I have to tell ya that this really feels like Palin is specifically baiting me, since a number of these stories involved me in one way or another. 

I guess somebody is feeling lonely, and is desperate for people to talk about her again.

Well I am pretty damn tired of constantly posting about Donald Trump so why the hell not?

That Star Magazine cover seems to be reporting on my Splitsville story so for the handful of you who may not be familiar with it, here is a link.

I will also include this follow up post that I made last year after receiving some corrections from Levi Johnston.

As you can see the post did contain some misinformation provided to me by Tank Jones, who I hired as a private investigator.  However the story of their marital problems, Palin's desire to leave the state, and the fact that she was looking to get a job in media (We thought at the time talk radio, but it turned out to be Fox News.) all turned out to be accurate.

Now let's move on to the Shailey Tripp story.

I first reported on that story only after The National Enquirer story came out with it, even though I had been hearing about it for weeks.

Later of course I made contact with Shailey and recorded an interview with her.

Of course Sarah and Todd denied the story vehemently ("Have you seen Todd?"), but this still remains a case of she said she said. You can choose for yourself who seems more believable.

I have to say that if Palin had not brought these old stories up that I was prepared to never talk about them again. They are, after all, old news.

But since she opened Pandora's Box, why not take a look at all of the embarrassing things inside?

If memory serves me Sarah Palin did not show much sympathy for those accusing her husband of trafficking in sex.

To escape reality, I zoned out and forced myself to think about things like grocery shopping, errands I needed to run, and calls I had to return. I just mentally removed myself from being at that place, in that situation, and with that person. I occupied my mind with mundane thoughts of everyday life. As soon as he finished Todd acted as if nothing had happened. He asked for a wet washcloth with which to clean himself. I got it for him. If I had known then what I know now, I would have avoided further contact with him like the plague.Instead, I was drawn deeper and deeper into what I came to realize too late was a path leading to my own destruction. Todd Palin was not the soft - spoken nice guy, friend of Bonnie, client of Shailey Tripp that he presented to the world. The reality was on the other side of my massage room door, he was a predator, and I was in his crosshairs.

In fact I believe she came out forcefully to defend the accused, and to claim that his accuser was lying.

Hey look I realize this is a case of she said, she said. But Shailey Tripp DID pass five different lie detector tests.

How many has Sarah Palin ever passed?

A message from Shailey Tripp.

I have not heard from Shailey for quite some time now. However yesterday she sent me this e-mail and asked me to share it and so I will:

"It has been 1 year and 8 months since I was brutally taken from my home and left to die in Mississippi. 

Since then, the Mississippi police refuse to aid in the investigation of what happened to me and furthermore refuse to give me access to my own rape kit results. It is also my understanding that all the photographs taken of me in the hospital never made it to the Mississippi's DA's office. Furthermore, the Hammond police took many of my personal items that have sentimental value to me, and digital/computer devices totaling to over$ 8000.00 if I had to replace them today. What is more frustrating is people had donated alot of that stuff to help me gain independence and around the time this happened to me I was finally making money as a radio DJ and as a Freelance Writer. 

Since this all happened I was weak mentally, emotionally, and my body needed quite a bit of time to heal. Moreover my children had to go live elsewhere and I was homeless and lost everything I owned directly due to my abduction. It has been only recently that my mind has become stronger, and I have aquired housing that I have not yet settled into yet. 

I am being sued by creditors who I was not able to pay since I was abducted and lost my means to make a living, my car, the material things in my apartment, all my clothes, make up, my children's belongings. EVERYTHING! I can not tell you after everything I had been through previously how hard it has been to rebuild my life once again. I cry alot. 

I have learned a few things along the way that I want to share with you the public One I am invisible to the police, they will not listen to me, they will not take statements from me, they will not protect me from the people who mean to do me harm. They do not even take me seriously. I know that the Hammond police department posted my whereabouts which caused media to call the hospital where I was at. the doctors and nurses did not let me know this. the hospital staff was caring and thorough. But when I did get to talk to the police in Mississippi the were unkind, accusing, and told me I was full of shit and that this was a publicity stunt and I needed to leave Mississippi and never come back. They said this in front of hospital staff. I know for the first 8 months after I left the hospital the Hammond police tried very hard to investigate and could not get Biloxi police to cooperate. 

