Texas woman with "Fuck Trump" sticker on her truck has a similar sticker for the sheriff who harassed her for it.

Courtesy of Mother Jones:

In Fort Bend County, Texas, the debate over free speech has come down to a now-infamous bumper sticker: “FUCK TRUMP AND FUCK YOU FOR VOTING FOR HIM.”

Last week, Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls suggested in a Facebook post that the owner of the truck bearing the remark could be arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after the sheriff’s office received complaints about it. That owner happened to be Karen Fonseca, who, a day later, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on fraud charges from 2015. Nehls, who is considering a bid for Congress in 2018, later deleted the Facebook post. Then, over the weekend, Fonseca struck back in her own way, adding another decal to her white GMC Sierra: “FUCK TROY NEHLS AND FUCK YOU FOR VOTING FOR HIM.”

Not all heroes wear a cape.

Palin family stalker receives more jail time. Wait, the Palin family still has a stalker?

Courtesy of The Blast:

Bristol Palin‘s stalker has been sentenced — yet again — for harassing the famous Alaskan family, and now he’s been ordered to spend time behind bars.

Peter Ferrero just got slapped with 30 days in jail after violating his probation and harassing the Palin family.

The judge also ordered Ferrero to pay a fine and have no contact with Bristol and Dakota Meyer, as well as the other Palin sisters, Willow and Piper.

As we previously reported, Ferrero had been contacting the girls on social media, and even made threatening sexual messages towards 16-year-old Piper. He was arrested in July after exposing himself and attempting to urinate onto oncoming traffic.

Sarah Palin‘s other daughter, Willow, also filed a restraining against Ferrero claiming she thought he may try and kill her family.

Man you could have knocked me over with a feather.

I would have thought that virtually nobody even thinks about this family anymore, much less spends the time and energy to stalk and harass them.

Not to make too little of this because it can be frightening to have somebody obsess over you, but seriously there must be more interesting people to be thrown in jail over.

These are Z list celeb wannabes from many years ago.

Not really worth even five minutes in a jail cell.

P.S. There you go. Somebody asked for a Palin story, and lo and behold two of them bubbled up today.

You're welcome.

The feud between Dakota Meyer and the "King of Instagram" heats up.

Here @danbilzerian I'm done with your petty games. Don't ever drag my family into anything. I'm waiting

A post shared by Dakota Meyer (@dakotameyer0317) on

Courtesy of The Daily Mail:

The veteran Marine and Medal of Honor winner sparring with King of Instagram Dan Bilzerian over how he responded to the Las Vegas massacre has taken their feud to new heights.

On Saturday, Dakota Meyer challenged Bilzerian to a fist fight, claiming in a video that the playboy social media star had been sharing his wife Bristol Palin's phone number with his friends since their public spat began.

You guys undoubtedly remember that this whole thing started when Dakota called Bilzerian a coward for running from the massacre in Las Vegas.

Since then apparently this feud has blown up with Bilzerian calling Meyer a "retard," which is a little on the nose if you ask me, and now apparently writing Bristol's number on bathroom walls. (Just like high school, right Bris?)

And now Dakota wants to trade punches with Bilzerian.

'It's one thing you talk about me all day, I don't care. But here's the problem. My purpose in life is family.

'You wanna bring my family in this, you wanna put my wife in danger by putting her phone number out to people? You got your little friends trying to FaceTime her?

'My life's not a game and it's not entertainment either so what I will tell you is, my family's purpose is my purpose and now you're my mission.'

Meyer, staring coldly into the camera, continued: 'This ain't an option. You just need to tell me when and where and if not we'll be somewhere together, I'm sure.

'Why don't we handle this like men? You got it? You got it, Dan? I'm waiting.'

Oh he seems SO butch, does he not?

Now of course the problem with this is that historically Meyer  does not do well in the hand to hand combat department, remember he once got beat down by a woman in a bar fight.

The second problem is that Bilzerian clearly does not skip out on gym day.

Now muscles are not everything, but I think that Meyer still gets winded putting on his socks so he might want to keep this fight online, where he will not end up even more humiliated than when he actually married a Palin.

Of course this whole thing is ridiculous, and these two men are acting like children.

The only reason I give them any attention is because....well because mocking Dakota is a nice change from mocking Donald Trump.

