Donald Trump announces that April is "Sexual Assault Awareness" month. Let's not all laugh at once.

Courtesy of Yahoo:

US President Donald Trump -- who has himself been repeatedly accused of sexual misconduct -- on Friday designated April 2018 "National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month" amid a national debate over the issue.

"Sexual assault crimes remain tragically common in our society, and offenders too often evade accountability," said a proclamation from Trump released by the White House. "These heinous crimes are committed indiscriminately: in intimate relationships, in public spaces, and in the workplace."

"Too often, however, the victims of assault remain silent. They may fear retribution from their offender, lack faith in the justice system, or have difficulty confronting the pain associated with the traumatic experience," it continued.

"My administration is committed to raising awareness about sexual assault and to empowering victims to identify perpetrators so that they can be held accountable."

Well I for one did not even make it part way through that before I was banging my head on my desk.

Trump announcing this is like Colonel Sanders announcing a "Be Nice to Chickens" month.

Donald Trump is now making insulting sexual insinuations about a female Senator via Twitter. Update!

Well I think we all know what "and would do anything for them" means in this case, just like we all knew what he meant by "“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever" when he was talking about Megyn Kelly.

This man is a pig, and he continues to degrade and insult women even while sitting in the most powerful political position on the planet.

He simply cannot be removed from office fast enough in my opinion.

Update: Senator Gillibrand responds.
Apparently the Senator is also about to make a public statement any minute now.

Update 2: Elizabeth Warren has weighed in.
It appears that the battle lines have now been drawn.

Women, progressives, and feminists on one side.

And pedophiles, misogynists, and perverts on the other.

Old golf magazine interview reveals Trump's love of the word "p*ssy."

Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

In a previously unreported comment to the now-defunct Maximum Golf magazine, Donald Trump singled out a “young socialite” at his club at Mar-a-Lago by telling a reporter, “there is nothing in the world like first-rate pussy.”

The remark never made its way to print, as a top editor of the magazine forbade the reporter from putting it in the publication. But the former journalist who wrote the article, Michael Corcoran, and another editor, both confirmed that it was said by Trump as Corcoran followed him around at his Florida golf club for a profile.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

This interview took place in 2000, which would have meant that Trump was well into his fifties.

When I was an adolescent my pals and I used to refer to girls in such a vulgar fashion, but that did not follow too many of us very far into our adulthood. And certainly not into our forties and fifties.

And yet here is a full grown man, married twice by this time, still referring to women as nothing more than a disembodied sex organ.

Keep in mind that after the Access Hollywood tape came out (Which was recorded in 2005, making Trump even older than in the 2000 interview.) Trump said, "Anyone who knows me, knows these words do not reflect who I am."

Well now the entire country knows Donald Trump.

And yes these words absolutely reflect who he is, even today at 71 years of age.

Creepy Donald Trump continues to be creepy.

Courtesy of Buzzfeed:

President Donald Trump on Tuesday interrupted his call with the new Irish prime minister to bring attention to a reporter, saying, "She has a nice smile on her face, so I bet she treats you well.

"The reporter, Caitriona Perry, who has been the Washington correspondent for the Irish public service broadcaster Raidió Teilifís Éireann since 2014, shared the "bizarre moment" on her Twitter feed and it quickly went viral.

Here was what the reporter said about the incident to RTE:

"One minute we were outside the window and the next minute I'm meeting the President of the United States," Caitríona told RTÉ Entertainment after her encounter with the US Commander in Chief.

"Usually we would shoot from outside the window of the White House and that's what we were expecting today but instead we were invited inside to witness the President's call to the Taoiseach. When we went in he was already on the phone but I caught his eye and he called me over."

Well of course she "caught his eye," she is an attractive woman, and he is a notorious pussy grabber.

In fact I would bet that the entire reason that all of the reporters were invited inside was so that he could get a better look at her.

As you might imagine the comments on Twitter were mostly outraged.

Great, just another reminder that we have destroyed the integrity of the presidency by allowing the Russians to install a vulgar, misogynist, ignorant, moron into the Oval Office.