It is my belief and opinion that it was the Palins who tried to cause me harm. I know for a fact that Todd and Sarah Palin were in town specifically in Biloxi and Gulfport, MS the day I was found and taken to the hospital. I know for a fact they came again the following week to Biloxi again, and then Pascagoula ad then other areas of the south. And since then have harrassed me where ever I have went, even though I was off radar. They, as in Sarah Palin Todd Palin and some of their kids have made up false Facebook and twitter profiles and have let me know who they are and made veiled threats. When I left Biloxi and went to West Memphis, AR they showed up there. Everytime I went to New Orleans or Monroe, LA they, or at least Sarah Palin, would show up there. Whats more is they are sending family members, cousins and recently my dad nasty messages through social media and making veiled threats of harming my brother and his son. The most recent threat received today. 

I can't live like this, in fear, in hiding constantly and my family and friends getting threats all the time. This is why I am choosing to make this public. I have hired a lawyer to help me get a restraining order on these people. 

To Sarah and Todd Palin, I hope you read this. Please leave my family and I alone directly or indirectly. Please stop threatening me, all your solicitations are unwelcome. As of today any contact from you direct and indirectly I will see as a direct threat against my life or family members lives. It is only appropriate to let our lawyers speak to one another. You have been forewarned leave me alone. O r suffer both my personal wrath and all legal consequences available to me. I am not afraid of you anymore. 

Lastly, as for me, I am not only a survivor, but I will triumph and succeed over this. Eventually. I still have money problems, family problems, and career problems. I do have people in my life who believe in me and are giving me the right opportunities and helping me create more of the right opportunities. I have my bad days but they are fewer, and my good days are moving me forward.

Your President's Day inspirational post courtesy of Sarah Palin. Try not to laugh.

Okay so if you're like me your first response to this is derisive laughter.

Which is actually my response to a lot of things that Sarah Palin says, wears, or gives birth to.

However then I took a moment to give this a little thought, ie the coffee kicked in, and it occurred to me that in fact Sarah Palin had been a source of inspiration.

For instance when I first heard that Palin had been selected as John McCain's running mate, I determined to learn more about her.

And I did.

Not only that but I was also inspired to look into all facets of corruption up here in Alaska and elsewhere. (Talk about the stuff of nightmares.)

I was also inspired to give voice to those who had stories to tell about the Palins that were being ignored by the MSM. (Though not always.)

I was inspired to help those who had been hurt by the Palins and had no place to voice their frustrations.

And finally I was inspired to spend more time working on this blog, which up to the day of the announcement that Palin was McCain's running mate had sort of been an afterthought.

So, and I cannot believe I am saying this, thank you Sarah Palin for inspiring me.

And doesn't it feel good to know that you are partially responsible for the success of IM?

Oh don't bother answering, the look in your eyes says it all.

No Track Palin did not cut brake lines on school buses, and other misinformation about the Palins.

So several people sent me this link  

yesterday: just ask me I am happy to repeat that yes they are. I will gladly tell how Sara's son and also his Best friend who was Bristols Boyfriend at the time and their gang vandalized our bus barn in our community that had just been refurbished and given a beautiful facelift. They broke several windows, broke in stole stuff and broke windows in some of the buses as well and busted water pipes etc. They caused thousands of dollars of damage just to be asshats that was years ago but I am still angry about it. 

I will glady say how Sarah is a racist piggy oink and how Bristol was a brat when she was younger and is still a brat. 

Oh I can confirm it all and more.

So yes this is in fact one of the things that Track got into trouble over, and which his mother had swept under the rug.

However this is all he did. He did NOT cut brake lines on the buses. Despite what you might read on the internet.

And while we are at it let's clear up a few other bits of misinformation swirling around the web as well.

