and wide just in case Sarah Palin thinks nobody is paying attention to her tribe up misfits anymore.

Besides we do have some new information to share, such as the fact that Dakota's old attorney Kathleen Colbo is now representing Track (Smart move as it might present a conflict of interest if she is already representing the Palin family once things go south between Dakota and Bristol.), and they have filed a motion to make the case records confidential. 

Yeah that is the typical Palin move.

This is how they protect themselves and control their legal adversaries.

However this only keeps folks in the media from directly accessing the records.

If Jordan has a brain in her head she will flatly refuse to sign any confidentiality agreement, and threaten to talk to the press if the Palins don't back the fuck off.

Because THAT is how you beat the Palins.

And trust me, I know.

Former fiancee petitions for restraining order against Track Palin.

So apparently Jordan Loewe requested a short term domestic violence protective order for her and little Charlie to protect them from mean old Track Palin.

There is also a petition for a long term protective order as well.

The short term petition was granted and then today there was a follow up petition filed to extend that order.

The court date for the long term protective order is scheduled for February 2nd.

Well I guess SOMEBODY did not respond well to Jordan filing for custody of their son.

As for THAT case Loewe has now filed papers requesting child support from Track so perhaps that played a part in this need for a restraining order as well. (After all we know that the Palins do not like to part with their own money.)

Gee isn't this always the way?

Sarah Palin gets ready to launch a new money making endeavor, get a job with the media, or receive a cabinet position and the next thing you know one of her kids gets arrested, caught up in a child custody situation, or gets themselves or somebody else pregnant.

Well I guess it's a good thing they are all such hard workers, who were raised with good Christian values, or there is no telling what kind of trouble these crazy Palin kids could get into.

Right?

Well one thing you have to say about the Palins, at least their stalkers are not quitters.

Bristol Palin has a deranged suitor who believes he's her son's daddy and wants to do the right thing ... by moving in with her. 

Michael Cummings had a box and suitcase delivered to the P.O. box for Todd and Sarah Palin's Wasilla home, packed with his belongings, including a Keurig coffee machine. 

He's been a thorn in Bristol's side for a long time, sending her an engagement ring, showing up at birthday parties and leaving a knife in her mailbox. She got protective orders in the past, but they've all expired. 

So Bristol went back to court and got another one, ordering him to stay 1,000 feet clear of her and her family.

This of course is the same stalker who sent Bristol an engagement ring back in 2013.

Bristol has had a number of stalkers, and usually I would consider that reaping what you sow since both Bristol and her mother have a tendency to use sexually suggestive imagery to sell their brand.

However there is also Tripp to consider in this equation, not to mention her current fatherless baby bump. And that makes this potentially a far more serious situation.

Personally I would like to see Tripp living permanently with Levi and Sunny in a home where he would be safe from stalkers hoping to get lucky with his mom, but that is not a likely scenario.

And besides that would not protect the future Palin Instagram star who will be born sometime in December and who already has a one mark against her since she has no one to call "Daddy."

Bristol Palin is begging for protection against an obsessed stalker ... claiming the dude sent her a creepy wedding proposal -- complete with a ring -- and even showed up at her mom's house on her son Tripp's birthday ... TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs ... the "Dancing with the Stars" all-star obtained a temporary restraining against Michael Cummings -- a 39-year-old Texan she claims she's never met ... and only came into contact with after he sent her an engagement ring, along with a note saying, "I (heart) you." 

Bristol alleges Cummings was later spotted at her mom Sarah Palin's house on December 27 -- Tripp's fourth birthday -- at which point she immediately filed for protection. 

You know I am of two minds on this.

On the one hand I absolutely think that Bristol needs to take some action to keep both she and Tripp safe. And even this guy's mom thinks he is unhinged.

On the other hand I have to wonder just WHAT kind of fans do the Palins think they are attracting?

You know I personally have been dealing with the Palins batshit crazy fan base for years and I have to tell you these are some deeply troubled people! If I were the Palins I would want to have a restraining order against the whole bunch of them.

As for Bristol, the girl advertises herself as a magical virgin, who promotes abstinence as she undulates on a dance floor like an epileptic stripper, and then launches a reality show which essentially advertises the fact that she is a single, ill equipped for parenting, mother looking for a man. Any man.

Well she done got herself an "any" man. And of COURSE he is from Texas and out of his flipping mind, how could it be otherwise?


I actually think the mental health officials in this country ought to add a new category to the DSM (the manual of mental disorders). They can simply call it the Hypoactive Palin Desire Disorder.

These people could be listed as psychotic simply by expressing a desire to possess a Palin ghostwritten book, a desire to see a Palin in public office, or a desire to go on the internet and harass people they believe have dared to criticize their hateful little idols.

Sounds like a reasonable addition to me.

Denied the opportunity to slap Professor Scharlott, it looks like ex-Palin aide Bill McAllister found somebody else to slap!

Ear hears that political flack/reporter/actor Prickly Bill McAllister -- he of the famously short fuse and flaming emails -- managed to get himself on the court calendar this week, and not in a good way.

What is this you ask?  Well according to Court View Bill's wife Christina Holmgren filed a restraining order against Palin's ex-spokesperson on April 16, only nine days after McAllister threatened Professor Scharlott with the words: “If we ever meet, I’ll slap you."

Temper, temper, temper Mr. McAllister. We know that having to defend Sarah Palin can drive anybody a little crazy, but that is no reason to take it out on your wife. 

One has to wonder how your new bosses at KTVA will take the news that they just hired a man who threatens violence against strangers, and actually carries out those acts of violence against his loved ones?

Shawn Christy responds to charges that he threatened to rape Palin's daughter.

I may not have mentioned this before but I am Facebook friends with Shawn.

We have even spoken on the phone once, and he freely admitted that he had made some stupid mistakes in the past because he thought some of the incidents that happened to him were the fault of the government. And when his letters and e-mails were ignored he started to send threats to President Obama, John McCain, and yes Sarah Palin, thinking that would make them pay attention to him.  And it did! 

However he contends he NEVER planned to hurt anybody. And in fact he was checked out by the FBI, the Secret Service and his own local police force, and NO ONE considered him to be a legitimate threat.

No one, that is, except Sarah Palin. (And no, the story of Christy having been arrested while he was up here in February is NOT true!)

Christy seems to have some difficulty separating fact from fantasy, but he strikes everybody who speaks to him as a relatively harmless young man with some mental and emotional challenges.

I reached out to Shawn via Facebook to ask him if he had seen the article and to give me a heads up as to what is going on.  Here is his reply.

Yeah read it. I spoke with Palin's attorney Tiemessen last Friday, he said there was a letter mailed 60 miles from where I live that was magazine words taped together, something about Willow, I didn't send it and I told him that... now my parents have restraining orders (against) them also, thanks for the heads up,

Now at this point it is only Shawn's word against Palin's.  However I should point out that in my discussion with Shawn on the phone he did not once deny or water down the seemingly crazy things he was accused of doing.  He admitted all of them, and even told me about a few other things that I did not know about as well.

Like I said Shawn says some pretty outrageous things, but he also seemed to be fairly honest about them.  And in my estimation, and that of the FBI, Secret Service, and the Anchorage police, he does NOT pose any real danger to anybody. Including Sarah Palin.

You know our President receives up to 30 death threats a day, but all Sarah Palin has is this one poor young man to try and turn into the Zodiac Killer so that she can play the victim.

I certainly hope he and his parents DO have a restraining order against her, I believe he has much more to fear from her, than she does from him.  These allegations she is making against him, if indeed false and I will bet they are, should be more than enough reason for him to hire a lawyer and sue her ass for slander.