Former Trump campaign advisor admits on Twitter to working with Wikileaks to undermine Hillary campaign and then deletes it.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Roger Stone, a confidant to President Donald Trump and former adviser to his campaign, acknowledged late Saturday that he had a “back channel” to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, amid mounting reports that multiple advisers to Trump’s campaign had undisclosed communication with Russian officials.

By the way that was not the only provocative tweet coming from Stone yesterday.

Here are a few more that Stone tweeted and deleted, and a few he did not even bother to delete.

In the end Stone did not seem terribly apologetic.
So what is it, some kind of ritual that whenever Donald Trump goes on a Twitter tirade that all of his fan boys have to join in as well?

Book deal dead, CPAC speaking slot rescinded, and now ejected from Breitbart. The terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week of Milo Yiannopoulos.

Courtesy of CNN:

The professional provocateur has resigned as an editor at Breitbart News amid a firestorm over unearthed comments in which he seemed to endorse sex between "younger boys and older men."

Yiannopoulos released a statement on Tuesday afternoon, minutes before he was scheduled to give a press conference in Manhattan.

"It would be wrong to allow my poor choice of words to detract from my colleagues' important reporting, so today I am resigning from Breitbart, effectively immediately. This decision is mine alone," Yiannopoulos said in a statement.

While Yiannopoulos has made a living off of deliberately offensive statements, his comments on two recently discovered video clips proved too much, even for his friends and colleagues at Breitbart.

Jesus literally just 48 hours ago this guy was considered a conservative rising star.

And now he is essentially radioactive.

Gee, I guess promoting the idea that gays are pedophiles and that their sexual assault could work to help children "discover who they are" simply proved a bridge too far for the conservatives.

Remember it wasn't the antisemitic, anti-women, or racist comments that got Yiannopoulos in hot water.

Those apparently were just fine with the conservative folks, and even helped him to win a slot at CPAC this year.

Joan Walsh of "The Nation" recognizes that those disgusting comments were not only what made Yiannopoulos a star, but it is not the first time that kind of talk has done so:

But the question everyone should be asking is, how did a low-rent scam-artist like Yiannopoulos rise to the top of conservative politics, anyway? Even some conservatives are mystified. Reagan biographer Craig Shirley was aghast. “This is the first time I can recall a spoiled man child whose main purpose is self-promotion being selected as…[a] speaker at CPAC,” Shirley told The Daily Beast’s Matt Lewis.

Shirley’s memory is a little short. CPAC helped mainstream another “spoiled man child whose main purpose is self-promotion” just four years ago when the group invited Trump to speak at its conference. Yiannopoulos’s political trajectory tracks that of the man he calls “Daddy.” His fall shows that the craven opportunism of the modern conservative movement has at least one limit: pedophilia. Of course, both men should have been stopped long ago.

The rise of Yiannopolous is evidence that modern conservatism is mostly driven by fear, backlash, scapegoating, and whiny complaints about “political correctness,” which essentially comes down to white men complaining they can’t insult women and people of color without censure anymore. That’s the heart of Trump’s appeal, too.

Yep, there is a reason that Yiannopoulos calls Donald Trump "Daddy."

They share a similar pig-like DNA.

Trump was able to talk about "grabbing pussies," and walking in on young girls changing their clothes, and still get elected president. And one would think that in an environment like this conservatives should be able to get away with saying just about ANYTHING.

Unfortunately for Yiannopolulos he forgot the old adage, "Never get caught with a dead girl or a live boy." (Yes I know that in this case the idiot was not actually caught with a live boy, but from his words it sounds like there were a lot of time he could have been.)

By the way don't think is the last we will see of this pathetic little troll.

Personally I hope the media stays on this, because I would REALLY like to know who would fund something like this.

Senator Al Franken tweets actual Breitbart headlines as criticism of Stephen Bannon.

Look I don't want to jump to any conclusions here, but I think there is a pretty good chance that Al Franken does not think that Stephen Bannon should be Donald Trump's adviser.