Track's daughter, Kyla Grace Palin, that he had with Britta, IS in fact his kid and not one of Bristol's from a previous unannounced pregnancy.

In fact one of the reasons that I first suspected she was pregnant, after that quicky wedding up at Hatcher Pass, was because Dennis Zaki happened to see her in either a Wal-Mart or Carrs in Wasilla and she was clearly pregnant. (This was well before those baby shower pictures showed up online.)

Let's see what else?

Oh.

No Bristol NEVER had mono. This was confirmed by Mercede quite a few years ago, and reconfirmed by several sources since.

It was featured in the original Daily Kos story as the reason that Bristol missed so much school in Anchorage, but so far I have been unable to determine if even that part was completely accurate.

Speaking of Bristol she did NOT name Tripp after Shailey Tripp.

He was named after the character Trip Carlyle, in one of Levi's favorite movies, Supercross.

It is just another one of those crazy coincidences that seem to occur around the Palins with alarming frequency.

And finally no Bristol has not already given birth to her newest baby bump. And yes she is indeed pregnant.

As far as I have been told the blessed event is not until some time in December.

And no I don't secretly know who the father is, and I have heard that Bristol is not telling anybody anything.

And one more thing, I NEVER said that "the truth about Trig's birth is too terrible or shocking to tell." That was attributed to some other person several years ago and for some reason I have been saddled with it despite several corrections.

Oh, and I don't have any evidence that it is accurate either.

Just a final thought for all of you to keep in mind.

People say all kinds of things on the internet, and often they are total bullshit.

Just because somebody says something with authority, and I don't bother to correct it, does not make it a factual statement.

Shailey Tripp's movie "Boys Will be Boys" is no more.

It is with great sadness that we announce that, despite our best efforts to make the book "Boys Will Boys" (by Shailey M. Tripp) into a movie, we have been forced to suspend any further work on the project at this time. 

We have encountered many hurdles while nevertheless making progress in this project. However, the most significant and damaging situation was provided in recent weeks when it was announced from the Louisiana State Capitol that the Governor of Louisiana had signed-off on a cap to limit tax credits for movie-makers in the state. This has led to severe uncertainty within the industry, including announcements of varying veracity, that movie productions scheduled to be produced in Louisiana as well as existing productions already being filmed in Louisiana would be pulling out or relocating to alternative states. 

Such a measure has caused severe nervousness and an atmosphere of uncertainty among potential investors throughout the industry, such that interest in "Boys Will Be Boys - The Movie" has cooled to the extent that Pink Hat Productions can no longer afford to support the project to its intended scale. 

We would like to thank all those individuals who have made a commitment to the project, including those who have worked countless hours and to those who have given donations to help us defray the costs of the campaign, to help us in our efforts towards in trying to achieve the considerable amount of funding required to get the movie under way. We will do everything we can to preserve the property and hope very much that we can resurrect the project in some way in the future.

First off I have to say that I don't personally think this film had anything to do with Bobby Jindal's decision to cap tax credits for movie makers. (That's actually a fairly crazy thing to assume, but you know somebody will.)

Secondly I have not spoken with Shailey since January so I have no update on how she is or how this is affecting her.

As you probably remember a year ago Shailey was attacked, and briefly hospitalized, but since then I have only had minimal contact with her.

If anybody knows anything more, feel free to share the information here. (As long as it does not reveal Shailey's current location of course.

When scandals collide. A little vindication for Shailey Tripp.

I have been covering Shailey Tripp's story since early 2011. I even conducted the first on the record interview.

I followed numerous leads provided by Shailey, and even introduced her to Joe McGinniss, but could only get so far before I would hit a brick wall. The same has happened with others who have pursued the story of Shailey and Todd Palin.

That is not to say that what Shailey has claimed is not true, and in fact much of what she has said has been supported by facts. Just that there were numerous obstacles placed in the way of anybody who tried to dig too far into the story.

So after many of the leads grew cold I moved onto other topics and other sources, while Malia Litman and other bloggers took the lead on Shailey's story.