And let's face facts here, guys have probably been calling Bristol's phone ever since the wedding.

Not sure if it is fair to blame this idiot for that.

As many as four million may be able to sue over robocalls made to their phones by Mike Huckabee pimping some straight to DVD "War on Christmas" movie.

Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

This week, potential litigants from Nebraska to Oklahoma received mailers offering the opportunity to join a class action lawsuit if former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee robocalled their houses with advertisements for a straight-to-DVD movie about the War on Christmas.

“If you received one or more telephone calls that used the recorded voice of Mike Huckabee to deliver a message as part of a campaign for the movie Last Ounce of Courage, you may be a class member in a class action lawsuit,” the mailer reads.

Lawyers for plaintiffs Dorit and Ron Golan, who first filed the suit in 2014, allege that more than 4 million calls were made in the marketing campaign for Last Ounce of Courage. The case was first dismissed in May of 2014, then allowed to proceed by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in June of 2015. The class action was certified by a U.S. district court judge in St. Louis in January of this year.

Huckabee himself was originally listed as a defendant but was later removed from the case, according to a memorandum from United States District Judge E. Richard Webber, the person who initially determined that the Golans did not have a case. The suit hinges on the plaintiffs alleging that the calls are in potential violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which stipulates that unsolicited messages with commercial content via telephone is unlawful.

As you might imagine Huckabee was not prepared to speak to reporters about this case.

Okay look I don't like solicitors calling me at home either, but how bad can this movie be that so many people are prepared to sue over being asked to purchase it?

Holy crap! I actually want to get in on this lawsuit for just having to watch the trailer.

And get a load of the heavy handed marketing campaign:

“The advertising campaign for Last Ounce of Courage included approximately 4 million telephone calls to residential telephone numbers through many states in the United States and ‘Email to Text (ETT) Messages’ to 30 million cell phones,” the complaint alleges.

What’s more is that the complaint contends the calls were meant to appear as if they were a survey to see whether call recipients had “traditional American values.” And “if the recipients believed in freedom and liberty, they would enjoy Last Ounce of Courage.”Here are some of the segments the complaint alleges were featured in the call:

“Hello, this is Governor Mike Huckabee with a 45-second survey. Do you believe in American Freedom and Liberty?”

“Would you, like me, Mike Huckabee, like to see Hollywood respect and promote traditional American values?”

“I am an enthusiastic supporter of a new movie called Last Ounce of Courage. It is a film about faith, freedom, and taking a stand for American values.” Some of the calls also allegedly included plugs for Huckabee’s radio show, which the the Golans’ lawyers point to in the complaint.

Yeah I think this is reasonable grounds for a lawsuit, I just wish that the original judge had not removed Huckabee who it appears "composed, reviewed, and modified the script, made the recording, inserted material into the script and recording advertising his radio show, inserted material into the recording personally benefitting him, all with the knowledge and expectation that his recording be played on 4 million illegal calls."

Seems to me that he should be the number one defendant named in the suit.

I cannot believe these idiots are still trying to fan the flames on that ridiculous "War on Christmas" bullshit.

And what do they do now that Donald Trump is in the White House?

What am I saying? This it too good of a gig to simply walk away from.

They will continue pushing this "fake news" while blaming it on Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats.

Russian bombers invaded Alaska's air defense zone the other night. This is getting to be a habit.

Courtesy of Fox News:

Two Russian Bear bombers -- escorted for the first time by a pair of Su-35 "Flanker" fighter jets -- entered Alaska's Air Defense Zone on Wednesday night, U.S. officials told Fox News.

The Russian formation was intercepted by a pair of U.S. Air Force F-22 stealth fighter jets that were already flying a patrol about 50 miles southwest of Chariot, Alaska. A NORAD spokesperson told Fox News the intercept began at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday and a defense source said it also occurred into Thursday.

It was the first time the U.S. Air Force has seen advanced Russian Su-35 fighter jets escort Russian Cold War-era bombers near Alaska.

The Russian fighter jets were unarmed and remained in international airspace, officials said.

Late last month, Russian bombers flew near Alaska over four consecutive days for the first time since 2014.

There are a number of theories as to why we are suddenly seeing these "fly-bys" recently, which have been fairly common up here for years, however I tend to think that this is just another attempt to make it appear there is tension between the Trump Administration and Putin and distract from the investigations in to collusion.

