The Mooch is demanding a paternity test in latest chapter of his bitter divorce from wife number two.

Anthony Scaramucci’s divorce is turning nasty, because he believes the newborn son whose birth he missed during his historically-brief tenure in the White House is not his – and he is demanding a paternity test. 

A source tells Page Six The Mooch believes estranged wife Deidre Ball could have been impregnated by someone else while he was away building his now famously-failed political career for President Donald Trump. 

Deidre, we are told, is horrified by the claim and insists the child is Scaramucci’s. And she has upped the stakes by hiring top Manhattan divorce attorneys Bernard Clair and Dan Rottenstreich from the powerful firm Cohen Clair Lans Griefer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP in order to make mincemeat of The Mooch in court.

Actually paternity should be fairly easy to establish.

If the infant babbles a mile a minute, and demands his own hair and makeup person, it's the Mooch's.

In other Mooch news it appears he now has a co-hosting gig on The View.

As if I needed another reason not to watch that damn show.

Bristol Palin goes out of her way to point out that her two daughters do not closely resemble each other. Update!

Bristol Palin has always said her one-year-old daughter Sailor Grace is her husband Dakota Meyer's mini-me, and now she's proud to note that their newborn Atlee Bay looks just like her. 

The 26-year-old mom took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of Sailor when she was a baby alongside an image of two-month-old Atlee, who was born in May. 

'Not even sorta kinda alike,' she wrote, adding that Sailor is a 'mini Dakota' while Atlee is a 'Palin baby'. 

And while they are both adorable, the sisters, who are just a little over a year apart, do appear to have very different features. 

At this point I am not sure if Bristol is just trolling IMers, or if she is simply trying to get out ahead of folks pointing this out for themselves.

You probably don't have to be a card carrying IMer to remember that there was quite a controversy surrounding when little Sailor was born.

And exactly who was the actual father.

So why would Bristol open that can of worms all over again?

After all we know she knows about the controversy, because she responded to it.

So what is it?

Is she feeling neglected? Is she feeling bored? Or is there perhaps another reason?

Blind Gossip site reveals the name of the former reality "star" who had to submit to a paternity test in order to prove who fathered her baby. Update!We never had a doubt.

Back in January this blind gossip item was posted on the Crazy Days and Nights website: 

This former A list celebrity who took a turn through several forms of reality television before heading back to her hometown and her celebrity family is worried . 

Apparently she is so worried that her family has been trying to reach a settlement that would keep her former lover from taking a paternity test.

Apparently after that another blind gossip site posted this: 

First of all, the mom – who is part of a famous family – is telling the truth about when and where the baby was born. So the conspiracy theorists need to chill on this one. Secondly, she is 95% confident that the baby’s father is who she says it is. 

Yes, that’s 95% (with a margin of error of plus or minus 5%), not 100%. There was another guy in the mix for a very brief time, but she swears that he was allegedly using protection.

It took all of us like a nanosecond to determine that it had to be Bristol Palin, and sure enough it was:  
When Bristol Palin found out she was pregnant with her second out-of-wedlock baby with a second baby daddy, things did not go smoothly!

Palin and fiance Dakota Meyer – a Naval officer and Medal of Honor recipient – had already broken up when she found out she was pregnant. 

Why had they broken up? Well, just days before their wedding, Palin found out that Meyer had been concealing a previous marriage. Yikes. 

Then she discovered that she was pregnant. Things were complicated by the fact that Bristol had had a brief fling with another guy around the time of the conception. Yikes again. 

Meyer had to take Palin to court to get a DNA test. During the course of that legal battle, Palin had to make the embarrassing admission that she had not been faithful to Meyer at the time the baby was conceived.

I know that a lot of us remain not entirely convinced that Dakota is the father, however apparently she has convinced Dakota that he is, so that is that.

However I did find it interesting that this gossip site also seemed confident that the reason that engagement fell apart is due to Meyer's secret marriage, and NOT because he caught her banging another guy as some on this blog have been assuming.

Personally I have always believed it was Dakota's previous marriage, due to the timing, so it is nice to have that confirmed to some degree.

And now I am getting information that Bristol is really working Dakota, and trying to convince him to make another go of it.

Except this time she cannot move to Kentucky with Tripp and set up house with her newest baby daddy because her custody case with Levi prevents that from happening.

Gee, what a pickle.

Update: By the way has anybody else noticed that the fake Bristol Palin blog has not been updated for the last ten days? 

That's a little unusual don't you think?

And this blind item? This one I think is coming from the Dakota Meyer camp.