However just recently new information that lends new credibility to Shailey's amazing story has emerged.

You might remember this from that Anchorage Press article:  

A former pornography company owner and co-founder of an “end times” fundamentalist group who joined the Alaska National Guard in 2003 is now the guard’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Training, despite military investigators finding him directly responsible for empowering Alaska guard recruiters to sexually assault and harass female soldiers, recruits and civilians. 

Lt. Col. Joseph R. Lawendowski, 46, was recommended for “other than honorable” discharge in a confidential report that military investigators submitted to high-ranking Alaska National Guard officers on March 3 of this year. The findings of this “AR 15-6” report were not released to the public. (AR 15-6 refers to Army Regulation 15-6, covering the investigation of misconduct by officers.) 

The March 3 report finds that Lawendowski failed to act on multiple complaints of serious misconduct, including sexual assault, against four senior noncommissioned officers under his command. The report covers the period from November 2007 to May 2012 when Lawendowski was commander of the Alaska Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB). 

What is interesting is that Lawendowski's name popped up over a year ago in an online archive of  information about Shailey Tripp's case.  Specifically right here:

- several men under his command saw Shailey Tripp for sexual services
 - knows Todd Palin through the Iron Dog.

That last part is confirmed a little further down in the Anchorage Press article:

The investigators also found that Lawendowski had condoned and furthered illegal steroid use by RRB personnel, and had violated National Guard codes of conduct on multiple occasions. These included using government vehicles for outings to strip clubs, and Lawendowski being publicly intoxicated at the 2012 Iron Dog Race after-party. (Lawendowski arranged for the Alaska National Guard to become the presenting sponsor of the Iron Dog snowmobile race beginning in 2010. According to the AR 15-6 report, he improperly exchanged more than 10,000 text messages with a female Iron Dog employee during sponsorship negotiations in April and May 2010.)

A connection to Shailey Tripp AND to the Iron Dog?

Look I am not one who does not think that coincidences are possible, but THIS one?

How could Shailey possibly know the name of a Lieutenant Colonel in the Alaska National Guard, who coincidentally once owned a porno company, was directly responsible for some of the sexual assault happening under his command, frequented strip clubs, AND had a connection to the Iron Dog race, if not through Todd Palin?

If any of you have a better answer I am certainly interested in hearing it.

For those asking for updates on Shailey Tripp.

When I first heard that Shailey was in trouble I reached out to her via email to see how she was doing.

I just received this response yesterday:

This is a statement from me personally since there has been an overwhelming questions and inquiries as to my well being and what happened to me last week. What I experienced no human should ever have to go through. I am now safe, my kids are safe, the police are doing their job, and out of respect to them and to me please refrain from gossip. At this time I am healing. I eventually will be okay. There has been a tremendous outpour of love and concern and that has touched me profoundly. I am not going to lie, I am in serious trouble financially. This has affected more than just me and this situation has jeopardized where I live and how I make a living. Because of where I Iive there is not victim assistance or help in the ways that I need. If anyone does want to help or make a donation please do so to my paypal account shaytripp@hotmail.com.

I do ask if you pray, to pray for me and my family. At some point in the near future, I will be blogging again and resume my radio show. Beyond this I really do not know anything more.

Shailey did come to visit me in Anchorage awhile back, and we had a good talk, but I have only had intermittent contact with her since.

Like all of you I hope that she is safe, and that recovers, and that her upcoming movie is a huge success.

P.S. Just a final point, from what I have heard this latest situation is NOT connected to the Palins so let's not go crazy and dream up a bunch of conspiracy theories for no reason.

Back on YouTube, Shailey Tripp's very first interview, which was NOT in the National Enquirer.

You know I have great affection for my buddy Dennis Zaki. But sometimes Dennis does things on an impulse which can have unpredictable consequences for others.

About a year ago Dennis called me and said he was done with that bitch, and was going to take everything he had on his YouTube account pertaining to Sarah Palin off.

Since a number of my posts had video that still linked to his site, I freaked out.

Dennis assured me that he would save them for me, and give them to me on a disc. Which he did.