Putin is typically good at this kind of thing, however this seems tragically transparent to me.

Sarah Palin sees Ivanka Trump airplane confrontation as opportunity to get a little reflected attention.

Courtesy of the Far North Fame Whore's Facebook page:

To Ivanka Trump:

Children of effective politicians have been unfairly targeted for years. Obviously it's abhorrent, it keeps good people from entering the political fray, and is the clearest proof that intolerant weaklings still stoop low and dirty to intimidate.

Hate to see this done to the beautiful new First Family, but use this injustice as FUEL to fight the good fight for what is right.

Give your kids extra hugs and kisses this Christmas Eve. Fret not. Prayers are raised for the Trump family. We have your back.

 - Sarah Palin

"Hey girl. So you had some lefty yelling at you in public? Boy I remember back when they cared enough to do that to me.  Boy that really sucked. Yep..I certainly don't miss that." (Except every day.)

Couple of things wrong with this post.

First off how would Sarah Palin know what it feels like to be an "EFFECTIVE politician who was targeted or otherwise?

Second since Trump has not yet taken office nobody really knows for sure if HE will be effective or not. (Though I think most of us have a pretty good idea on that one.)

And third, who the fuck is she calling an intolerant weakling?

Just goes to show that there is literally NO bandwagon that this lunatic will not chase down and jump onto for a little extra attention.

Well there you go, we paid attention to you.

So now you can shut up until next year.

Airplane passenger yells at and harasses Ivanka Trump and her children before being removed from the flight.

Courtesy of TPM:

Gossip website TMZ reported that a passenger on Ivanka Trump's Thursday morning flight "began verbally berating her" before he was removed from the plane.

"Your father is ruining the country," the unidentified passenger said, as quoted by TMZ. "Why is she on our flight. She should be flying private."

TMZ reported that the passenger was holding his child as he addressed Trump, who ignored him and "tried distracting her kids with crayons" as they sat in the coach section of a JetBlue flight.

As the passenger was removed by JetBlue personnel, TMZ reported that he shouted: "You're kicking me off for expressing my opinion?!!"

Look I get it, we are all angry.

But this shit is out of line.

We were rightfully horrified by the actions of the Trump supporting plane passenger yelling at the female passengers last month, and it is equally wrong for those who hate Trump to act in a similar manner.

Clearly we are surrounded by idiots and assholes, and the best way to fight them is to role model appropriate behaviors when we bump into them out in the community.

Besides Ivanka had her children with her, and children do not deserve to witness anything like that.

No matter whose crazy ass DNA they share.

Somebody set up a GoFundMe account for the Chicago craft store employee who was berated by that crazy Trump supporter.

Remember her?

This from the GoFundMe page:

On the night before Thanksgiving, I witnessed a white woman engage in a 30 minute racist rant (complete with yelling and cursing and repeated references to the fact that employees were African American) against the employees at a Chicago Michaels store - because she did not like that they offered her the option to purchase a re-usable shopping bag for her larger items. I was directly in front of this customer in line, I stopped at the exit to show my 2 year old a Christmas ornament and witnessed first-hand that the Michaels’ employees did nothing to provoke this verbal attack, and in fact treated all customers with professionalism and courtesy. I was so shocked by this unprovoked attack that I captured 17 minutes of it on video on my phone. I am starting this gofundme because I’d like to do something to try to make it up to the employee who was the main target of this racist attack. I’d like to show her that many people are horrified by how this woman treated her, and that we stand with her and appreciate her hard work. She inspired me because despite the hateful words that were being hurled in her direction, she stood in that entranceway calm and unmoving to protect her staff and customers. Her calmness calmed me and I saw a true leader, which in today’s world, is something to be rewarded. All proceeds from this gofundme will be given to this employee, who has three children, to try to make her busy holiday season brighter. In the current climate I believe it’s very important that we go out of our way to treat each other with dignity, kindness and politeness, and that we stand up for each other when we see people being mistreated.