In fact there is the possibility that he thinks Bannon is a racist. misogynistic, pile of putrid pig puke.

Okay that last part might be MY opinion of him now that I think about it.

Just a video of Donald Trump humiliating and manhandling a former Miss Universe in front of an audience in Sydney, Australia.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Revenge has been a fixture of Donald Trump’s corporate speeches for years. It almost always comes up as he offers advice to his audience on how to succeed in business, and usually includes a Rosie O’Donnell anecdote.

But at one speech in Sydney in October 2011, he decided to give the audience a live example of what revenge looks like by calling a woman he felt had slighted him onstage and sexually humiliating her in front of thousands of onlookers.

“Get even with people. If they screw you, screw them back 10 times as hard. I really believe that,” he begins, receiving a round of applause and cheers.

“I’ll give you an example: Jennifer Hawkins. Where’s Jennifer? Where’s she sitting? Get over here, Jennifer,” Trump says, referring to the 2004 Miss Universe winner, who is Australian. “First of all, how beautiful is Jennifer? This is about getting even.”

Trump then explains why he needs to “get even” with Hawkins, whom he accuses of declining to introduce him at the event. “I was so angry at her yesterday. Seriously, as I said, I thought that she dissed me. I thought that my Jennifer ― I’m going around saying she’s my favorite Miss Universe, but I think I like the new one better, Jennifer. So I go around saying she’s the greatest ... then when I came here, there was no Jennifer Hawkins to introduce me.”

As you can see in the video Hawkins tries to explain herself but Trump dismisses her and at one point physically pushes her away from the microphone while he continues to  insult and demean her.

And when all is said and done what does he try to do?

He grabs her, gropes her, and tries to kiss her.

Just the fact that this POS brags that he has to "get even" with people, and "screw them back 10 times as hard," should be more than enough to disqualify him from running for the job of Commander-in-Chief.

But then to watch him mistreat a woman like this in front of a bunch of strangers just proves that he has no respect for over half of the human beings living in the country that he wants to lead.

Elizabeth Warren has a message for Donald Trump: "Nasty women have really had it with guys like you."

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Speaking at a rally in Manchester, New Hampshire, Warren sharply criticized Trump’s boasts about sexually assaulting women, his disparaging remarks about women’s appearances, and other sexist comments he’s made over the years.

“Donald Trump aggressively disrespects more than half the human beings in this country,” Warren said. “He thinks that because he has money, that he can call women fat pigs and bimbos. He thinks that because he is a celebrity that he can rate women’s bodies from one to 10. He thinks that because he has a mouth full of Tic-Tacs, he can force himself on any women within groping distance.”

“Well I’ve got news for you, Donald Trump. Women have had it with guys like you. And nasty women have really had it with guys like you,” Warren continued.

Okay I'm going to spare you my rant about how great it would have been if Warren was Hillary's VP, but I will say that this woman is SO damn good at hitting Trump right where he is the most vulnerable that I cannot help but have a moment of regret that she is not standing side by side with Hillary at the top of the ticket.

The best weapon to use against a serial molester and misogynist is a strong woman who shows no fear while speaking up for all of the women who he has belittled, humiliated, and assaulted over the years.

It is empowering, and I have little doubt that women all over the country are hearing these words from Warren and realizing that their vote will send a message to ALL of the men who have treated women like they only existed for their entertainment that there is a new day in America.

And that new day will be welcomed by this country's very first female President.

Early endorser Sarah Palin finally comes out of hiding to confront the Trump controversy. And look it only took her 24 hours!

"Sexualized behaviors? What would I know about sexualized behaviors.?"
Courtesy of Dora the Endorser's Facebook page:

Crass Heard 'Round the World

Disgusting, shameful, totally disrespectful "locker room" garbage, privately shared between two Hollywood playboys over a decade ago, is now made to be "the crudeness heard 'round the world." The old Bush and Trump braggart comments were beyond abhorrent and offensive, though both boys apologized for them.