However around this same time period Dennis was helping me to build a new computer.

We installed a disc drive, and it worked fine, right up until I got ready to upload the videos from his disc.  That was the day I found that the disc player would no longer function.

After numerous attempts to fix it, it still remains on the fritz.

In the meantime none of my links to his YouTube videos worked.

Until now.

Now I have the video on a thumb drive and they have been uploaded to MY YouTube account.

Shailey Tripp's private investigator posts very interesting information about the Congressional investigation of the Secret Service.

My client in that case reported to me an involvement with the Secret Service Agent that triggered the Colombian prostitution scandal. My original client then presented me with several items of evidence straight from the police evidence locker. After examining this additional evidence we were able to recover, preserve and document some incriminating data that was presented in the Congressional hearing." Says Ed Opperman Pres of Accurate Information Recovery Inc. 

"After this new evidence and supporting affidavits were submitted to the congressional record," continued Opperman, "They concluded there was additional misbehavior by the Secret Service above and beyond the scandal in Colombia."

Well THAT is some interesting information?

APD spokesman, Dave Parker, quits. Hmmm.

Anchorage police spokesman Lt. Dave Parker said Friday he’s retiring at the end of the year. “I put in my papers today,” he said. Parker is an ordained preacher and, unlike spokespeople at many police departments, a badge-carrying cop. His last day will be Dec. 31.

Well isn't that interesting?

As many of you might know Parker was the gentleman who very quickly denied the National Enquirer's story of a link between Todd Palin and Shailey Tripp, as well as his involvement with her arrest for prostitution. At teh behest of the Palin's attorney by the way.

However later we learned that he had not exactly been completely honest in his statements.

It should be noted, though I have no evidence of any connections as of yet, that Governor Parnell's sex trafficking task force is currently hearing testimony about how wide speared the problem is in Alaska.

Probably not connected, but I will say that it is interesting timing in that I am pretty sure Officer Parker has some information about that troubling situation that the task force might be very interested in hearing about.

Experts testifying before a new Alaska task force on sex trafficking said Monday the teenage victims often are too afraid and embarrassed, and sometimes too addicted to drugs, to come forward. 

The comments were made at a hearing to address sex trafficking, which authorities say is notoriously underreported. Among the most vulnerable are chronic runaways whose own parents have quit looking for them, said Detective Sgt. Kathy Lacey, who heads the Anchorage Police Department's vice unit. 

"Those kids are falling through the cracks," she told the panel. 

Jolene Goeden, an FBI special agent in Anchorage who investigates sex crimes, said there have been seven federal prosecutions of human trafficking cases, noting that not all of them were filed as trafficking cases. In the seven cases, 105 trafficking victims were identified. 

Recorded conversations with a victim identified as "Heather" also were played. She said her pimp initially was treated her well and told her she would not want for anything, then the relationship deteriorated to the point where she was beaten for being even a dollar short, hogtied and gagged and thrown into an "underground tunnel" for days. 

"It was brutal," she said. 

The state task force aims to gauge the prevalence of human trafficking and prostitution in Alaska, as well as the services available to help victims. It also plans a December public hearing in Bethel.

Apparently the task force will report its findings to the legislators by January 15th. 

I actually don't know how excited any of us should be at the possibility that Todd Palin will be investigated, but I DID send an e-mail to Parnell a while back telling him about Shailey's book, and telling him that if he was serious about really DOING something about this problem he would prove it by bringing Todd in for questioning and talking to Shailey and some of the girls she worked with as well.

I never received a response.

Oh I think we can all figure out who the "Political Diva" is, don't you?

Apparently a recent blind gossip item popped up. Let's see if You can figure out who they are taking about:

Which political diva was overheard bitching about her famous reality-star daughter at a Bevery Hills event? The controversial brunette told a celebrity father-to-be that she’s glad he’s having a boy because “girls are a nightmare – from toddler to teen and beyond!”

"Why is everybody looking at me?"

Wow! That is a tricky one! Or is it?