***Thank you so much for everyone's kindness and generosity, I want to reiterate that the police were called, bystanders, including myself, were actively involved and the staff handled this flawlessly. There is so much you don't see in this video. Atleast ten customers stood next to the manager and waited for the police. That is what shocked the manager and myself the most, that people actually spoke up. You had to be there to see how the people were united. Thank you so much for helping me with this small gesture to thank this employee. Over 48,000 people have seen this video, if that many people gifted $1 this could be life-changing. I saw a hero and a leader in this manager. I was inspired by her. This incident started over a $1 re-usuable bag, but it's not new for African Americans and other POC. We have to stand up, if you can't speak up, at least be a witness and share your story.

As of this posting that account has already received more than $18,000 in donations.

However it appears that we may actually need more GoFundMe accounts because that lady is not finished taking out her Trump inspired wrath on defenseless store employees.

Jesus I can only imagine how much worse this will be when Cheeto Jesus actually takes office.

Remember that Trump supporter who harassed a plane load of passengers? Yeah well he might be hitchhiking to his next vacation spot.

(Every time you watch he just becomes an even bigger asshole.)

Courtesy of CTV News:

Delta Air Lines is banning for life a passenger who rudely professed his support for Republican President-elect Donald Trump and insulted those who didn't on a flight to Pennsylvania, the company's CEO said Monday.

Edward Bastian said in an internal memo that the airline is also refunding the cost of tickets for other passengers on the Nov. 22 flight from Atlanta to Allentown.

A video posted on Facebook by a passenger shows a man standing in the aisle, yelling and insulting supporters of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

The man asks loudly: "We got some Hillary bitches on here?" He proceeds to clap and yell Trump's name a few times while other passengers seemingly try to ignore him, some staring at phones and tablets, others with arms folded.

Referring to Trump's victory, he says: "If you don't like it, too bad."

Careful Delta Airlines you might actually revive my faith in America with this kind of response.

I knew these assholes existed, but now that one of their own is headed to the White House they're coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches.

No I take that back. It's just not fair to cockroaches.

I think this tweet tells you just about everything you need to know about our President today, and the man who wants to take his place tomorrow.

Here is more courtesy of New Century Times:

On Saturday, a brave little boy with cerebral palsy was harassed and thrown out of a Trump rally. After hearing about the incident, President Obama spent his entire Sunday afternoon with the 12-year-old sensation, JJ Holmes.

Allison Holmes, JJ’s mother, told Obama that they showed up at the Trump rally in Tampa, Fla. to protest Trump’s mocking of a reporter with disabilities. Trump supporters responded by “chanting ‘U-S-A’ and pushing his wheelchair,” Alison told The Washington Post.

Kimberly DeFalco, a woman who witnessed the events at the Trump rally and spoke about it with Alison, posted on Facebook that Barak Obama and the former secretary of state are two of J.J.’s heroes. DeFalco also helped encourage the meeting between the President and JJ:

“This would be life-changing for JJ and also send powerful encouragement for all who live with disabilities and rise up despite them!” she wrote.

And so JJ did indeed get to meet his hero, and the Republican party lost yet another future voter.

In what should come as no surprise to anyone Donald Trump objectified women behind the scenes during production of "The Apprentice" and the Miss USA Pagent.

Courtesy of New York Post:

The staffers and contestants agreed to recount their experiences as Trump’s behavior toward women has become a core issue in the presidential campaign. Interviewed separately, they gave concurring accounts of inappropriate conduct on the set.

Eight former crew members recalled that he repeatedly made lewd comments about a camerawoman he said had a nice rear, comparing her beauty to that of his daughter, Ivanka.

During one season, Trump called for female contestants to wear shorter dresses that also showed more cleavage, according to contestant Gene Folkes. Several cast members said Trump had one female contestant twirl before him so he could ogle her figure.

Randal Pinkett, who won the program in December 2005 and who has recently criticized Trump during his run for president, said he remembered the real estate mogul talking about which female contestants he wanted to sleep with, even though Trump had married former model Melania Knauss earlier that year: “He was like, ‘Isn’t she hot, check her out,’ kind of gawking, something to the effect of ‘I’d like to hit that.'”

I think this anecdote best sums up Trump's interaction with women on the show:

A former crew member, who signed a non-disclosure agreement and asked not to be identified, recalled that Trump asked male contestants whether they would sleep with a particular female contestant, then expressed his own interest.

