Actually according to a California representative they sold out of the Trump pinatas in her state:
Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) reminded (Boris) Epshteyn that Trump had called Mexicans rapists, murderers and drug dealers.
“That’s not correct,” Epshteyn insisted.
“It is not leadership to demonize a community, to bash them verbally, to use venomous rhetoric to incite people sometimes to violence against a community,” Sanchez remarked. “And then accept an invitation and somehow think that everything is going to be forgiven.”
“I just want to warn the GOP of one thing,” the California Democrat said. “In Los Angeles County — and I don’t know what polls you’re looking at, sir — but in L.A. County, you cannot get your hands on a Trump piñata because they are sold out and they’re on back order. And for every child that has taken a whack at a Trump piñata, that’s a voter that the GOP has lost for a lifetime. They are not going to forget that.”
Yep the Latino community in America and Mexico certainly have strong feelings concerning Donald Trump alright.
However if I were working on his security detail I might discourage him from walking through certain Hispanic communities, as you can never tell when a stick wielding mob might rush out to see what comes out of his tubby orange ass when you start hitting him.
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

After Wednesday's speech Latino former Trump supporter believes he is trying to lose and instead intends to start a media empire.
Courtesy of Raw Story:
“After I heard that, there was no way I could continue to be part of a prop apparatus for Mr. Trump,” Monty told MSNBC on Thursday. “So, I resigned. And it’s a sad day because I am no fan of Hillary Clinton.”
As for why Trump had doubled down on inhumane immigration policies, Monty said that it was possible that Trump “listens to whoever talks to him last.”
“The other possibility is that maybe he does not want to win,” he added. “Maybe this is a media play. And I feel serious about that.”
“You can usually count on someone’s self-preservation instincts,” Monty explained. “Not only is this the right thing to do, this is the only way that he can win the White House. And that he didn’t follow it suggests to me that maybe winning is not part of the game plan. Maybe this is part of a media play where he wants to create a media empire that will focus on the millions nativists that believe that the country needs to control immigration.”
“And if that’s his play, it will be good and he’ll have millions of followers. But he won’t win the presidency.”
Okay I've heard this media thing several times now.
What do you think? Is starting Trump News really the end game here?

The moment when Bernie Sanders was denied access to the stage during a Spanish language festival at Plaza Mexico.
I love some of these comments:Y llego el Bernie A tirar party Asta La Plaza Mexico!! #BANDAIMPERIO #berniesanders
A video posted by Daren Mendoza (@daren780) on
His campaign forgot to call ahead and the event producers didn't let him speak. So disorganized
Hope he felt that Bern! ¡Viva!
They just pushed those latinos out of the way
How embarrassing . Guess white male privilege didn't work out for you dude. #imwithher
Yeah, sorry! You can't just come and take over an event! What the heck?!
Man, Bernie Sanders is a mess!
This seems to me to be emblematic of the entire campaign. Unprepared, pushy, and disorganized.
I am just waiting for a statement from the Sanders campaign blaming this on Hillary Clinton and the Democratic party.

Donald Trump and the Republicans have inspired the Latino community to register to vote. Somehow I don't think this is going to help them however.
Courtesy of the Daily Kos:
Republican presidential candidates have been making racist remarks about Latinos in the U.S., and they aren't falling on deaf ears. Those same candidates choosing to skip July's National Council of La Raza conference in Kansas City—which was attended by Democrats Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O'Malley—didn't go unnoticed. Acting as if Latinos don't matter in U.S. elections is not only bad politics, it is the height of political stupidity. Latinos listen.
Latinos are answering the blatant racism and xenophobia with calls for action, and one primary action will be getting people registered to vote and to the ballot box.
I picture at some point the Republican party coming together.
To burn an effigy of Donald Trump.
Assuming of course they are satisfied with just an effigy.

While one of our Senators comes out in favor of marriage equality, and another considers it, Rep. Don Young demonstrates that SOME Alaska politicians are stuck in stone age.
"What? I can't even be racists anymore?"
Rep. Don Young (R-Alaska), in an interview with a local radio station released Thursday, referred to Latinos working on a ranch by using the derogatory term “wetbacks.”
“My father had a ranch. We used to hire 50 or 60 wetbacks and — to pick tomatoes,” Young said in the interview with KRBD. “You know, it takes two people to pick the same tomatoes now. It’s all done by machine.”
The term “wetback” is a slur often used to refer to illegal Mexican immigrants. Merriam-Webster defines it as “a Mexican who enters the United States illegally,” “from the practice of wading or swimming the Rio Grande where it forms the U.S.-Mexico border.”
"Wetback?" Who in the 21st century uses such an outdated and racist term?
Apparently somebody told Young that he was doing the Republican party, and of course his chances at reelection, no favors by coming out as racist against the Latino community so he issued this no apology apology:
“I used a term that was commonly used during my days growing up on a farm in central California. I know that this term is not used in the same way nowadays and I meant no disrespect.”
"What? We can't call them wetbacks anymore? Dammit nobody told ME! My bad! "
Okay seriously can we vote this fossil out of office this next time? I am sick of his asshole being our sole Representative in the House.