There has been a lot of misinformation coming from the "Controlls" on this matter and I think some of you who are not trolls are legitimately confused as well.

Somebody sent me a very helpful link a couple of days back, so I will use that to help clarify things.

(P.S. While reading this keep in mind that it pertains to the establishment of paternity for a child born to an abstinence spokesperson who told young girls to "pause before you play," for money.)

So the first thing to know is this:

Under Kentucky law, married couples are automatically and legally established as the parents of any babies they have. But unmarried couples don’t enjoy the benefit of that law. Instead, they have to take extra steps to ensure that they and their children are protected. This process begins with “establishing paternity.” Establishing paternity means that the baby’s biological father becomes the father for legal purposes, too.

So IF Palin had been successful in getting that quickie marriage thing out of the way, all of this would be a nonissue. But she didn't.

There are two basic paths that unmarried couples with a baby can take to establish paternity: the parents can sign a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity (VAP), or the question of paternity can be adjudicated (decided) by a judge of district court after someone files a paternity lawsuit.

Okay so pay attention here. In other words if BOTH the mother AND the man identified as the biological father sign the VAP then there is no reason to go to court to establish paternity.

However if one of them balks for some reason then there is a need for the courts to step in and establish paternity through a DNA test.

Now right now we do NOT know for an absolute certainty whether it is Dakota or Bristol who is refusing to sign the VAP, but we DO know that it was Dakota who has stated that the child is his, and has petitioned for custody rights.

So at least on the surface it appears that Dakota is not the one doubting that he is the parent. Of course that could also be a tricky move on the part of his attorney to appear completely positive, while also privately refusing to sign the VAP.  Like I said we don't know for sure.

Now let's move on to Bristol.

For some reason people suspect that it is the Palin camp leaking this information to the press, and that it will smear Dakota in some way.

However publicly identifying a war hero as the father of your daughter's child, which thanks to Palin has now happened, and then later finding out that such was not the case, does absolutely nothing to Dakota except demonstrate that he was blinded by love.

Which establishes him as the victim.

And if, by some miracle, it turns out that Dakota IS the father, well not only has the suggestion that Bristol, the abstinence spokesperson, might have been sleeping around been established, but now Dakota's reputation as a stand up guy who is taking responsibility for his new daughter is also known to the public.

So WHY would the Palins be leaking this to the press again?

Oh and for those who are worried that the Palins will somehow skew the results and fake a positive paternity test for Dakota, remember that he is giving his sample in Kentucky, while Sailor's DNA is taken here in Alaska. So unless the Palins are going to break into a lab, more than likely located in Kentucky, Mission Impossible style to swap samples there is no way this is not going to be accurate.

Things heat up as Dakota Meyer is forced to provide a paternity test.

Dakota Meyer, the former fiancé of Bristol Palin, is being forced to take a paternity test in an increasingly bitter custody battle over her new baby. 

Court documents seen by Daily Mail Online reveal that Meyer's bid for joint custody in a suit filed in Kentucky and Alaska has stalled pending the results of the paternity test. 

Now Meyer's family have told Daily Mail Online they are 'hurt' over the doubt that has been cast and insisted that Meyer 'has a right to that child', whose birth Palin announced on December 24. 

Speaking from the family home in Greensburg, Kentucky, Meyer's grandmother, Jean, 85, said: 'It happens every day that a mother tries to keep a child from the father and you just have to deal with it.  

'But I would say it does hurt [to have to prove paternity]. But that's just the way the law is – you have to get permission here and permission there. 

'I really think Dakota will do the right thing and I think he has a right to that child.' 

Well putting Granny's feelings aside for the moment I would think that Dakota would be the one asking for this paternity test, but if the Daily Mail is correct it is the Palin camp demanding the test.

That could only mean that Bristol either knows full well the child is not his, or suspects that the child is not his.

 Is now too early to say I told you so?

Hey remember how I suggested that Ben Carson may have stepped out on his wife and I got jumped on right away? Well check this out.