Oh my God! Has Palin, like numerous other GOP women, finally reached the end of her patience with Donald Trump and is now willing to condemn his actions and withdrawal her endorsement for the good of the party?

Please, just who do you think we are talking about here?

As offensive, however, is media obsession with a very old conversation between non-political figures when we're in a crucial time facing earth-altering shifts in our future. The Supreme Court, international tinderbox relationships, global security, and our entire economy hang in the balance. With the question of what kind of country we will leave our daughters and sons unanswered, I wisely look at today's candidates' positions and what they have accomplished, while being well aware there are no perfect candidates. I encourage all to quit putting faith in flawed human beings.

You first lady.

Going around media filters you clearly see one candidate offering a bold vision with solid plans to build a stronger, safer, greater America (Wait, "one candidate offering a bold vision with solid plans to build a stronger, safer, greater America?" Is she getting ready to endorse Hillary Clinton?), while the career politician in the race offers only tired, sad, unsustainable, illogical ways of the past that will leave our children unsafe, broken and abused.

Oh I forgot, in Palin's world everything up is down, and everything down is up.

In today's Presidential race, it's only telling which candidate participated in cruder past conversations if both candidates' communications were all exposed, but alas, that won't happen. (Oh so since the completely imaginary possibility exists that Hillary has said things just as shocking as what Trump said on that tape, we should assume that one is no more guilty than the other? Oh yeah, there's some logical thinking for ya.) This, despite the fact that just one of Hillary Clinton's leaked conversations told us all we needed to know about her respect for a woman's life. Tellingly, there was never an apology for this.

At this point Palin links to that completely discredited You Tube video of Hillary supposedly laughing about getting a rapist off during her days as a public defender. It is yet another sad attempt to create a false equivalency, and it fails completely.

It's undeniable that it's only politics allowing characterization of Trump's old comments as more outrageous and offensive than Hillary's comments, as she's caught on tape gleefully defending a child rapist, laughing behind the victim's back, bragging about her disgusting, shameful, totally crude act in defense of a man's worst perpetration of evil on a little girl.

Damn she went all out at the end there. I think she even managed to dredge up some faux outrage.

Palin then used this image to illustrate her post.

Well I could not agree more.

In fact I guess we should all have expected that the wife of a man accused of pimping women out for the sexual pleasure of men, and the mother of a man who drunkenly beat his future wife so badly that he was hauled away by the cops, would have little difficulty coming to the defense of a man who has sexually harassed women for over thirty years, and who once raped his own wife in anger over the fact that the procedure he had to reduce his bald spot hurt his big orange head.

For the record Sarah, there is NOTHING supported by the facts in Hillary or Bill Clinton's past that even comes close to the disgusting nature of what's on that tape.

And when you add it to all of the other despicable things we now know about Donald Trump (Twitter rants, fat shaming, lies about his wealth, racism, sexism, links to Putin, etc.) our choice for the next leader of the greatest nation on earth becomes clear.

Though to be fair that actually became clear for most of us on the day that you endorsed him for president.

In what should come as no surprise to anyone Donald Trump objectified women behind the scenes during production of "The Apprentice" and the Miss USA Pagent.

Courtesy of New York Post:

The staffers and contestants agreed to recount their experiences as Trump’s behavior toward women has become a core issue in the presidential campaign. Interviewed separately, they gave concurring accounts of inappropriate conduct on the set.

Eight former crew members recalled that he repeatedly made lewd comments about a camerawoman he said had a nice rear, comparing her beauty to that of his daughter, Ivanka.

During one season, Trump called for female contestants to wear shorter dresses that also showed more cleavage, according to contestant Gene Folkes. Several cast members said Trump had one female contestant twirl before him so he could ogle her figure.

Randal Pinkett, who won the program in December 2005 and who has recently criticized Trump during his run for president, said he remembered the real estate mogul talking about which female contestants he wanted to sleep with, even though Trump had married former model Melania Knauss earlier that year: “He was like, ‘Isn’t she hot, check her out,’ kind of gawking, something to the effect of ‘I’d like to hit that.'”