“We were in the boardroom one time figuring out who to blame for the task, and he just stopped in the middle and pointed to someone and said, ‘You’d f— her, wouldn’t you? I’d f— her. C’mon, wouldn’t you?'”

The person continued: “Everyone is trying to make him stop talking, and the woman is shrinking in her seat.”

There are of course those who worked on the show who are coming to Trump's defense, but when you take into account that everybody associated with the program signed a non-disclosure agreement it is hard to take their defense seriously.

Especially since these allegations tie in so well with what we have already seen and heard about Donald Trump.

Such as this behind the scenes audio of Trump acting like a POS while talking about the contestant's looks:

TMZ obtained an audio tape recorded during the pre-show screening portion of the 2009 pageant, in which Trump can clearly be heard exercising "The Trump Rule" -- which guarantees a certain number of "beautiful" women will advance in the contest.

On the tape, Trump explains that when he "bought" the Miss USA pageant, "the most beautiful people were never chosen. And I went nuts." So, according to the audio, Trump implemented "The Trump Rule" -- in which he and his staff of "professionals" would select "almost half" of the women who would automatically make it into the first round of the contest.

At this point I think I would find it very hard to disregard ANY negative stories about how Trump treated women.

Hillary Clinton reaches out to young female reporter who was targeted by the Alt Right. And it's pretty moving.

Here is the article Ella Dawson wrote about her experiences as a target of some of the most hateful rhetoric on the internet.

Her crime?

She wrote honestly about living with an STD.

Over the last two years, I’ve become something of an Alt-right meme. “Free speech activist” Mike Cernovich has tweeted about me at least three times to his 91,000 Twitter followers, each mention resulting in a wave of sickening, abusive tweets sent directly to my cell phone. Even if Mike’s tweets weren’t all that upsetting (a five-year-old could come up with something better than “Ugly and has herpes”), the ones his followers sent me were pretty scarring. Let’s just say that they’re fond of the c-word.

When I created an STD Awareness Month campaign called #ShoutYourStatus with some of my friends earlier this year, it caught the eye of the editor at large of InfoWars, Paul Joseph Watson. He recorded a five-minute YouTube video screaming about how vile we were. “I don’t think we should be that surprised that feminists are bragging about their STDs,” Watson concludes. “After all, they’re so fat and ugly, the mere fact that they’re having any kind of sex at all is a massive achievement.”

It goes on, and gets even uglier, from there.

You know I get my fair share of trolls here on IM, and on Twitter.

However I am me, and I know that if any of these candy asses were in the same room with me they would lower their eyes and stare at the floor in the hopes that I would not notice them.

However women have a much tougher time of it. For some reason men feel that they are every woman's superior and that they can humiliate them, victimize them, and ridicule them without fear of any repercussions.

And on the internet that is exacerbated by the anonymity which it provides.

That is why Hillary Clinton's presidential run has faced some of the ugliest, most hateful comments, that one can imagine.

It is not because she is a Democrat. It is not because she is a politician. And it is not because she used a private server, the Benghazi attack happened on her watch, or she coughs too much.

It is because she is a woman.

Which I find odd because I have worked with women my entire adult life, and I have NEVER found their gender to interfere with their productivity, professionalism, or ability to relate to their coworkers.

And I will tell you what, I cannot think of ANY man who would openly write about having herpes on the internet.

So rather than feel that this woman should be the subject of ridicule I am actually incredibly impressed with her honesty and her courage.

Perhaps that is what upsets certain men about this young lady and our Democratic nominee. They have the honesty and courage which they themselves are lacking entirely.

Footage surfaces of police demanding that a lesbian leave a public restroom for not presenting ID. (NSFW due to language.)

Courtesy of Complex:

Footage has surfaced alleging to show police officers forcing an unidentified woman to leave a women's restroom facility, once again proving the dire impact of the recent swath of anti-LGBT laws across the country. The woman, reportedly a lesbian, is called "sir" by the officers as she's unfairly tasked with attempting to convince them she's a woman. The footage, uploaded to Facebook by Tamara McDaniel, has quickly garnered millions of views since first being shared last week.

The officers are heard demanding ID from the woman, who reveals she doesn't have one on her. A male officer is then seen screaming in the woman's face as friends plead for the officers to properly deescalate the situation. These pleas, however, are instead met with hostility and repeated requests for an ID. Of course, this loudly begs the question: Why the hell should anyone have to show an ID just to use the restroom? The exact location of the footage, which made it to the Daily Star after surfacing on Facebook, is unknown.