At the Television Critics Association press tour in Beverly Hills July 24, the TV host's husband, Nick Lachey, 38, gave Us Weekly an update on how they're prepping for the arrival of their first son. 

"We're just trying to enjoy our last couple of months of freedom here: getting the nursery ready, making sure we've got all our hospital plans together," Lachey explained. "All that stuff." 

In the meantime, Lachey is gearing up for the August 13 premiere of Stars Earn Stripes, a new NBC reality series that challenges eight celebrities to execute complicated missions inspired by real military exercises. 

"I was most intrigued about meeting Todd Palin, because he's such a mysterious figure to me. I thought, 'Am I going to have anything in common with this guy?' And as it turned out, the guy is awesome. I love him," Lachey raved of Sarah Palin's husband. "We had a great time and I enjoyed getting to meet everybody." 

Somehow I don't think that most of you would have even needed to have Nick Lachey identified in order to figure out who the "political diva" bitching about her "reality show daughter" was. I mean seriously, who else could it have been?

However if you want a REAL mystery to solve  perhaps you can figure out who has been recently "helping" to edit Todd Palin's Wikipedia page and added the following:

In January of 2011, Todd Palin became an item of interest with tabloid newspapers, as being caught up in an affair with a woman named Shailey Tripp. This information was later verified by the Anchorage Police Department and Shailey Tripp's lawyer, Kristen Foster. A year later investigator, Ed Opperman, also verified this interesting public information of their scandalous affair. Miss Tripp has openly admitted to the relationship and has published a book March of 2012 titled, Boys Will be Boys: Media, Morality, and the Coverup of the Todd Palin Shailey Tripp Affair.

PRETTY sure that neither barely literate Todd nor his Wikipedia altering son Track (Sarah blamed him right after being tapped for VP of changing HER page) added that particular information. 

So go ahead and admit it, have one of YOU been naughty recently?

Is Alaska Governor Sean Parnell gunning for Todd Palin?

Today I was reading this article in the Alaska Dispatch about the frustration that legislators are feeling about being called back to a special session by Parnell to work on a new oil tax bill, when I happened to read this:

He's also urging the swift passage of a measure that would toughen criminal sentences for pimps and others who engage in sex trafficking.

Now that kind of caught me by surprise since I have not been following  Alaska politics very much recently.  However with a little more digging I found that recently Parnell had a bill passed that accomplished the following:

Under HB359, the crime of sex trafficking would be punished as a felony. While many of those crimes are already prosecuted with harsh penalties, Gov. Sean Parnell said he wanted to make sure prosecutors had the tools they needed to fight the problem. 

In a statement, he called trafficking "a horrible crime that degrades dignity and violates the most basic human rights." 

Current law labels victims as prostitutes, but the bill would write into law that they are victims. 

Parnell proposed the bill in February. It now moves to the Senate for consideration.

Now why this is rather fascinating, and possibly problematic for a certain Wasilla snowmachine racer, is that recently Shailey Tripp was asked just WHO she had sent copies of her book to, or contacted about her situation, and she answered thusly:

The asssociated press, cnn, msnbc, fox news, et, nancy grace, heraldo, anderson cooper, new york times, the white house, The President, the first lady, Sean Parnell, the polic chief, the FBI, the IRS, Homeland Security, Salvation Army, and many many many other places.

Hmm, interesting no?

Now obviously Shailey's experiences may have NOTHING to do with Parnell's desire to increase the penalties for sex trafficking, but even before she wrote the book he HAD to be aware that her story was out there.

Now it would go against EVERYTHING we know about Parnell to imagine him going up against the Palins. But then again what better way to send a message to a certain Grizzled Mama that her interference in his administration is no longer welcome? Or even to rise up out of her shadow by convicting her husband of such a heinous crime?

Shailey Tripp's book "Boys Wil Be Boys" is now available for purchase! Update!

As many of you have already noted, Shailey's book is now available for purchase here.

Shailey was kind enough to send me an advanced copy and I have been carefully reading through it for the past few days.