I think this anecdote best sums up Trump's interaction with women on the show:

A former crew member, who signed a non-disclosure agreement and asked not to be identified, recalled that Trump asked male contestants whether they would sleep with a particular female contestant, then expressed his own interest.

“We were in the boardroom one time figuring out who to blame for the task, and he just stopped in the middle and pointed to someone and said, ‘You’d f— her, wouldn’t you? I’d f— her. C’mon, wouldn’t you?'”

The person continued: “Everyone is trying to make him stop talking, and the woman is shrinking in her seat.”

There are of course those who worked on the show who are coming to Trump's defense, but when you take into account that everybody associated with the program signed a non-disclosure agreement it is hard to take their defense seriously.

Especially since these allegations tie in so well with what we have already seen and heard about Donald Trump.

Such as this behind the scenes audio of Trump acting like a POS while talking about the contestant's looks:

TMZ obtained an audio tape recorded during the pre-show screening portion of the 2009 pageant, in which Trump can clearly be heard exercising "The Trump Rule" -- which guarantees a certain number of "beautiful" women will advance in the contest.

On the tape, Trump explains that when he "bought" the Miss USA pageant, "the most beautiful people were never chosen. And I went nuts." So, according to the audio, Trump implemented "The Trump Rule" -- in which he and his staff of "professionals" would select "almost half" of the women who would automatically make it into the first round of the contest.

At this point I think I would find it very hard to disregard ANY negative stories about how Trump treated women.

Alicia Machado responds to Donald Trump's Tweet storm last night.

I don't speak Spanish either so here it is in English:

“The Republican candidate and his campaign team are again generating attacks, insults and trying to revive slanders and false accusations about my life. All this in order to intimidate, humiliate me and throw me off balance again. The attacks that have emerged are slander and lies cheap generated with bad intentions, which have no foundation that have been spread by sensationalist media. This, of course, is not the first time that I faced such a situation. Through their hate campaign, the Republican candidate insists discredit and demoralize a woman, which is definitely one of the most terrifying features. With this, they are seeking to distract attention from their real problems and [Trump’s] inability to pretend to be the leader of this great country. When I was a young girl, the now candidate humiliated, insulted me, disrespected me publicly, as he usually did privately in the cruelest way. As this happened to me, it is clear over the years that their actions and behavior have been repeated with other women for decades. Therefore, I will keep standing, sharing my story. I absolutely support Mrs. Clinton on behalf of women, my sisters, aunts, grandmothers, cousins, friends and female community. My Latin and in general, I want to thank all the support, love and respect, my career, my person as a human being and my family. I became a citizen of this great country because my daughter was born here and because I wanted to exercise my rights, including voting. I will continue standing firm in my lived experience as Miss Universe and you with me supporting me. I’ve been so pleased with many kind words, for so much love. I’m focusing on my busy career, in my work as mother and I will continue taking positive steps for the Latino community, I will continue as activist for women’s rights and respect we deserve. I appreciate all your love and all your support again, thanks. “Thousands of blessings.

Hillary Clinton also weighed in on Trump's tweets.

Who indeed?

Like I said I think Trump's misogyny is going to be the thing that really turns voters against him in this election.

And the best part is that he clearly cannot help but provide fodder for those going after him over it.

Donald Trump wanted female employees fired if he considered them "not pretty enough."

Courtesy of the LA Times:

After the Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes opened for play in 2005, its world-famous owner didn’t stop by more than a few times a year to visit the course hugging the coast of the Pacific.

When Trump did visit, the club’s managers went on alert. They scheduled the young, thin, pretty women on staff to work the clubhouse restaurant — because when Trump saw less-attractive women working at his club, according to court records, he wanted them fired.

"I had witnessed Donald Trump tell managers many times while he was visiting the club that restaurant hostesses were 'not pretty enough' and that they should be fired and replaced with more attractive women,” Hayley Strozier, who was director of catering at the club until 2008, said in a sworn declaration.