Roger Ailes accuses President Obama of class warfare and racial divisiveness. Has he EVER watched his cable news station?
Fox News Latino. Nothing openly kiss ass about this right?
Roger Ailes is kvetching. “The president likes to divide people into groups,” he huffs into the phone. “He’s too busy getting the middle class to hate rich people, blacks to hate whites. He is busy trying to get everybody to hate each other.” With that off his chest, Ailes gets back on message. “We need to get along,” he says.
It’s an unexpected plea from the Fox News CEO considering his impressive record of provocation. But recently, “getting along” has become an imperative for the conservative movement. Mitt Romney lost the Latino vote by nearly 50 points, and now almost everyone agrees that the Republican Party needs to improve with Hispanic voters to have a shot at the White House in 2016. That could also be Ailes’s last year at Fox News: His contract expires then, when he’ll be 76 years old. So if Roger Ailes wants to see a Republican win what may be his last presidential election as a major player, he’ll need to try to make conservatism more palatable to Latinos. Which, of course, he will.
“The fact is, we have a lot—Republicans have a lot more opportunity for them,” Ailes says. “If I’m going to risk my life to run over the fence to get into America, I want to win. I think Fox News will articulate that.”
Sadly for Ailes however is the fact that the audience for, and the talking heads representing, his cable news channel (Which is infamous for creating racial strife) are not quite so ready to embrace the pro-Latino love fest.
Old habits die hard, however, and some of the delicacies of the immigration debate are lost on these recent converts. Just after the election, O’Reilly chose as one of his show’s best moments a clip of himself saying: “I’m not committing a hate crime by saying ‘illegal aliens’ are just that.” Similarly, Hannity tells me: “I’ve used ‘illegals’ all these years I’ve been on TV....I don’t see it as an offensive term.”
Neither do many Fox viewers. A National Hispanic Media Coalition survey in September found “a consistent pattern whereby Fox News audiences are indeed more likely to hold negative stereotypes about Latinos.” For the average Fox News anchor—not to mention fan—immigration reform is a harder sell than Ailes and other Republican elites admit.
Okay so who is it again "trying to get everybody to hate each other?"
Yeah if Ailes thinks that firing Dick Morris and Sarah Palin will fool the brown skinned people in this country into believing that Fox News is no longer in the business of racial division he has another think coming.
For one thing as long as he allows his anchors to launch ad hominem attacks against the President, with little or no evidence to back them up, he will continue to drive away the African American and Latino community in droves, as they see this President as the future of this country, and rich old fat men like Roger Ailes as its racist, oppressive, and lily white past.
On the right is Mitt Romney appearing on Univision and attempting to appeal to the Latino vote. I expect Roger Ailes approach to be very similar.

The Republican party have found their savior, and behold, he is brown.
As we know the Republican party found themselves reeling from political attacks during the 2012 election identifying them as in the pockets of big business, that they are racist, that their policies are anti-woman, and that they are a party mostly made up of wealthy old white men.
Since most of that is unquestionably accurate the Republicans were at a loss for how to make themselves seem more hip...you know more cool...less old fogey like.
So they looked around and found a brown guy, Marco Rubio. Who will now give the next Repuublican rebuttal to President Obama's State of the Union speech. See? All fixed.
After all we remember how well that last brown guy did with the rebuttal speech in 2009. (Nailed it!)
But leave it up to the folks over at Maddow Blog to find something to complain about with Rubio:
Rubio doesn't accept climate science, thinks the age of the planet is a theological question, and opposes marriage equality. Remember the Blunt Amendment that would have empowered employers to deny birth-control coverage to their employers? It was originally known as the "Blunt-Rubio Amendment."
Rubio is part of a shrinking fringe that opposes the Violence Against Women Act, embraces strange conspiracy theories involving gun control, and thinks George W. Bush was a "fantastic" president.
Rubio tells teleprompter jokes while reading from teleprompters, has been caught lying about the basics of Republican budget policy, has suggested TARP recipients shouldn't have to repay bailout money, and in 2011, argued programs like Medicare and Social Security have "actually weakened us as a people."
Okay well as usual Maddow brings up some good points, but she, and her so called "research department," missed the most important truth about Marco Rubio (And the only one the GOP even cares about!), he is brown. Not very brown, but just brown enough to get those liberals in the media off their damn backs, and to hopefully get those Latinos to start voting for them!
Besides how smart can the Latino community be? Didn't most of them just crawl over the fence, and into this country, yesterday?