I cannot say that it will ever make the New York Times Bestsellers list, but I have to admit that it may be one of the bravest, most honest, most vulnerable accounts of a troubled women's desperate choices to care for her family that I have ever read.

In many ways Shailey's book is the exact opposite of Sarah Palin's carefully crafted mythology that showed up on the pages of  "Going Rogue."

Shailey does not shy away from the difficult choices that she felt she had to make, the bad people she let into her life, or the hurt that she has caused those who tried to love her.

And besides where else can you read scintillating details about the predatory nature of the "First Dude" such as this?

To escape reality, I zoned out and forced myself to think about things like grocery shopping, errands I needed to run, and calls I had to return. I just mentally removed myself from being at that place, in that situation, and with that person. I occupied my mind with mundane thoughts of everyday life. Believe me, I got no pleasure from the sexual act I entered into with the governor’s husband. 

As soon as he finished Todd acted as if nothing had happened. He asked for a wet washcloth with which to clean himself. I got it for him. When he got through, he tied a knot in the used condom, wrapped it in the washcloth and stuffed everything in one of his coat pockets. As he was going out the door, he said he would be in touch with me. In hindsight, I believe he was formulating plans for my future even as he zipped himself up that day. If I had known then what I know now, I would have avoided further contact with him like the plague.Instead, I was drawn deeper and deeper into what I came to realize too late was a path leading to my own destruction. Todd Palin was not the soft - spoken nice guy, friend of Bonnie, client of Shailey Tripp that he presented to the world. The reality was on the other side of my massage room door, he was a predator, and I was in his crosshairs.

And that is only the beginning, like I said there is nothing off limits in this book.

So if you interested in reading what even Joe McGinniss and the National Enquirer were too hesitant to write about, then this is the book for you.

Shailey Tripp sends the items she received back from the APD evidence room to a digital forensic specialist. Merry Christmas Todd!

Shailey Tripp, the 37-year-old former licensed massage therapist embroiled in a sex scandal involving the husband of former Vice Presidential candidate and FOX news pundit Sarah Palin, has hired a well known private investigator to determine whether computers and cell phones believed to contain evidence of her affair with Todd Palin may have been tampered with while in the custody of the Anchorage Police Department (APD) in Anchorage, Alaska. 

“I have instructed my attorney to submit all of my electronic property, including cell phones, to Colorado Springs P.I. Ed Opperman and his Nevada based digital forensic company, Accurate Information Recovery Inc.,” Tripp said, adding, “My expectation is that he will be able to recover substantial evidence of my relationship with Todd and corroborate what I have been saying about Todd's prostitution activities.” 

"I look forward to examining the material in question," , Opperman adding, "Once my examination is complete the report will be made available to Ms. Tripp for her to do as she wishes. We have no political stake or opinion in the matter. This is just an impartial search for the truth."

I have to admit that I was concerned as to why this step was taking so long, as Shailey had told me earlier that it was happening right after she retrieved ehr belongings. Now I realize that she was first trying to get the items that had NOT been returned first, which of course makes sense.

I guess I should have asked right?

Anyhow now that it is in the hands of this expert I think we are n the verge of finding out some VERY juicy things about Shailey's relationship with Todd, and what Sarah Palin's purse carrying poodle was REALLY up to when he was not trying to bully people into investigating his ex-brother in law Mike Wooten, or helping his wife fake her pregnancy.

Somehow I don't think that slathering on lip gloss, covering her head with road kill, and making Fox film her in soft focus will be enough to hide the strain this is having on our resident Grizzled Mama for very much longer. Assuming of course that there are some who have been fooled thus far.

Should be a very Merry Christmas indeed!

I think Sarah Palin's holiday season is about to get a LOT less jolly.

This just showed up in my e-mail a few hours ago:

Judge Pamela Washington has signed an order for Shailey Tripp to "secure the return of her property from the APD" The order was signed and dated November 30, 2011 and gives the Plantiff (Municipality of Anchorage) 10 days to respond.