Like the article says there is no indication yet as to where this took place though clearly it is somewhere in America.

I have to say that this really angers me since that could easily happen to my daughter who dresses in gender neutral clothes all of the time.

Seriously male police officers should have no right to enter a woman's bathroom and force that purpose out for no other reason than that they do not believe them to be female.

And if these anti-trans laws start to spread this will be happening with increased frequency and I guarantee that it will not simply be the LGBT community who is negatively impacted.

Militia members who took over the bird sanctuary in Oregon are engaged in harassment and intimidation of locals.

Courtesy of NBC News:

Local law enforcement is accusing armed protesters who seized an Oregon wildlife refuge of harassment and intimidation.

In a statement Monday, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward described an "uptick" in reports of "law enforcement officers and community members being followed home; of people sitting in cars outside their homes, observing their movements and those of their families; and of people following them and their families as they move around the community."

Ward added, "While not direct physical threats, these activities are clearly designed to try to intimidate."

Federal employees of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, the site occupied by the protestors, also reported "a number of uncomfortable instances" of "unknown" outsiders idling outside their homes, watching them and initiating debates about their employment.

"Many of these confrontations are taking place as their employees are grocery shopping, running errands with their families and trying to lead their day-to day lives," Ward said.

Gee what tough guys.

Bunch of overweight bullies is what they are.

In other news a judge has said that the county will charge Bundy and his associates up to $70,000 a day for the increased security.

So yes this little occupation is working out perfectly.

P.S. Well it looks like I got fooled by a parody site as well. In an earlier version I shared a story that came from  a site that seemed legit, but turned out to be having a laugh.

Oh well that kind of thing is bound to happen eventually.

Woman dates George Zimmerman, seems surprised that he acts like George Zimmerman.

Courtesy of the Daily Mail:

The ex-girlfriend of George Zimmerman has broken her silence to detail the 'total nightmare' and 'horrible names' people were calling her after Zimmerman posted nude photos of her on Twitter.

Zimmerman also posted the 32-year-old mother's phone number and first name and accused her of cheating with a 'Dirty Muslim' and wrote 'She'll sleep with anyone.'

Heather, who won't give her last name, told the Daily Dot that she had only been dating Zimmerman for a couple of months when she once again tried to break it off with him - apparently spurring the revenge attack.

'I’ve never dreamed that anything like this would ever happen to me,' she said.

Really? She never imagined that a man who gunned down an innocent teenager in cold blood would turn out to be an asshole?

This is the same guy who was arrested for domestic abuse just this year and pulled a gun during a traffic altercation. And yet SHE'S surprised he would do something like this.

Look I want to be sympathetic to a victim of this kind of "revenge porn," but this woman REALLY should have known better.

And hopefully the rest of the women out there will get a clue before this, or something worse, happens to them.

Christian homeschooling organization used and heavily promoted by the Duggar family is being sued for covering up, you guessed it, sexual assault and harassment of employees.

Courtesy of the Washington Post:

Five women have sued the Institute in Basic Life Principles, once a leader in the Christian homeschooling movement, charging that the organization and its board of directors enabled and covered up sexual abuse and harassment of interns, employees, and other participants in its programs.

Each of the plaintiffs — Gretchen Wilkinson, Charis Barker, Rachel Frost, Rachel Lees and a Jane Doe — seeks $50,000 in damages, alleging that the organization and its board acted negligently, with willful and wanton disregard for them, and engaged in a civil conspiracy to conceal the wrongdoing.

The lawsuit is the latest chapter in a long-simmering scandal that has engulfed the ministry once admired by conservative Christian parents for teaching them how to raise obedient, devout and chaste children since the 1960s. The ministry has found dedicated followers in politics, including Rep. Daniel Webster (R-Fla.), who sought to replace Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) as House Speaker, and in entertainment.

Last year founder and long time President, Bill Gothard, resigned amid allegations that he had sexually harassed more than thirty female employees over the years.

Oh and who could forget this:

Earlier this year, IBLP was once again in the headlines after the gossip magazine In Touch reported that Josh Duggar, the eldest son of reality television stars and longtime Advanced Training Institute members Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, had been sent to an IBLP training center as a teenager after he admitted he had sexually abused four of his younger sisters and a family friend.