Initially, Trump gave this command “almost every time” he visited, Strozier said. Managers eventually changed employee schedules “so that the most attractive women were scheduled to work when Mr. Trump was scheduled to be at the club," she said.

A similar story is told by former Trump employees in court documents filed in 2012 in a broad labor relations lawsuit brought against one of Trump’s development companies in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

I am really starting to think that it will be these stories which doom Trump's candidacy.

I know that there is this endless stream of scandals concerning Donald Trump, and the latest one today about illegal business deals with Cuba seems to have legs, but I just think that there are so many of those that after awhile it is all simply white noise to the American voter and that they become desensitized.

However EVERY working woman in this country has had a douchebag boss, or customer, or co-worker who treated them like a piece of meat or made them feel insecure about their looks.

They really cannot help but see Trump as the living embodiment of male oppression in the workplace.

And let's face it, without female voters you absolutely cannot win the White House.

So the more of these stories that come out and paint Trump as some sleazy philandering asshole, the more it will only help the campaign for the first female president of these United States.

I keep imagining women in polling booths all across this country yelling "Take that you chauvinistic son-of-a-bitch" as they cast their vote for Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton reaches out to young female reporter who was targeted by the Alt Right. And it's pretty moving.

Here is the article Ella Dawson wrote about her experiences as a target of some of the most hateful rhetoric on the internet.

Her crime?

She wrote honestly about living with an STD.

Over the last two years, I’ve become something of an Alt-right meme. “Free speech activist” Mike Cernovich has tweeted about me at least three times to his 91,000 Twitter followers, each mention resulting in a wave of sickening, abusive tweets sent directly to my cell phone. Even if Mike’s tweets weren’t all that upsetting (a five-year-old could come up with something better than “Ugly and has herpes”), the ones his followers sent me were pretty scarring. Let’s just say that they’re fond of the c-word.

When I created an STD Awareness Month campaign called #ShoutYourStatus with some of my friends earlier this year, it caught the eye of the editor at large of InfoWars, Paul Joseph Watson. He recorded a five-minute YouTube video screaming about how vile we were. “I don’t think we should be that surprised that feminists are bragging about their STDs,” Watson concludes. “After all, they’re so fat and ugly, the mere fact that they’re having any kind of sex at all is a massive achievement.”

It goes on, and gets even uglier, from there.

You know I get my fair share of trolls here on IM, and on Twitter.

However I am me, and I know that if any of these candy asses were in the same room with me they would lower their eyes and stare at the floor in the hopes that I would not notice them.

However women have a much tougher time of it. For some reason men feel that they are every woman's superior and that they can humiliate them, victimize them, and ridicule them without fear of any repercussions.

And on the internet that is exacerbated by the anonymity which it provides.

That is why Hillary Clinton's presidential run has faced some of the ugliest, most hateful comments, that one can imagine.

It is not because she is a Democrat. It is not because she is a politician. And it is not because she used a private server, the Benghazi attack happened on her watch, or she coughs too much.

It is because she is a woman.

Which I find odd because I have worked with women my entire adult life, and I have NEVER found their gender to interfere with their productivity, professionalism, or ability to relate to their coworkers.

And I will tell you what, I cannot think of ANY man who would openly write about having herpes on the internet.

So rather than feel that this woman should be the subject of ridicule I am actually incredibly impressed with her honesty and her courage.

Perhaps that is what upsets certain men about this young lady and our Democratic nominee. They have the honesty and courage which they themselves are lacking entirely.

Remember that New Jersey GOP candidate who used that rapey language against the Daily Beast reporter? Yeah he dropped out.

You may remember this from Monday.

Well shockingly enough saying those kinds of things on Twitter is NOT a sure fire road to victory.

Courtesy of TPM:

A New Jersey Republican ended his campaign for local office Tuesday following reports that he called online for the rape of a Washington-based reporter for news and opinion website The Daily Beast.

Mike Krawitz, who was running for the township council in West Deptford, sent a handwritten resignation note to the party Tuesday saying he was dropping out.

I LOVE this dipshit's excuse.