Judge Washington is a Parnell appointee so there is some chance that she does NOT owe Palin any favors, which is good for Shailey in this case. I have very little faith in government officials, cops, or judges that have any ties to Todd or Sarah anymore.

Shailey has worked hard to get her stuff back so this is very good news indeed.

Well not for everybody I guess.

By the way there are some who are saying that Shailey DID get all of her belongings back.

That is incorrect, there a few items that were not given back. I should know I helped to pick them up.

You know this judge's order MIGHT just have a little something to do with whatever it was that was pissing off the Lunatic from Lake Lucille during her Sean Hannity interview.

A clearly agitated Palin appears on Hannity and again mentions rumors of her affairs, spits venom all over the studio, and even alludes to Shailey Tripp! I know, right? Update!

Palin was clearly EXTREMELY pissed off about something even before the interview started, and when asked about Herman Cain's possible affair did NOT cut him any slack at all! Here was her response:

"If Herman Cain did not engage in this recent thirteen year affair, screwing around on his wife, and giving money to some broad on the side unbeknownst to his wife, well then, if he did not do this, then the false accuser is really despicable and we shouldn't have to put up with that kind of false accusations that results in somebody's character being so besmirched and really ruined. If he did do it though Sean, if he did it, if he engaged in this recent affair and is misleading the public then, like they said 'boys will be boys' but they shouldn't run the country."

But the interesting part for me was when she again referenced the affairs that she and Todd have been accused of having, but then went even further and said that, "I have had people, who have sworn on a Bible, that they have had affairs with Todd or had affairs with me. Or, one specific one was a masseuse said she massaged me when I was seven months pregnant, and..ah..she could tell that I was not pregnant, and hence Trig was not my kid, and that resulted in this whole Trig Truther issue that I still deal with everyday."

OMFG!

I cannot believe she referenced Shailey Trip on television! You could have knocked me over with a feather!

However I have NO idea how she extrapolates what Shailey Tripp said to the beginning of the questions about her fake pregnancy? We started asking THOSE questions as soon as she was nominated by McCain. Shailey's contribution is relatively new.

If you feel so inclined you can revisit my interview with Shailey, from February of this year, and hear for yourself what has apparently been driving the Grizzled Mama crazy all of these many months.

I have been wondering what has been going on with Palin keeping so quiet lately, but it seems pretty clear that she has spent much of her free time stewing about all of the information out there that is keeping her from running for President.

What can I say? We did it for our country, and I don't feel bad about it one little bit. (And by the way, I'm not done yet.)

P.S. I contacted Shailey minutes after I heard the remarks, so she may have something to say about this on her blog as well.

Update:  It looks like Palin was aware that she came off somewhat manic in her Hannity interview. She tweeted this not long after:

Shailey Tripp gets her belongings back from the APD. Well MOST of her belongings anyhow!

I accompanied Shailey's mom to the police station here in town yesterday to finally retrieve the items seized in her prostitution case from the police evidence room.

We entered the police station and presented the paperwork that Shailey had given her mother, and about twenty minutes later they came out with a clear plastic bag full of evidence bags that were sealed with police tape, and a box sealed in a similar manner. You can see them pictured below.

However there WERE some items that were not given back to Shailey, including one of her cell phones, despite the fact that the prosecutor told her that there was NO reason why they should not be returned. So Shailey's attorney is going to be filing some papers in the next few days to force the police to release the rest of her belongings.

However Shailey's mom (Who is a darling woman by the way.) has mailed the items you see pictured above to Shailey's attorney and they should be there sometime tomorrow. So fairly soon we should be hearing some very specific bits of information from Shailey on her blog. (She told me that some of the REALLY sensitive info was included in the returned items, so she already has access to some very explosive proof.)

By the way for those who are constantly calling Shailey's story in to question, I want you to know that I have done some checking around, and that it is EXTRAORDINARILY unusual for the police to withhold evidence that has been released by the prosecutor. 

Essentially this is simply never done, therefore it does not exactly take a Sherlock Holmes to understand that the police are doing this to protect themselves, or on the orders of somebody who is NOT associated with the prosecutors office.