That's right, the guy who the Duggars sent their sister fondling son to in order to straighten him out, had to resign in response to charges of sexual harassment, and his organization is being sued for covering up similar activities among staff members.

Oh and Josh Duggar himself is currently in hiding in response to being outed as a customer of Ashley Madison, having admitted to a porn addiction, and being accused of paying a porn star for rough sex.

Gee, uh...anybody else seeing a pattern here?

Teacher harassed on Facebook and at her school for her work as an abortion clinic escort.

Courtesy of Cosmopolitan:

Shana Broders has been an elementary school teacher for over two decades. For the last year and a half, she has spent her downtime as a clinic escort, helping patients at a nearby North Carolina abortion provider navigate their way past the protesters and into the building for services. For that, a group of extreme anti-abortion activists wants to get her fired from her job. As a new school year begins, they have escalated their efforts, harassing her school by phone and threatening to picket. Broders tells Cosmopolitan.com how her school has responded and why no threats will make her give up supporting a person's right to a legal, safe abortion procedure.

Ms. Broder explains in the article how her world got turned upside down:

I have very strong and passionate beliefs and views on bodily autonomy and women's rights. I was following something on Twitter and I saw a video clip of protesters at a clinic in another city. I tweeted or made a comment, "Wow. That's so horrible. I'm so glad that doesn't happen where I live," in my ignorance. Then someone commented back, "Oh, yes it does, right down the road." I was like, "What? Where? Can I be an escort?" They said, "Yes and let me hook you up," so I got hooked up though Twitter with an escort group in Raleigh, North Carolina. That's how it started.

I'm not sure how I was targeted for this. All I can tell you is that I got [one activist] called out for trespass, me personally. It was July of 2014, and I was escorting, and he went behind our building and another building, and he hid in the bushes waiting for the doctor. I was afraid if he jumped out of the bushes at him, someone could get hurt. I called the police for that reason. I think that made it personal. He learned my name fairly early on and he calls me by name. "You know, Shana, you were nice when you first started." I have him on video saying, "You were nice. What you were doing was evil but you weren't a bad person when you first started this but the darkness is taking over you."

He called me out. He told me he would come to my school. He named my school. Another man who is in this group, AHA [Abolish Human Abortion], who lives in my town — that scares me — he has told me he's going to come to my school and tell all the parents that I'm a baby murderer. Pure intimidation tactics.

At first nothing happened, but then the next year the anti-choice folks followed up on their threats and the school started receiving harassing phone calls referring to her as a "baby murderer." And then they took to Facebook and started sharing the graphic at the top of the page, until it was essentially everywhere.

Now this poor woman, a teacher of small children, feels threatened and under siege in her own community.

Fortunately her school has rallied around her and she has support from her fellow teachers, and of course she is in no danger of losing her job.

However the question remains how long will it be before the people making these threatening accusations are no longer simply happy using words to cause her harm?

Because as we have seen time and time again, this kind of illogical hatred can often take the form of physical violence and even murder.

Dr. George Tiller.
Personally I think this woman is incredibly courageous and hope that she serves as an inspiration for others to consider volunteering at their local clinics as well.

Three men arrested for the stabbing death of a young moose in Anchorage.

Courtesy of the New York Daily News:

Three men have been accused of stabbing a young moose to death at a park in Alaska's largest city, and police said witnesses reported seeing the men punching the animal and walking away.

The men were arraigned Wednesday in the death of the yearling moose near a bike trail in Anchorage's Russian Jack Springs Park. All three were arrested on charges of animal cruelty, wanton waste of big game and tampering with evidence.

Three witnesses called police shortly before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to report the moose under attack. Assistant District Attorney Daniel Shorey in charging documents made no mention of a possible motive.

Witness Don Brooks told officers he saw three men in a swampy area "punching" a moose. He yelled at them to stop, and saw them walk toward a park chalet, he said. Two others gave similar accounts to police.

Police found the dead moose in blood-soaked grass with a large vertical cut on its left side.

"There were multiple deep cuts that appeared to be slashing cuts on the left ribcage as well as apparent puncture wounds to the neck," Shorey wrote.