On Monday, Krawitz told The Philadelphia Inquirer that his account was hacked and that he didn't make the comment on journalist Olivia Nuzzi's Facebook account.

That's right he claims he was hacked, which is apparently the go to douchebag answer when you get called out for being a douchebag.

But Nuzzi, a New Jersey native, said she has been harassed on social media by Krawitz since December 2015. Krawitz's recent comment said: "I. Hope. Somebody. Rapes. You. Today. :)."

Krawitz's account also posted a comment that said: "Hope. You. Get. Raped. By. A. Syrian. Refugee. :)."

Bob Waller, chairman of the West Deptford Republican Committee, said in a statement before Krawitz stepped down that there is "no reasonable reason" to believe Krawitz was hacked. He had called on Krawitz step down.

Damn don't you wish that ALL of the GOP misogynists would blow their stupidity load early on Twitter so that the party could cull them from the herd before election day?

Now if only the national Republican party would have demonstrated that much integrity in response to Donald Trump's tweets.

New Jersey Republican posts on Facebook that he wants a Daily Beast reporter to be raped by Syrians. Well, he seems nice.

Courtesy of Raw Story:Mike Krawitz, a New Jersey Republican who is running for a spot on the West Deptford Township Committee this fall, told Daily Beast reporter Olivia Nuzzi on Facebook that he hopes she gets raped by a Syrian refugee.

What got Krawitz so worked up you ask?

Apparently this:
Yes as it turns out Krawitz is a YUGE Donald Trump fan.

From his Facebook page:

A hateful misogynistic Trump supporter?

Yeah you could have knocked me over with a feather as well.

After another year of misogyny, vile comments, and racism Ted Nugent is reelected to the NRA board of directors. Go figure.

Courtesy of Media Matters:

Ted Nugent was reelected to the National Rifle Association’s board of directors just weeks after he promoted a fake video of Hillary Clinton being shot and during a year in which he caused a national controversy for promoting anti-Semitic material.

During a May 21 meeting of members at the NRA's annual meeting in Louisville, KY, NRA election committee chairman Carl T. Rowan announced that Nugent was one of 25 individuals elected to a three-year term on the NRA's board, terminating in 2019. Nugent received the second most votes.

Media Matters then very helpfully lays out some of the "highlights" of Nugent's year so far:

In January, Nugent called for Obama and Hillary Clinton to be hanged for treason for their supposed malfeasance during the 2012 Benghazi terror attacks.

Nugent caused widespread controversy in February after sharing an image on his Facebook page that suggested Jews are behind a conspiracy to enact stricter gun laws. After coming under fire from the Anti-Defamation League and other groups, Nugent further claimed that Jewish supporters of gun safety laws are “Nazis in disguise.” As condemnations continued to roll in, even from far-right pro-gun organizations (but not the NRA), Nugent eventually apologized, claiming he did not realize the image he shared that placed Israeli flags next to faces of 12 Jewish American politicians and gun violence prevention advocates had a "connection whatsoever to any religious affiliation."

In March, Nugent called a critic with a Hispanic name a "beanochimp" and suggested the man should die.

Later that same month, Nugent shared a misogynist chain message about why men supposedly prefer guns over women, which included claims like "guns function normally every day of the month” and “A gun doesn't mind if you go to sleep after you use it.”

On March 31, Nugent posted a racially derogatory image on his Facebook page that he said was an advertisement for a moving company called "2 niggers and a stolen truck."

In a May 10 post to his Facebook page, Nugent shared a fake video that showed Hillary Clinton being graphically shot to death by Bernie Sanders. He added his own comment: “I got your guncontrol right here bitch!”

You know actually I think that some of this might just have been Nugent campaigning for reelection to the board.

After all it certainly did not seem to hurt his chances.

Thin skinned Donald Trump does not seem to appreciate it when his words are used against him.

The above is part of the ad blitz that the pro-Hillary SuperPAC Priorities USA is putting out against Donald Trump.

As you might imagine Trump did not take kindly to hearing his words used against him.