A few years ago I was in the operating room, and I got a phone call from one of the Hopkins attorneys, and they said that the state of Florida was trying to attach my wages for child support. And I said “Well, I have three children, and I support them very well.” They said “No, there’s a lady in Florida who claims that you are the father of her son. And she has provided evidence of same. She told where you went to high school, where you went to college, where you went to medical school, where you did your internship and residency, how you went to Australia after that, she even has a picture of you in scrubs.” Well, you know, all that is public knowledge, so how are they going to pursue that on the basis of public knowledge? But they were going to do it, I had to get my attorney involved, and it escalated. And finally, they said “Well, we can resolve all of this if you send us some of your blood, and we can do DNA testing. And I said “Wait a minute, you people, as incompetent as you are, want me to send you a specimen of my blood?” I said “The next thing I know, it will be in a murder scene, and I’ll be in prison for the rest of my life,” I said “There’s no way you’re getting my blood.” So, you know, it continued to escalate, but you know, eventually it died. And the reason it died is because I stood boldly, I never caved. But there was a reason that I never caved. Because I knew that in my entire life, the only woman I had ever slept with was my wife.

So wait he REFUSED to take a DNA test to prove he was not the father, and yet he thinks THAT somehow supports his denial of paternity? Really?

You may remember that yesterday I posted about Carson's crazy house filled with Trump-like homages to himself.

Somebody got pissy about  my inclusion of a picture of his wife and said I was being sexist. I replied in the following manner:  

By the way if you think he has not cheated on her several times in their past, I have a bridge I would like to sell you. These super super religious types, with doting wives, are almost always incredible hypocrites, and I seriously doubt he is turning down too many opportunities to take advantage of good looks and fame. 

Now when I said that I did so with absolute confidence that I was on firm footing.  And I think that video up above more or less proves my point.

You see something that habitual liars do, and at this point I think EVERYBODY realizes that Carson is a habitual liar, is to deny something that they did ahead of time before the person, or people, they are talking to even suspects them of doing it.

We saw an example of this with Sarah Palin, when she claimed in her book that when she received a bill from her doctor after a miscarriage that the word "abortion" had been covered in Wite-Out and the word "miscarriage" written over it.

Why even include that unless you are worried that somebody is going to accuse you of having an abortion?

There was also the recent case of the Michigan State Representative who tried to start a rumor about a gay affair, in order to cover up for his actual affair with a female State Representative.

As crazy as it seems, this is not uncommon behaviors for people trying to deflect interest from a secret that they do not want to get out.

And yes I think that is what we are seeing with Ben Carson. This falls directly within that same pattern of behavior.

And that contention is only reinforced by this reporting by Mediaite:

According to the Florida Department of Revenue, there are a few holes in Carson’s story. According to their spokesperson, the state would not have contacted an employer based solely on a claim of paternity. “Wage attachment (income withholding) must be based on an income deduction order issued by a court or administrative tribunal. Before an income deduction order is issued, paternity must be established, if needed, and a support order established,” said the spokesperson in an email to Mediaite. Dr. Carson claims he learned of the claim through Johns Hopkins’ attorneys.

Hey do you know what makes paternity cases go away without ever having to go through the courts?

Hush money.

So obviously this is not proof that Ben Carson is a scumbag who cheated on his wife, but even if you had doubts yesterday when I first postulated that theory this must make it seem far more likely.

Wasilla City Councilman Steve Menard has repaid the city the $350 it paid to the Westmark Sitka hotel for repairs to a room after a three-night stay by Menard, reports the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman. The council is planning a closed session Monday to discuss Menard's behavior. 

Menard was one of several city council members and staff attending the summer Alaska Municipal League meetings in Sitka last week. ... According to a bill sent to the city from the Westmark, damage to Menard's room included two mattresses and a chair urinated on, vomit on the carpet, removal of a screen from a window, a burned mattress, all bedding was ruined and there had been smoking in the room, which was prohibited. The room was out of service for three days while staff cleaned and made repairs. 

Menard, 41, whose late father was a Mat-Su Borough mayor and mother is an Alaska state senator, has been convicted at least twice in recent years for misdemeanor offenses involving drunkenness. 

Yeah I know what you are thinking, aren't there rumors that Track is the offspring of Steve Menard's brother, Curtis Menard?

Yes there are.  In fact most of the bloggers and authors who write about Palin have decided that the rumor is most likely not a rumor at all, but rather a cold hard fact.

The clincher for me was reading that Palin had threatened to drop out of the Governor's race due to allegations that Track was not Todd's child.

I learned long ago that the more aggressively Palin denies a rumor, the more likely it is that the rumor is in fact true. (Just think back to how many times she brings up the "rumor" that Trig is not her son as an example.)

So I think the take away from this is that some of the more egregious behaviors attributed to Track might NOT have been the result of poor parenting on the Palin's part, but instead due to simple biology.  So we might have to give a pass to Sarah for that.

I'm just saying.

However the other kids difficulties?  Totally the Grizzled mama's fault!