Actress Rosie Perez calls Mitt Romney out over his assertion that he would have an easier time of it if he were Latino.
"Unfortunately for you Mitt, you were cursed with the hard knock life of growing up as the son of a wealthy Governor and auto executive." Yeah fucking tragic, don't you think?
As a matter of fact apparently Romney is SO disappointed in his parentage that he had to make up stories about his father walking out of the 1964 Republican Convention in protest of Barry Goldwater's hard line against civil rights. That would be a great story except it never happened.
No Mitt Romney is NOT Latino, or a woman, or a gay American. But if he were to at least be SOMETHING REAL, and not something completely phony, perhaps he actually could win this election.
P.S. I LOVE that Perez mentioned the spray tan by the way.

During his Univision appearance, Mitt Romney threw a temper tantrum over his introduction, and broke the rules by filling the audience with non-student activists to give the impression of more support from Latinos.
Hear that? The brown people who talk funny, love me!"
When the Republican took his place Wednesday night in the first of two back-to-back candidate forums televised on the mega-network, he was greeted by an adoring, raucous crowd that cheered his every word, and booed many of the moderators' questions. The next night, President Obama was treated to stone cold silence from the audience as he was aggressively grilled on his lackluster immigration record.
The contrast was widely noted by observers who watched both forums — and it was glaring enough to evoke some boasting from the Romney campaign in the immediate aftermath.
"These forums are going to be watched by more Hispanics than watched the conventions," said Alberto Martinez, a Florida-based Romney adviser. "I think [Romney] did an amazing job, and I think it was pretty clear there wasn't the same excitement for President Obama."
But the enthusiasm gap may have been an optical illusion formed by a series of last-minute demands by the Romney campaign, according to Maria Elena Salinas, one of the Univision anchors who moderated the forums.
Salinas told BuzzFeed that tickets for each forum were divided between the network, the respective campaigns, and the University of Miami (which hosted the events) — and she said both campaigns initially agreed to keep the audience comprised mostly of students, in keeping with the events' education theme.
But after exhausting the few conservative groups on campus, the Romney camp realized there weren't enough sympathetic students to fill the stands on their night — so they told the network and university that if they weren't given an exemption to the students-only rule, they might have to "reschedule."
The organizers relented.
WTF? So essentially if the Romney campaign had played by the rules Mitt the Twit would have been sitting in front of a number of empty seats in his brown face, instead of receiving the prearranged applause that we heard on the tapes.
Oh and that is not the ONLY time that Romney acted like a spoiled toddler.
While introducing Romney at the top of the broadcast, Salinas's co-anchor, Jorge Ramos, noted that the Republican candidate had agreed to give the network 35 minutes, and that Obama had agreed to a full hour the next night. Ramos then invited the audience to welcome Romney to the stage — but the candidate didn't materialize.
"It was a very awkward moment, believe me," Salinas said.
Apparently, Romney took issue with the anchors beginning the broadcast that way, said Salinas, and he refused to go on stage until they re-taped the introduction. (One Republican present at the taping said Romney "threw a tantrum.")
"Our president of news was talking to the Romney campaign and negotiating it," Salinas said. "But at that point, you can't really argue with that. The candidate is there, everyone is in their seats, the show must go on. There's a limit to how much we can object to it."
The compromise reached was that the anchors would note the discrepancy in the candidates' time commitments at the end of the broadcast. But Salinas said, by then, the crowd was cheering so loudly that they drowned out the anchors' words.
Here is a CNN interview with Maria Elena Salinas about the two interviews.
Okay I am being serious here, just who in the FUCK would support this pompous, over-privileged, fraud at this point? Anybody?
You know you can almost hear the wheels flying off the campaign bus as it careens out of control. What a miserable joke this guy has turned out to be. And no WONDER his fellow GOP candidates hated his ass!

Did Mitt Romney darken his skin before appealing to Latino voters on Univision? I think so!
Mitt Romney currently trails President Obama among registered Latino voters by nearly 40%, and getting caught saying things like "it would be helpful to be Latino" certainly isn't helping.
But has it gotten so bad that Romney is now resorting to "brownface" in order to make himself more appealing to Univision viewers? Democratic Underground has looked at the photo above from last night's "presidential forum" and concluded that, yes, Romney definitely "dyed his face brown."
I would really like to add some more snarky comments to this amazing find, but literally I am laughing too hard to type anymore.
OMFG!