Let me tell you I have lived in this city for my entire life, and I have seen some fucked up shit, but NEVER anything like this.  Never.

Growing up here one of the things that is drilled into our heads from the time we are very young, is to never harass the moose that walk freely around our city.

Most of the time that guideline is for our own protection, but it is also to protect them. Because if a moose hurts a person, especially a child,  then they are usually put down.

A part of me would like to see a little primitive justice. Lock these three gentlemen in an enclosure with a full grown bull moose during the rutting season and see how they fair then.

But that would be wrong, right? Right?

Sandy Hook truther arrested for making harassing phone calls to the school staff.

Courtesy of WFSB:

A man accused of leaving harassing phone messages for the staff of the Sandy Hook Elementary School faced a judge on Wednesday.

Timothy Rogalski, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested on Tuesday, according to police.

The staff of the school, which is located in Monroe, said a man left four disturbing messages on the school's answering machine accusing them of fabricating the shooting that left 26 students and staff dead on Dec. 14, 2012.

He called again later Tuesday morning and allegedly spoke with an administrative assistant at the school.

Police said they were able to trace the calls back to Rogalski. He was then arrested at his home in Wallingford.

He originally used his father's name in the first call and said he wanted to enroll a child. "I just wanted to make sure that there was going to be no fake shooting on the day that I enrolled him," court records showed Rogalski said.

"I just wanted to clarify that he wouldn't get shot by a fake Adam Lanza."

He eventually asked if Kaitlin Roig could be his teacher. Roig was teaching when the deadly shooting happened.

"I know I may have offended people, but they were words, and I made no threats. I wasn't going to do anything," Rogalski said.

What an asshole!

You know here's what I don't get. Even if you really believed that the whole thing was a false flag operation staged by the government to take away your guns, how would THAT make calling up a school to harass the secretaries at the front desk a reasonable response?

For me this hits a little too close to home because of course this is what happened after my Splitsville post made national news. Of course in my case there were actual death threats.

It is worth noting that the whole Sandy Hook false flag meme is one promoted rather aggressively by Alex Jones. You may remember him as the man who claims responsibility for convincing Rand Paul to run for the Senate, and now for President of the United States.

A group of Wisconsin militia wannabes are organizing themselves as unofficial gun toting poll watchers in heavily Democratic areas.

Courtesy of The Chippewa Herald:

A self-described militia group claims to be checking names on the 2012 Scott Walker recall petition and plans to confront those found to have outstanding warrants or tax defaults at the polls on Nov. 4.

"We prefer our people be armed," reads a Facebook post by Wisconsin Poll Watcher Militia, screen captured on a blog at Politicususa.com. "Some will be heading to some of Milwaukee, Racine, and Beloit's worst areas. We will be armed with a list of people to look for at each location."

The exchange posted on Politicususa continues:

Patrick Murray: "Just so you are aware, I will not report Republicans. Only Democrats."

Wisconsin Poll Watcher Militia: "We will be targeting heavy democrat districts, so it is doubtful this will even be an issue."

Another entry from the group's Facebook page, which has 31 likes as of Friday afternoon, reads: "Please private message us names of people you know are active voters and wanted on warrants. We can get our agents to watch their polling location, identify the individual, and then follow them to their residence. A call the police and they will be picked up for processing."

Another: "Attention all members: Militia training will be at HQ on September 20, 2014 at 0930. We will hand out updated watch lists, duty assignments, and discuss rules and regulations. Expect it to take around 2-3 hours. After our discussion we will be headed to the range for anyone who wants to participate."

So to be clear these individuals, who are almost undoubtedly Caucasian, are going to go into heavily Democratic neighborhoods in Wisconsin, many of which are certain to be occupied by mostly non-whites, while armed and then follow voters to their homes.

Oh and if you dare to approach one of their members you risk "being put down like a rabid dog."

First off let me just say that I seriously doubt that there are many potential voters who are wanted by the police. Maybe a few, but not enough to warrant this ridiculous overreaction.

Secondly if these idiots actually start following people to their houses that is harassment, and if they are lucky the police will pick them up and escort them out of town or lock them up. If they are not so lucky they may learn that the 2nd Amendment is a knife that cuts both ways, and that, surprisingly, you do not have to be an arrogant white guy to have access to a firearm.