Well that last tweet is quite an exaggeration.

And to be clear Trump is essentially saying that since one of the quotes does not refer to women that every single one of the statements, in his own voice by the way, should be disregarded as false?

Yeah, okay.

Interestingly enough there is now a brand new piece of audio that came out after that ad was made that is just as disgusting:

He called Hayden himself and said, “[Zdrok] looks like a fucking third-rate hooker. Gimme a break. I never took her out. She’s full of shit. Chaunce, look, I have good taste in women. Take a look at her picture. It’s all bullshit. I never took her out … I never took her out, and based on that picture I would never take her out. She’s not even attractive, she’s not a good-looking girl… Who the hell wants a Penthouse Pet? Penthouse is gone, it’s bankrupt, it’s over.”

Oh yeah Donald Trump can try to drag Bill Clinton into this to distract from his own misogyny, but since all of his creepy remarks seem to be captured on audio tape that is not likely to help him much.

New York Times writes article about Donald Trump's egregious behavior toward women. Donald Trump responds like...you know Donald Trump.

Courtesy of the New York Times:

The New York Times interviewed dozens of women who had worked with or for Mr. Trump over the past four decades, in the worlds of real estate, modeling and pageants; women who had dated him or interacted with him socially; and women and men who had closely observed his conduct since his adolescence. In all, more than 50 interviews were conducted over the course of six weeks.

Their accounts — many relayed here in their own words — reveal unwelcome romantic advances, unending commentary on the female form, a shrewd reliance on ambitious women, and unsettling workplace conduct, according to the interviews, as well as court records and written recollections. The interactions occurred in his offices at Trump Tower, at his homes, at construction sites and backstage at beauty pageants. They appeared to be fleeting, unimportant moments to him, but they left lasting impressions on the women who experienced them.

What emerges from the interviews is a complex, at times contradictory portrait of a wealthy, well-known and provocative man and the women around him, one that defies simple categorization. Some women found him gracious and encouraging. He promoted several to the loftiest heights of his company, a daring move for a major real estate developer at the time.

He simultaneously nurtured women’s careers and mocked their physical appearance. “You like your candy,” he told an overweight female executive who oversaw the construction of his headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. He could be lewd one moment and gentlemanly the next.

The article is fairly  extensive and offers some rather salacious details.

Many of them not something that you would want associated with the next President of the United States.

So as you can imagine Donald Trump took the high road and treated all of this like water off a duck's back.

Just kidding.

It is going to be SO easy to trip this buffoon up in the general election and get him to say and do crazy ass things in response to criticism.

Especially criticisms that come from a woman.

In 1992 Donald Trump blamed the female victim when Mike Tyson was convicted of rape. Seriously anybody surprised?

Courtesy of Mother Jones:

In October, GOP front-runner Donald Trump got a surprise endorsement from infamous boxer Mike Tyson. "He should be president of the United States," Tyson told the Huffington Post. "Hell yeah, big time!" Tyson said he liked Trump's business instincts: "The guy is winning fair and square, he's not bribing anybody."

Trump and Tyson are old friends who did business together in the late 1980s, when the real estate mogul promoted and hosted several of Tyson's fights at his Atlantic City casinos and even fashioned himself for a time as the boxer's "business adviser." And in a largely forgotten episode, Trump came to the boxer's aid during one the darkest moments of Tyson's career—his 1992 conviction for raping a beauty queen. To save the champ from being locked up, Trump pitched a highly controversial proposal that would have essentially allowed Tyson to buy his way out of prison. To some observers, it looked like Trump was engaging in a form of bribery—or at least attempting to rig the system.

Oh yeah Hillary Clinton is going to have MOUNTAINS of opposition research to use against this misogynist asshole in November.

And how ironic is it that just yesterday Nancy French was bringing up Mike Tyson's name as an example of the kind of jerk who said sexist things about Bristol's mom?

I would ask if knowing this changes Palin's opinion of her presidential choice, but let's face it if hypocrisy were cheesecake she would weigh 500 pounds.
